We had a lovely stay! The owners are genuinely friendly and made us feel right at home, explaining all about the lodge and the local area. The place was spotless and well-equipped, with extras like the hot tub and sauna which made it extra special. The views are stunning, especially when soaking in the hot tub. We’ll definitely return and recommend it to friends!

We had a lovely stay at this lodge, the location is truly stunning and perfect for getting away from it all. The host was really friendly and made us feel welcome. I do admit, we were a bit caught off guard by the hot tub rules, especially since we didn’t see the small print until the day before we left. The 8-8pm restriction felt a bit restrictive, especially as we weren’t used to such strict timings at similar places. Also, the hot tub temperature was more warm than hot; it could do with being turned up a bit. Still, overall, a beautiful spot for a quiet retreat!

We loved our stay! The hot tub was fantastic and the sauna in the cabin was just brilliant. Having the washing machine was a real bonus for our trip. Would definitely return!

We had such a lovely stay at this lodge! It’s really spacious and spotless, with everything you could need for a comfy getaway. The views are stunning from every window, or you can chill out on the veranda and soak it all in. The hot tub was super private, tucked away at the back, overlooking open fields - perfect for relaxing. The sauna was a nice touch too. We definitely plan to come back!

Beautiful scenery, peaceful, great escape

We had such a relaxing stay at this lovely lodge! From the start, communication with the owner was smooth and friendly. Arriving to a warm smile and a bottle of wine in the fridge was a lovely touch. The lodge itself was super comfy, well-equipped and surrounded by stunning scenery - perfect for exploring on foot. We also found some cracking places to eat, like Aleppo and Bill & Heifer. Coming back to unwind in the hot tub and sauna after a day out was just the best. We’d definitely stay again!

The scenery really is stunning and the lodge was perfect for relaxing after all that driving. Though, we did spend quite a bit of time on the road to reach attractions.

We stayed at this lovely lodge recently and it was perfect for our weekend getaway. The place felt really spacious and had pretty much everything we needed. The hot tub and sauna were great fun, just remember to bring a dressing gown since the hot tub time is a bit limited!

Lodges in a Beautiful location and surrounding area stunning

Booked a last minute break to relax and rejuvenate. Couldn't have made a better choice. The location is easy to access and the views are breath taking. The peace and quiet was exactly what I was looking for. The lodges were extremely well maintained, spotlessly clean and very well equipped and far out rank others on the market. The hot tub was very clean and the water crystal clear. My host, Ann, could not have been more helpful if she had tried. You feel you have just met a new friend. Her knowledge of the area is second to none and those welcoming beers lasted a mater of seconds. If you are looking for a relaxing break then you shouldnt bother looking anywhere else. I will not hesitate to return

Honestly had an amazing weekend break away. The ONLY let down, was the 8pm Hot Tub curfew, especially in the summer time, other than this, 10/10 from us!

Great retreat so peaceful

We have just spent a week in Bluebell Lodge and can’t rate our experience highly enough. The lodge is set in a peaceful and scenic location being surrounded by hills (and sheep) and comes extremely well equipped. We highly recommend if you are looking for a totally relaxing break. We have been returning guest’s now over quite a few years, and already look forward to our next visit, I think that says it all…

Having been here on numerous occasions, we can say it's amazing! We love to arrive and hate to leave, on many occasions we have booked our next trip whilst still being there. The owners are fantastic, nothing is ever too much trouble. Amazing times had in an amazing place!

Very good lodge very friendly hosts and fantastic scenery. Bit too much chemicals in the hot tub ,ruined my swim shorts by draining all the colour out and took the sparkle off all our jewellery , needs professionally cleaning..... Overall though a wonderful relaxing stay ,highly recommended ,
