Lovely spacious lodge, cannot fault, had everything we needed. (Even a washing machine/dryer)

Great lodge, only slight fault was one of the glasses and the bread knife had not been cleaned

Clean comfy and a great location. Shower was powerful, hot tub was good.

Yaxham Waters was a fantastic place to stay for us as a couple. We stayed in PF8 and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the lodge and the decor was lovely. It was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay including pots, pans, plates and cutlery, toaster, kettle, dishwasher tablets, washing machine etc. Looking out at the view of the lake was lovely and so relaxing, especially with how quiet and calm the holiday park was. We enjoyed the hot tub which was so warm, perfect for a cold night and was able to use it anytime, so stayed out there til gone midnight. We had a little garden next to our lodge with an area for BBQ so would be lovely in summer. The beds were comfy and the power on the shower was good, also good signal (paid extra for wifi but didn’t need it). My only downsides about the lodge are that we had to strip the beds and place in bags, and there was no soap in the bathroom. Overall, we loved our stay and would 100% return. We were also saying we’d consider buying a lodge there!!

We spent 3 nights in Park View Cottage. I booked whilst an offer was on so didn’t pay full price. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it had an enclosed garden which was great for our dog, parking directly behind the cottage, and the key instructions were simple. There was enough cutlery, plates, cups, pans etc. The interior was very nice and it was clean, the hot tub was lovely too. They provided washing up liquid, a scourer, dish washer tablets, tea towels and bath towels. Everything else you need to bring yourself (e.g salt, pepper, sugar, tea bags, cooking oil, hand wash, hot tub towels, shower gel). Overall a great experience and we would definitely return.

Lovely stay at Priors Field.Shame about the late check in at 5pm and departure at 9am bit early we felt considering we were expected to strip the beds and leave every where tidy and clean ready for the cleaners to go in?!

Awesome little break over New Year. Kids didn't want to leave. Nice and quiet site, hot tub was brilliant, lovely and clean and more spaceous than the photos show.

Had a great stay here with my partner 3 children and our dog. The enclosed garden was brilliant for our dog. Accommodation was clean on arrival. Local to shops and pubs. I feel it should have laminate flooring throughout the living room and hall way just so it’s easier with a dog but there was a hot tap hose in the garden which was a bonus. Only thing I would say is there being more saucepans, a measuring jug in the kitchen and a mop and bucket for the kitchen floor obviously people in and out the hot tub it got quite wet and muddy.Other than that a brilliant little cottage would definitely stay again

Overall the lodge has all you want but its sofa and mattress were basic and not very comfortable. Lovely setting and site was the perfect place to relax. Found the checkout time of 9am and check in time at 5pm was late/early and then you are asked to strip the beds and bag up the towels. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It is a lovely place. MF10’s facilities are excellent. Very peaceful and calm. Hot tub is very clean and well monitored but the disadvantage is , can’t adjust the temperature.

Well recommended. Great site and lodge was well equipped although sofas quite low and mattress in main bedroom was squeaky on every movement. Also 5pm check in and 9am check out needs to be revised to at least 4pm/10am respectively.Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful fishing and wonderful staff

Overall very nice experience, relaxing, peaceful and picturesque. Plenty of places to visit and ideal for fishing as there are three lakes. Inside the lodge it was well furnished and had everything you needed even though we had brought some things with us like extra towels and stuff as first time in this one and have already booked this one for next year aswell,

Stayed for the bank holiday weekend, so good to stay in a spacious well equipped accommodation. Very comfortable whatever the weather! Fishing lakes were popular and even had the benefit of a steam train going close by. A short car journey takes you to Dereham, watch out for the local deer! We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the setting of the lodge overlooking the fishing pond. The site was very well maintained and peaceful. The staff that we came across were lovely and friendly. The accommodation was comfortable but not luxury. There were no ‘extras’ just everything as described. The sofas were very comfortable. I really dislike the late start 5pm and early leave times 9am. It means you lose 2 days of your holiday.

Visited with family including 3 month old baby. Lovely lodge and surroundings very nice with steam railway close by.

This is a lovely small site only immunities on site a café which was excellent and fishing if you require. I do believe that the check-in time of 5 pm is extremely late and your checkout time of 9 am is rather early. I do think that the times need to be looked at. We were given the wrong code to the key safe and the automatic barriers to the site did not recognise our numberplate all weekend which was a bit of a inconvenience. All in all a nice weekend, but small details do matter

Booked for week 16 to 23 September 2023, Beautiful lodge, very clean with everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. In a quiet spot with lovely views. Restful and peaceful just what we needed. Would definitely recommend.

We absolutely LOVE Yaxham Waters and would come frequently throughout the year if only it wasn’t so expensive. Can’t fault the lodge or the park itself but quite over priced.

Beautiful location, accommodation was lovely. Hot tub was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Staff were so kind and helpful. Just the escape we needed, downtime with lots of R'n'R. Would highly recommend. Lots to do in easy drive to reach various attractions. Will return in the future. Thanks for your hospitality.

We stayed in squirrel cottage, just me my partner and our dog. Garden with the cottage was amazing dog loved it. The staff who came to do the hot tub were always cheerful and friendly. Only reason not given 10s is because the site is still be worked on, but I can only see it being better

We had an amazing stay, which started prior to our holiday, tge people at Yaxham bent over backwards to support some special needs we had, so helpful and very much appreciated. The park is simply gorgeous, very well kept and maintained. Our lodge was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and ver comfortable. This is not our first stay but we will definitely be back - highly recommend, it’s lovely, quiet and thankfully not over commercialised.

Absolutely an amazing stay. Log cabin was spotless best I have stayed in. Fishing was amazing quality fish. Would recommend as is why I scored each feedback question a 10. Thanks for a amazing experience.
