Henfields Country Retreat Availability

Door Mouse Pod is our only glamping pod and is designed and built to be fully wheelchair accessible and dog friendly with an outdoor hot tub, decking area and wet room. It comfortably sleeps two adults and still feels spacious enough to enjoy the living area and outside space. The kitchen area has a hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and sink with access for a wheelchair. All our lodges have a built-in smart TV and free wi-fi should you wish to enjoy a cosy night in. Outside is surrounded by beautiful, enclosed decking and a hot tub partially sunken for easy access, all of this in a secluded corner to make the most of the peace and quiet.

This is one of our dog friendly lodges, offering a spacious, family friendly, open plan living area, it feels bright and fresh. Views over the retreat, the decking to the front of the lodge is an ideal spot for catching some rays and watching the world go by. The lodge sleeps four, the master bedroom has a king bed with a walk-through dressing area leading on to the ensuite. In the second bedroom there are two single beds. The open plan living area and kitchen area make the most of the views and is a great for sitting down to a meal together at the end of a busy day exploring before taking a relaxing dip in the hot tub.

This is a lovely lodge tucked away with its own little garden leading off the decking and hot tub area making it ideal for a romantic weekend getaway. The stunning open plan bedroom with its super king size bed, a jacuzzi bath and ensuite bathroom allows you to make the most of the light and airy lodge. The open plan kitchen and lounge area feels spacious yet secluded for those cosy nights in. Outside there is a sunken hot tub with decking and a BBQ area ready for you to enjoy those summer evening watching the wildlife.

A one-off design like no other, ideal for a romantic getaway or a break from the daily routine. With a super king size bed in an open plan bedroom, roll top bath and en-suite with twin, ‘his n hers’, sinks this lodge offers the ultimate experience of luxury and boutique chic. Access to the large and private deck and hot tub is from the living room, the bedroom or the ensuite bathroom. The kitchen has all the white goods you’ll need and built in and breakfast bar. The open plan lounge and kitchen area are ideal for socialising and admiring the stunning views across the site. Both the bedroom and lounge have built in Smart TVs for those cosy nights in.

Roe Deer lodge has ‘Tardis’ like qualities, the interior space, 1000 square feet, feels larger than possible for the size of the lodge. Split level open-plan living, dining and kitchen space provides great space for four people to eat, relax or watch the Smart TV’s. The master suite has the largest bedroom of all our lodges, super king bedroom with ensuite shower and a dressing room. The hot tub is sunken into the raised deck which gives great privacy.

Luxurious and exclusive lodge offering the retreat’s prime position overlooking the retreat and outward over Bridgwater Bay. The lodge has two bedrooms with super king size beds with impressive ensuites, one with a jacuzzi bath, the other with a walk-in shower. The private hot tub is hidden at the rear of the lodge with its own sun terrace, making it the perfect spot to relax in the summer evenings. The lodge is a situated on the edge of Squirrel Woods with an extensive front aspect boardwalk and decking to the front, making an ideal spot to watch the wildlife during the evenings with a BBQ.

Stoat Lodge is a stunning two bed retreat in a central location overlooking Bridgwater Bay and the River Parrett Estuary, it comfortably sleeps four people and offers rustic qualities with exposed beams and an electric wood burner. The master bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, en-suite shower room and a feature wooden headboard for the king size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be made into a double bed with another feature headboard. The living area is bright and spacious offering extensive views and plenty of family space, meanwhile the private hot tub is tucked away surrounded by trees and shrubbery.
