Featuring a five-acre lake, woodland trails and picnic areas, it’s a base to enjoy, as little, or as much as you like.

Beautifully appointed lodges or luxury woodland pods with outdoor hot tubs make Brokerwood Holiday Park your haven of comfort and relaxation.

Holiday between the trees, soak up being surrounded by nature or pick a holiday home close to the lake and fall asleep listening to its calming sounds.

Offering an array of outdoor pursuits, including canoeing and kayaking, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

You are also only 9 miles from Longleat Safari Park, and ideally located close to the historic attractions at Bath, Salisbury and Stonehenge for those days when you want to venture off park and explore.

We had such a lovely stay! The owners were genuinely warm and helpful, making us feel right at home. The cottage itself is adorable, with its charming half-timbered style and a really powerful shower that was much appreciated after a day exploring. The cosy kitchen and comfy bed made it perfect for relaxing. Plus, parking right outside was a real bonus and the walks around Thaxted are just beautiful. We’d definitely come back!

We just got back from a lovely week at Goddards Mead. The place is super well-equipped, really had everything we needed. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming. Even though it’s on a working farm, it felt like a peaceful retreat-absolutely loved it!

An amazing holiday! Beautiful surroundings, the lodge was perfect. Had everything we needed, was tidy and full of the essentials for cooking etc..... I could not fault the lodge at all, the Hot tub was lovely and clean, really warm. We were greeted by Ducks and Geese everyday. The park itself was lovely and clean, beautiful waterfalls and little water areas. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would absolutely 100% come back again. The only thing that I felt disappointed me abit was the canoe people. Just showed no respect for people in their lodges. At one point they were playing with a ball in the lake right outside my lodge and I could hear shouting and screaming, swearing etc... for about 30 minutes, just wasn't nice for my 4 year old to hear. On another occasion they came right up to my decking and was smacking their canoes etc... into my decking to get past. So I would definitely come back, but probably not book a lodge on the lake again due to this.

We had a lovely stay at the lodge, which was really spacious and peaceful. The showers worked well, though one bathroom was missing a toilet roll holder-bit annoying but no big deal. The wine cooler fridge was a nice touch! Only thing missing were bedside lamps, so reading in bed wasn't possible, not sure if it’s just our lodge or all. The beds weren’t the comfiest, but overall, we'd definitely recommend and come back!

We had a lovely stay at this cosy spot tucked away in a peaceful area. The owners were super friendly and helpful without being intrusive, which we really appreciated. The hot tub was such a treat after long cycling days! A small thing to note, the cottage is right under Stansted’s flight path, so there’s quite a bit of noise from planes. It didn’t bother us after a while, but if you're sensitive to noise, you might want to keep that in mind. Overall, a great place to unwind!

We loved our stay at the lodge! It’s super cosy and feels just like home. The location is peaceful, yet only a short 10-minute drive to shops and takeaways. Longleat is just 20 minutes away. The site is really well kept and tidy.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It’s tucked away on a working farm but feels surprisingly private. Robert and Sharon are genuinely lovely hosts, making us feel welcome from the start. The place itself is huge, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy bed that’s perfect for relaxing. The garden is super secluded and dog-proof, with nice furniture for lounging. Plenty of scenic walks nearby and Thaxted’s eateries like The Star and The Maypole are worth a visit. We’d definitely recommend it!

We honestly found it pretty tricky to fault the lodge itself - it was spotlessly clean and super comfy. The place is clearly well-maintained. The only minor grumbles are pretty small. In the lounge, there was a manual for a DVD player, but oddly enough, no DVD player was actually there, which was a bit confusing. Also, it would’ve been handy to have an egg spatula in the kitchen - small thing but makes a difference. The biggest hassle was the en-suite shower; the temperature was either scalding hot or freezing cold, so we ended up using the main bathroom most of the time. Not a huge issue, especially with three of us, but it did slow things down in the mornings. After a soak in the hot tub, it was a pain trying to get the shower just right. Overall, though, a lovely place with just a few little quirks.

We had a fantastic time, the accommodation was so clean and well looked after, the hot tub checked daily and it was so quiet. I do think this park is undersold as we couldn't fault anything. We had deliveries from local takeaways direct to our lodge, the children did the Tarzan Trial and the walks in the wood with the dog were fantastic. Yes down by the lake there is building work for the new lodges so I agree with previous comments of not wanting to stay in one of the pods currently. We would 100% return.

My husband and I took our pup on his first holiday to Brokerswood. He absolutely loved it. As did we! Such a lovely location. Beautiful lake and woodland area. The cabin was comfortable and cosy, exactly what we were looking for. Gated decking area, perfect for the pooch. Friendly staff, very helpful.
