The hot tub was a bit cosy and lacked privacy, which was a little disappointing. The playground for the kids was quite small and lacked variety. But overall, we had a lovely weekend and would definitely return for a long weekend again. Nice break!

Overall, the caravan was decent size, but I expected more for a luxury place - like a TV in the main bedroom would’ve been nice. The hottub was a nice touch, but it could definitely do with some TLC since some jets weren’t working properly. Still, we enjoyed it!

We really enjoyed our stay, the caravan was spotless and super comfy. Just a heads up, if you’ve been in the hot tub, don’t rush to walk straight on the van floor - it gets really slippery! We had to lay towels down so our daughter wouldn’t slip. Overall, lovely place, but a bit of a safety tip would’ve been helpful.

We decided to have a spontaneous weekend away and stayed here. The caravan was really comfortable, surprisingly spacious and spotless when we arrived. Everything we needed was there, which was handy. The hot tub outside was a nice touch and the pool was perfect for relaxing. The shop had all the essentials and the kids loved the play area. We’ll definitely return!

Overall, the caravan was pretty nice, though a few issues stood out. The ensuite WC is tiny and I had to keep a window open in the lounge since most don’t open. The veranda gate needs fixing and the open-top bin wasn’t ideal for a pet-friendly space. It did feel a bit drafty at night despite the heating. Not bad, but could be better!

It was lovely clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The site appears small but it's larger than you think. Our grandchildren loved the walkway with the animals in it. Enjoyed swimming each day.

Site managers were amazing. Very hard working & dedicated. Also provided reassurance and first aid to my little one when she hurt herself. Cant thank them enough. Caravans clean and tidy, site lovely with bar, food and a park outside for children.

A great little site between Cheddar Gorge and Wells. The caravan was clean and well equipped. I was impressed they provided all the little extras, like towels, toilet rolls, hand wash, washing up liquid, cloths and tea towels and even a hairdryer. These were much appreciated.

Lovely staff… lady and man very helpful in every way possible. Difficult with eating out on wed/Thursday off season due to club house closed and no other pub open in area. Difficult for dog walks but that is easily resolved just jump in a car and go out. We will not return but that is not a reflection on the owners, we just didn’t fit in .

Everything was great at Bucklegrove, 2 suggestions I would make that would have made the experience evem better 1. To have some sort of screen for the hot tub so that their is privacy from the neighbours as well as from passers by. 2. Wifi - Although it was not advertised as wifi provided, when we got there they said wifi was available, however the signal was too weak to function and mobiles were not picking up their signals from providers either. The upside with no wifi was that kids couldn't stay in their rooms but were forced to interact
