Very warm and inviting, felt like home instantly.

We had a lovely stay at this holiday park! The lodge was really roomy and super comfy, with a massive 65" TV and a hot tub which everyone loved. The deck had a lockable gate, so it felt very safe. The shop on site was well-stocked, which was handy. All in all, a fantastic place to unwind!

We recently stayed here and found it really well-maintained and fully kitted out. The only thing missing was a toilet roll, which was a bit of a letdown. We might go for platinum next time!

We stayed in the lodge recently and faced heating issues twice, both outside normal hours, which was frustrating. We couldn't get hold of anyone, so we had to troubleshoot ourselves and even had to Google how to fix the boiler. One large radiator still didn’t work and a smaller one was leaking, so it took a while to get the place warm. On the bright side, the lodge was really comfy and nicely furnished, but some mattress protectors would be a good addition.

We booked the holiday thinking all the activities listed on the Hoseasons website would be available, but sadly, that wasn’t the case. No kids or evening entertainment and the aqua park was closed. Our lodge was right next to the bins and a dumping site for rubble and rubbish, which wasn’t ideal. The noise from dumper trucks all day was quite off-putting. Maybe summer’s better, but definitely not a March visit for us. Wouldn’t recommend it then.

We stayed in this caravan recently and really appreciated how spacious and spotless it was. The park itself is lovely and well maintained, which made the whole experience nice. The only downside was the sofas and mattress - they weren’t very comfy, probably due to the age of the caravan. Still, we enjoyed our stay overall!

The apartment was decent enough, but just a heads up - there aren’t any extra facilities in the park nearby at all.

Honestly, we were a bit disappointed with how clean the place was when we arrived. The floors definitely needed a good sweep-there was hair and fluff in the corners and on the stairs, which was a bit off-putting. We also found some old crumbs near the dining table and by the armchair, so it didn't seem like it had been vacuumed or mopped properly. That said, the cottage itself was pretty spacious and felt airy, which was nice. The heating worked really well and the kitchen had all the essentials. We didn’t try the hot tub, but it was looked after both mornings. The showers had decent pressure and hot water was consistent, so no complaints there!

The lodge was lovely, but honestly, £400 felt steep for just the stay. Not quite worth the price tag at all.

The lodge was lovely, though we had quite a few flies which was a bit annoying. The receptionists could be friendlier.

We had a really comfy stay and loved the hot tub - super private, with no worries about passers-by peeking in. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the Wi-Fi charge; £15 for three days felt steep when most places offer free internet now. Still, overall, a lovely place to unwind!

The lodge was pretty roomy and kept warm, which was great. The double bedroom with ensuite was lovely and the single beds were a decent size. The seats weren’t the most comfy and the floor could’ve done with a mop since there’s a hot tub nearby. Also, some more cutlery would’ve been handy. Not bad overall!

Decent overall, just the TV’s a bit too low, maybe a retweak.

The caravan was really nice and spotless, though a deep clean after winter would’ve been good. Weather’s not helping, but overall pretty good!

The place was really lovely, but we kept battling with blocked drains most days which was a bit of a pain. Also, surprisingly, loads of flies despite keeping everything shut tight. Still, nice stay overall!

Nice holiday, but the park's facilities really need some fixing up.

We really enjoyed our time here. The lodge was spacious and perfect for relaxing after busy days. Having a full-sized bath was great for the kids and the dishwasher and washing machine in the kitchen made life so much easier. Would definitely come back!

We’ve stayed here a few times now and honestly, the lodges never disappoint. Spacious, beautifully kept and fully equipped, it’s the perfect getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon - love it!

We loved the caravan! Plenty of space, great outdoor area and it was spotless when we arrived. Everything we needed was already there.

We had a lovely stay. The caravan was spotless, modern and surprisingly quiet considering pets had been there before. The front and side decking were perfect for the dogs and kids to relax outside. Being close to the fishing lake made it super peaceful. Honestly, we couldn't find any faults with the place-it was just what we needed!

Cleanliness could definitely be improved, sadly let us down.

The hot tub was decent, but the lodge could’ve been cleaner, honestly.

We stayed in the static van and honestly, it was really lovely and spotless. The bedrooms and bathroom were spacious and perfect for wheelchair access, with sliding doors that made everything feel so open. The lowered worktops and wet room with a great shower made a real difference. All crockery and bedding were supplied-really thought of everything!

We loved it here The lodge was beautiful on a nice clean site with everything we needed and not far from the beach a 10 minute drive up the road Will definitely be returning

Absolutely fantastic break. The lodge was 100% and the sunken hot tub was a real bonus. Only negative point is there was an horrendous sewage smell from the cesspit behind the lodge, (BR37) something needs to be done about that.

Love this place, great destination, not overly crowded like other sites, bar onsite serves great food, staff are friendly, hot tub and lodge was great. One downside was the mattress in the bedroom was shocking and gave my partner a bad back. But other than that it was another brilliant holiday there.

Went for a long weekend to celebrate birthdays (ages 21-24). Stayed in platinum lodge, was worth the money. Had welcome bits in there which was a lovely gesture. Hot tub was amazing on the decking and rooms were good. Wasn’t much to do around the area. Shop on site and was a tesco 3-4 mins away which was handy.

We loved our lodge, very clean too. The site is nice to be honest and you do have a bar and restaurant but the food suppliers could do with a change as the cheesy chips and anything with this type of cheese, no idea what!, is really not good at all. Bit far out for the beach but if you drive thats not such a problem.

We had a fantastic week.!!!! The caravan was changed for us because I booked the wrong van by mistake as when booking the pictures showed us a normal caravan and it was a wheel chair friendly caravan. But it was sorted out with no questions and we were given a brand new van it was lovely and very clean. a member of staff in the bar called Richard was very nice and made us feel welcome. The fishing lakes were perfect caught alot of fish throughout the week. The food was fantastic. The entertainment was great although we struggled to hear what was being said the mic wasn't very clear. The only thing missing was a pool. also menus for local takeaways that delivered to the site/van we was given some phone numbers but had to Google the menus and some didn't deliver. Very close to mablethorpe. We didn't have a hoover or cleaning products so had to make do with what we had.

Overall had a great week away. Kids bouth under 7 fully enjoyed the entertainment and the park its self. Amusement staff was excellent would recommend for young or small family

Lovely lodge very clean great hot tub comfortable beds washer, dishwasher and plenty of utensils and outdoor furniture. Everything you need really and also a decent little supermarket on site an added bonus of the platinum lodge is that the cleaners will provide a daily bed making facility and a quick sweep up . Only downside no mattress protectors on 2 of the single beds and only one pillow per person and no spare bedding which is sometimes needed when you have children although I’m sure if it was required the staff would have sorted it out and I’m sure they would have given us extra pillows if we had asked. This is the 3rd time we have stopped at the Grange Leisure Park and we have always throughly enjoyed it. It’s a great location and we were lucky enough to get a platinum lodge that didn’t overlook the road. We will definitely be staying again.

We had a great time. Facilities are good although not large, for a site as big I would have expected bigger. But it was all lovely and clean and staff were really helpful.
