Overall, not great. The gas hob was loose and rusty, plus the towel rails looked neglected. Hallway floor was especially grimy near the radiator. Disappointing!

We loved staying here! The lodge had everything we needed, like a full-size fridge and freezer, plus a washing machine and dishwasher-though we didn’t use them. The highlight was definitely the hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Would come back!

The place was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a great layout. Honestly, couldn’t find a single fault - absolutely perfect! Definitely recommending it.

The cottage was quite cosy and spotless, which we really appreciated. It’s a bit tight space-wise, especially in the kitchen - only two milk pans and no drinking glasses for wine or pints. No DVD player either, but the free WiFi was a bonus for streaming. Still, decent for a short stay!

We actually stayed in Willow Lodge 68 instead of Chestnut Lodge, but the layout was pretty much the same, so no complaints there. Everything was fine overall. My partner wasn’t a fan of the hot tub’s location - right at the front with no privacy. It’d be much better tucked away at the back with some screening. Still, a decent stay!

Really enjoyed our stay! The garden cottage was cosy and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Kids loved the play barn and the shop had everything we needed. Close to lovely fishing lakes too, can’t wait to come back!

Love Meadowlakes quiet recharge u batteries

Lovely site, lovely weather, just unable to do it justice, due to one of us requiring a hip replacement and another awaiting results with back problems. Will definitely come again when well.

Beautiful location and site

Very good value

This place was amazing. I have 2 kids (3&6) they loved the bunk beds , indoor play area, pool and the goats. They had a chicken that ran around the camp site giving them get joy. The outdoor playground was great too. I had just broken my ankle the week before and found that it was very accessible to hope around. The staff were so friendly and we are close to some great beaches and activities. This was such a great find online and we will be looking to book coming back here in the future.

Staff are excellent and more than helpful, the cottages are lovely and the pool is a pleasant addition at the end of the day after a full day at the beach with the kids. Would highly recommend to anyone.
