We had to call into customer service to ask them to ask the handy man to sort out the shower and the gas fire.

Perfect first family holiday for my 4 year old and newborn.
We have booked for next year to reighton sands hoping the standard is the same as what we received with the service and caravan and cleanliness.
Will recommend to my family and friends.

Lovely week away spending quality time with family. Weather was perfect and the caravan was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great for the kids and the bar was lovely for the adults! Will definitely be coming back.

Although the accommodation was very nice I would not regard this as Deluxe .This would be the minimum I would expect

we are coming again in september and cant wait to get there

Amazing holiday. Went with my sister and my 2 niece's ages 8 and 10. They both loved it as much as us and want to return. Park, staff and caravan great. Take out pizza from bar/ restaurant was lovely.

The double bed was rather small for a couple. Comfy though.
Caravan beautiful and clean

Nice caravan. Clean. Issue with boiler sorted in 15 mins.

Unfortunately, I had only just got over being ill, so wasn't fit enough to do all the things I'd intended. Instead I had a few walks around the vicinity and did a lot of relaxing and reading.

The caravan was fine, though there were stains on some of the seats and the shower was a little underpowered if you wanted the water warm.

Only issue we had was a bag of chips left in the freezer. The caravan seemed quite new and had parking right next to it. Even had a walk in wardrobe in the main bedroom.

Couldn’t fault it. Had a great time - we chose well. Lovely people there.

As above! For the following question the answer is that we did not use the reseraunt.

The accommodation was lovely and clean. Great set out. Again minor negative was double bed felt like springs were poking. Other than that no complaints 😊

Usually go for the larger caravan but quite sufficient and comfortable. Very clean.

Caravan was lovely. Only downside was twin beds very narrow. Also could do with a vacuum cleaner to clean up the grass cuttings which came in on shoes

Good value accommodation however it could have been cleaner and it was quite cramped compared to static caravans I’ve stopped in previously.
