We really enjoyed our stay here, I was a little surprised at the request to strip the bed before we left, never been asked to do this before! However the whole area is lovely and the beaches are so beautiful. Parking is not directly on the property, it's in a community car park situated in the front of the lodges.

Great place to act as a base for great sights in Cornwall.

The property was spotlessly clean on arrival (and departure). Welcoming milk and tea appreciated.
The wife appreciated the bunch of fresh flowers left.
All equipment and cutlery in excellent order.
We were a couple but there would be ample room for 4

Lovely accommodation, clean and bright. Very well appointed with plenty of kitchen utensils for proper self catering.
Both showers had a very good water supply, nice and hot.
Padstow/Newquay bus stop not far from the Towans, ideal if you don't fancy a round walk.

Positive points - small quiet site. Pub within walking distance. Beach 30 minutes walk. Clean well equipped accommodation. Negative points Contact less checkin and didn't see owners until we left so couldn't ask questions about immediate area as we usually do on other sites. Hot water ran out after 2 showers. Smart TV would have been nice

A beautiful location based in St Merryn only 3 miles from Padstow. Quiet and relaxing with outstanding views. Excellent for a quiet relaxing holiday

Always a lovely stay here. Great property, clean,peaceful and welcoming. Perfect for Constantine Bay and other surrounding beaches. With towns such as Padstow and Wadebridge close by.

A great base for exploring the north Cornwall coast around the Padstow area. The Towans is a small and well-managed site and the lodges are a good size, comfortable and clean (and dog friendly). It's just a short walk over the fields into St Merryn. All things considered, a great place to stay.

Beautiful accommodations… big enough for a couple, situated in a ideal location, very close to all the beaches/shop etc … fantastic places to walk … I would definitely would recommend to friends & family

Excellent accommodation, clean, situated in a private road , it was lovely to arrive into Complimentary milk to have tea or coffee connect for this accommodation ideal to get around and visit the beautiful bays of Cornwall, owner on site very helpful and welcoming it was nice to come to a place spotlessly clean I recommend this to anyone , flowers on the table to welcome us.

We had a wonderful time. The lodge was clean and tidy and was well equipped. The beaches in that part of Cornwall are fantastic. Great for walking along the south west coast line. You can walk for miles.

Nice place to stay, great location

Blown away by the well equipped, and beautifully clean spacious accommodation. The only thing I can fault is not supplying towels, however this is made up for by the other little unexpected touches like hand soap, washing up liquid, and some milk in the fridge. The location was perfect for us with easy access to the Coast Path and we thoroughly enjoyed walking to Padstow and Bedruthan Steps. (Maybe some info about walks in the welcome pack would have been useful) Also, there was barely anything open locally for takeaway food (February half term)so we ended up cooking more than we planned. Didn’t see a single member of staff throughout which didn’t bother us as we’re pretty self sufficient. The 0900 exit time is a little early. 10 would be far less rushed (and might have even managed to get the dishwasher finished and unpacked as requested!) All and all I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would love to go back for a second visit. Well done to the owner and staff ?

My only complaint was that we couldn't get in till4 on day of arrival and had to leave at 9 on day of departure we made the holiday feel realy short as we were only there from Monday to Friday
