This place is immaculate.We’re a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids aged 5 and 10) stayed in a Lodge 2 Luxury and honestly it was incredible. The lodge was decorated to a very high standard: good quality furnishings and pristine condition - wasn’t even sure if anyone had been in it before!On the decking outside the Fire pit and hot tub were brand new, and kept clean every day by the onsite team.The grounds were spotless and very well maintained, you can see the effort that has gone in to maintaining the area.The views were amazing and it’s a 1-2 minute walk to the pub / restaurant / kids play area.For context we’ve stayed in dozens of these places around the uk and this place takes first place for quality of accommodation.Staff were very helpful and friendly.Thank you Tregoad, excellent work

Loved it will definitely return in the future

We used the cottage as a base so never used the restaurant facilities Firstly the cottage itself was overly and perfect for the 3 of us. Felt very homely and cosy. Just wish there was a wooden spoon for cooking :-) We used the pool once - you get 45 mins per session which we also enjoyed. I would definitely return for another break. If you’re not looking for a park with lots of facilities but plan on exploring this is a good choice.

Not so good outdoor furniture

Lovely holiday with only 2 negatives. 1 - the gate wouldn't stay open, or couldn't be pinned back to make coming and going easier and 2 - lots of flies, obviously coming in through an unknown entrance

Only 1 complaint, bed was a bit saggy in the middle!

Gorgeous accommodation, exceeded expectations, beautiful surroundings, private, quiet and with views of the sea. We absolutely loved our stay, good quality restaurant bar, swimming pool and Country walks. Pet friendly with field assigned for their walks. Will definitely book for 2024.

Fantastic accommodation, extremely clean and comfortable, park was amazing plenty to do in rain for a 14 and 10 year old . Restaurant and bar was fabulous and all staff were extremely professional and friendly, food was gorgeous, will definitely be back to Tregoad.

Great holiday park. Very clean and tidy. Swimming pool on site, restaurant serves great home cooked food. Staff are friendly and welcoming also professional. Would definitely recommend to friends and family will also be a returning myself.

Didn’t eat at the restaurant so I put average as unable to review. Overall an excellent park with plenty to do. Our accommodation was very good but there was no table in the lounge to put drinks . Other than that very pleased with everything

We had a great holiday and would recommend the park resort to anybody and have booked again for next year.

Caravan was tired and damage to kitchen and bedroom units. Park was great just a shame the caravan let the park down.

Excellent accommodation…spotless & had everything you could possibly need…high quality! The comfort of the main bed was for my health needs too soft…it was the several mattress toppers, I’d recommend not as many, didn’t offer support for my hips which created issues for me…had to remove the toppers…more comfortable thereafter…

Lovely clean and comfortable cottage. Great location to the dog walking fields! Very quiet area! Few minutes walk to shop, pool and bar/restaurant. Would definitely stay in a cottage again!

Nothing to complain about everything satisfactory

The only problem was the settee was very worn and saggy not comfortable and I missed a dressing table in the bedroom

Fantastic site loved it everything was excellent

I phoned and told reception I was blind and had mobility problems,we were in number 7 just down from stargazy, but there was an incline to get there that was really difficult for me to manage,entertainment was poor,soft play in same room as sports TV,and singer who was on twice,kids screaming, soft play needs to be in another room so does sports TV, there was nothing on for older children either.the food was OK but my god the costs 16.50 for a burger and chips.

Loved every minute so did my 2 dogs such wonderful time

We had a lovely break here. The caravan was modern and clean, especially as it was dog friendly. The park was well maintained, good location, the staff were so friendly and gave us lots of advice and recommendations. Food in the restaurant was very nice and the outdoor bar area was perfect for a chilled evening drink

We stayed in the amazing Manor House at Tregoad, everything provided you could possibly need, very helpful, friendly staff on the site, a holiday full of memories made in an amazing setting

Great short break away for husbands 60th birthday. The staff kindly put some balloons a banner and birthday card in the caravan, it was well received by the old guy. Staff were friendly I will say if you are after any night entertainment don’t go here, but the hot tub made it with whole short drive to looe.

Loved it here, modern and clean. Fab food around the corner, bus stop on the site that goes to Looe and Polperro. Drive to Polperro and Looe about 10 minutes. I would definitely go back.

Accommodation was brilliant and all the staff were lovely and so helpful. Even though we were next door to the pool and backed onto the restaurant and bar it was so peaceful. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, but only discovered how to operate the whirlpool on last day.

Great place beautiful surroundings

What a beautiful place for our first holiday as a family of three. On site facilities were great and perfect for us with a 7 month old. Lovely restaurant and bar with a soft play and we had a lovely time in the pool for our little man’s first swim! The location was absolutely stunning with lots to do near by. I would just say the shop could do with opening a little later as there was a few times we’d just missed it but it was outside of peak season. Overall it was a wonderful holiday in a wonderful place and we wouldn’t hesitate to return!

We stayed in the kingfisher cottage It was ideal for us and the children as everyone had their own room with plenty of space throughout the cottage

This was a lovely holiday park and has the potential of being a 5-star rated site once all the renovations have been completed. We stayed in one of the small cottages with our two dogs, and this was perfect for what we needed. The place was spotlessly clean given this was accommodation catering for families with dogs. There could be one small improvement with the soft furnishing in the lounge area - the sofa was very uncomfortable and flimsy. We did not use it much as we were out and about a lot of the time so it didn't bother us too much. However, something more comfortable would be an improvement. Overall, we had a lovely time. the site staff were very friendly and helpful, and we would consider another stay in the future. The views from the site are beautiful.

Lovely peaceful location with lots to see and do .

Best site we have stayed at. The caravan was super clean, and everything included, even towels, bathmat and even a tea towel, which was amazing as I unwrapped the tea towel it was like Christmas there was a black bag a j cloth a sponge and a little washing up liquid. There are even little soaps. These finishing touches are amazing.The view was amazing. The staff where very friendly. The restaurant is beautiful and the food was lovely. Best we have ever had at a caravan site.
