We stayed in this caravan recently and while it was okay, we’ve experienced places with better amenities. Some accommodations had washing machines, dishwashers and even Bluetooth speakers, which felt a lot more modern. No TVs in the bedrooms either, which was a bit of a letdown. The bathroom carpets seem outdated nowadays and we found it odd that we had to bring our own towels even in a platinum stay. My husband reckons once a caravan hits a few years old, it shouldn’t be called platinum anymore. Still, it did hold up in 65mph winds - fair play to that!

We stayed in the caravan built back in 2006, so it’s a bit worn now. The king-sized bed was comfy, but the bathroom door lacked handles, which was a bit awkward. The other bathroom’s shower was small and the tap placement by knees was awkward. Not quite what we expected, unfortunately.

Honestly, this place was quite disappointing. The bedrooms and bathroom are really cramped and the carpet was filthy. Not something we'd return for.

Honestly, we were pretty disappointed with our stay. The caravan was not at all clean - dirty floors and dusty window blinds greeted us. The pillows and duvets were really gross and definitely didn't meet basic standards. Sleeping on the mattresses was a nightmare, honestly. For what we paid, we expected better quality, but it was a bit of a disaster. The place definitely needs a serious boost in cleanliness and ongoing maintenance. Parking was another hassle; there just aren't enough spaces. The restaurant was a letdown as well - the food was really poor and the staff and menu need a serious rethink. Sadly, this was the first caravan and site where we didn’t feel comfortable or recommend. We were really looking forward to relaxing, but overall, it just didn’t meet expectations. Such a shame because the area itself is lovely, but the caravan really let it down. We left feeling pretty disappointed, to be honest.

We had such a lovely stay! The facilities were spot on and the walk to the beach was super easy. The nearby town had plenty to explore and the staff were genuinely friendly.

The hotel’s definitely not the best we’ve stayed in, sadly.

Bit of a strange experience, found broken biscuits hidden under the sofa, probably from before.

The caravan upgrade was lovely, really comfortable. Slightly noisy due to nearby entertainment, but overall a great stay. We’d definitely come back again!

The staff really went out of their way to help us, which was great. The menu had loads of options and everything arrived pretty quickly. The food was tasty too. Loved the chill vibe and the lighting made it feel really cosy. We’ll definitely come back!

Caravan clean and well equiptment. Could not get wifi in caravan despite paying £15 seemed to be a black spot. Couldn’t get into pool fully booked on arrival even tho hardly anyone in each session. Entertainment staff lovey and bar staff friendly. Area could do with more variation when it comes to food.

Excellent holiday park. Site staff were amazing. Only downside I could find was parking, but that did not ruin things for us. Beach is super close as are lots of local attractions.

Only one thing I was disappointed with was. No complimentary toilet paper or tea sugar and milk to welcome us

Last minute booking but the service was great. Staff called on the day of arrangement to explain. The site was very clean. The layout was a little congested but overall not too bad. Parking was limited so we had to park quite a way away.

Brilliant site and lovely caravan, park was clean and tidy. Jakes bar and the club house were brill. Jakes beach bar was absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

Only problem we didn't have table and chairs outside which we paid for asked for them but still didn't get them
