The park was super tidy and really well set up, making it a comfy stay. Loved how close it was to the beaches and those charming New Forest villages too!

The caravan was tidy and well-kept, but honestly, the whole holiday felt disappointing. We had to leave the site just to find somewhere fun for the kids. The swimming pool was shut every day, which really spoiled our plans. Such a letdown!

The caravan was spotless and really spacious, which we loved. Only thing missing was a dustpan and brush-would’ve been handy, but no biggie at all.

We arrived to find the caravan spotless and super cosy, with the heating already on - such a nice touch! The next day, a staff member called just to check everything was okay. Small gestures like that really make a difference. We’ll definitely come back!

We stayed in this caravan recently and honestly, it was quite disappointing. First off, the cleanliness wasn’t great; there was a weird smell at first and if you looked closely, there were mould spots in every room, which was pretty gross. The cookware was also in a pretty bad state - the pans were damaged and definitely needed replacing. The bed was another letdown. It was marketed as a double, but it was small, so my partner ended up sleeping on the single bed every night. The mattress wasn’t comfy either - it felt warped and wobbly with every move, making it impossible to get a decent sleep. That really impacted our holiday, as we just couldn’t rest properly. Plus, the setup was cramped, offering very little privacy because the site seemed packed in, with awkward parking and us having to walk across the grass all the time. Not what we were expecting at all!

The caravan was really comfy and roomy, which we loved. Having two bathrooms was such a bonus! The heating was spot on after our muddy forest walk. Great stay!

Really enjoyed our stay! The caravan was spotless and well-equipped, even had those little extras we always forget, like clothes and dish soap. Lovely experience!

Really pleased with everything! Plenty of space, useful utensils and that little clip-on poo bag holder was a nice touch. Dishwasher tabs and washing-up items in the welcome pack too.

Comfortable and warm stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was spotless, warm and had plenty of space for five of us. The veranda with the table was a bonus too.

The ramp was a real lifesaver, but the caravan felt a bit narrow for our scooter.

We had a really nice stay in the caravan with 4 adults and 3 kids. Plenty of space all around and the oven worked a treat. The decking area with table and chairs was a lovely touch too!

Absolutely brilliant holiday located in a tranquil setting. Booking in and out was a breeze and we were provided with apps for food, passes etc. Accommodation was spotless and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
