Well good

this was our first visit to trecco bay and we were extremely pleased,the site was very clean, and the entertainment was excellent. everything you needed was close to hand....and the chip shop was lovely .....

Cleanliness was a real disappointment, honestly. Wouldn't recommend.

Honestly, these sofas were a bit of a nightmare. They felt so stiff, you could practically feel the wood through the cushions. We ended up using the mattress and backs of the side seats, then bought camping chairs eventually.

The caravan was spotless and had everything we needed, like a microwave and fridge. Heating was straightforward and the shower’s pressure was surprisingly strong-better than what we get at home! Definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our 3-night stay here! Lots of activities suitable for all ages, especially our little one. Great spot, we’ll return and tell friends!

The place was nice, with a well-stocked shop and friendly staff. Sadly, the launderette was closed, which might be a bit inconvenient for some visitors.

Honestly, we were pretty disappointed with the cleaning. There was a tissue left on the bedroom floor, which was a bit off-putting. Outside, rubbish like cigarette ends, a food container and empty drinks cans were just left lying around. Not great at all.

Overall, the caravan was quite nice - clean and tidy, which we appreciated. The bed was comfy enough. Furniture was okay, but some cushions for better back support would’ve made it perfect. It’s a small touch that would really improve the experience. Still, we had a good stay overall!

Really enjoyed our time here, plenty to keep us busy all day long.

Honestly, this was one of the worst holidays we've ever had. The caravan was filthy, staff were incredibly rude and overall, it was just a terrible experience for us.

Overall, we quite liked it, but a few things to note. The bedrooms are a bit cosy for two and those stools aren’t really comfortable for long sits. The pull-out sofa in the lounge was definitely the most spacious spot. Still, pretty good stay!

Overall, it’s a decent place for the price. Not quite a 5-star experience, but it covered all our basics. We managed to cook three meals a day and had a comfy spot for the kids to relax after their activities. My only gripe was the cupboards and shelves-they were quite dusty and needed a proper clean. I ended up scrubbing them before putting our clothes away to stop dust settling on everything. Apart from that, everything else was pretty tidy.

The rooms are tiny for an 8 berth, but the main living space is alright. No oven tray and grill's too small, unfortunately.

The caravan felt quite old, with noticeable stains on the carpets and furniture. The leaking toilet was a real issue. The freezer shelf didn't fit, so it was useless. Definitely not what we expected.

Lovely stay overall! The caravan was spotless and cosy, really comfortable beds. We’d definitely come back. Just a shame about the potholes around the park.

The caravan was quite stylish but kept simple, which we liked. It was spotless, with shiny utensils that made cooking a pleasure. There were four bedrooms-two doubles and two twins, each with a mirror, seating and storage. The kitchen was modern and well-equipped. We had a lovely time, thanks!

The caravan was spotless and spacious enough for our needs. When we requested a few fixes, they sorted it within an hour-really quick service, we were impressed!

It feels like staff should double-check behind the cleaners to ensure everything’s up to scratch before handing over the keys. Not quite what we expected, really.

The location was handy and the place was a decent size, but no hot water for two days was a real pain. Beds felt grimy and outdated. Wouldn't return.

Honestly, our stay was quite disappointing. When we arrived at reception to pick up the keys, we were told the Gower only sleeps four, but there were five of us, so we got a different caravan. The comfort level was pretty much non-existent - it was tiny, like you couldn’t even swing a cat in there. The single bedroom was especially cramped, with just about six inches between the beds, so making them was a nightmare and I kept banging my toes on the metal frames. Things went downhill pretty quickly. On the second day, the boiler broke, so no heating or hot water until the next afternoon, which was a real pain. Then, on Wednesday, the shower stopped working properly - water was coming out of the pipe, not the shower head. A guy came to fix it but never returned with the rubber seals, so we couldn’t shower from then on until we left. To top it off, the boiler broke again on Thursday, leaving us without hot water once more. The first night, I had to sleep without a duvet or proper pillows because there were only two singles and a double duvet - which was short a duvet and pillow. I couldn’t even go to the office as it was closed Friday morning, so we were just glad to hand back the keys and get out of there. Not the holiday we’d hoped for at all.

We really had a good time at Trecco Bay, definitely planning to return for another family break.

Something for everyone in a perfect location. Park well kept and maintained to a high standard.

All the staff were extremely helpful, happy and created a great holiday atmosphere around the site.

A clean and tidy place surrounded by facilities and entertainment to keep you busy smiling.

Stayed in budget caravan for the weekend it was good value for money but basic but free WiFi. We had an ants nest in the caravan and reported to reception and maintenance and no one came out to sort it, we ended up buying ant powder and sorting ut ourselves
