Very good value and clean

I can recommend this resort to anyone, and families in particular were really enjoying their stay when I was there.

Not able to eat inside anywhere due to no dog policy inside anywhere. Wasn’t told before we arrived.

Very Good Stay , all interesting places within 15-30 min radius

The site was lovely but the entertainment was rubbish as there was none so would like to know why as is tha not part of a holiday some staff were rude we had trouble with the water but was to much to ask won’t be going to that site again

Everything was just as we wanted and we had a lovely holidy.

I have already recommended the accommodation to family and friends .
A lovely break away after several hectic months of work during the pandemic .
Had no concerns over cleanliness at all which of course is the most important thing during the current outbreak .

Loved our holiday this year, will book again for sure, we thoroughly recharged our batteries, plenty to Keep of 4 boys entertained.

Fantastic place would highly recommend we definitely will be booking again in the future

Both my wife (Donna) and I thoroughly recommend the place. We went back in May (2019) along with five sets of our family and the grand children for my wifes 50th - we had a ball - so she and I returned with dog for a Monday - to Thursday stay in October and LOVED IT. We WILL RETURN in 2020 for sure

Accomodation as described better than I expected. Some kitchen applances eg microwave past best and missing chopping board. Heating good and proper bath and water hot. Well equiped with excellent bed and linen. Did not have any meals or entertainment as it started 9.15 for adults and looked a bit dark and dreary. Did not use swimming pool as that looked gloomy tried to go on Sunday but out of order. Shop good well stocked and friendly

Lovely accommodation, but twin bedrooms were a little cramped.

Great house as the kids room had 4 beds so the kids could all sleep together,and with 2 bathrooms there was never a queue,cooking facilities were adequate for all of us

Fantastic atmosphere with beautiful surroundings, close to beaches , local aminaties . Penzance and st ives with in 15 minuets . Lands end 3/4 of an hour . Local and main line trains at Penzance

Friendly, helpfull staff and a nice quiet location.

Really great holiday and lovely facilities. The staff in the shop were fantastic, friendly and helpful. I think the other staff in the reception and bar should shadow them to see how to engage and deal with customers.

Basic but you get what you pay for Clean and lots of kitchen wear foysty Smell

We had a great time here. The accommodation was clean and more than adequate. The children made the most of the swimming pool and outdoor activities. The only downside was the restaurant- the wait times for food were over an hour and the quality of the food was average. That said, we would come back. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Just come back from a fabulous 2 weeks holiday at Tolroy manor. A very warm welcome from the staff on arrival. Accommodation was lovely and was ready for us early. My children loved the tennis crazy golf and swimming on site. Bar and entertainment staff were fabulous and made some life long friends. We will be booking again for October, can’t wait to return

Nice site accommodation could do with a spruce up but then the price we paid it was better than expected it’s set in an ideal location for all the attractions and beaches philps bakery down the road is a must
