Lovely lodge , great hot tub , very peaceful

The caravan was very nice just had a awful smell so we had to leave the windows open day and night

It could be better because we had to get another hotel as no transport for half an hours walk

We had an excellent time, the lodge was clean, well equipped and large with a wonderful view from the hot tub. My only criticism - the bar is only open for limited hours at the weekend, it should be advertised as such as alternatives are all a short drive away. We will definitely return and wouldnt hesitate to recommend if you want a quiet, relaxing site in a lovely property.

Another amazing restful week at Rookery Manor Lodges. The lodges are well equipped with everything you need home from home. Whilst the site has limited facilities it’s perfect for what we want. Peace and quiet. Burnham on Sea, Brean and Weston S Mare all within 20Minutes drive. Local pubs, garden centre and supermarket within easy reach if you have a car. You can truly relax here. Staff we had contact with were helpful and Karen the manager was really helpful via email. The site is still being improved and worked on but regardless we love it and will be back again next year, possibly before.

Had a fabulous week at the lodge, it was very well equipped and the hot tub was amazing.

Had a wonderful and relaxing time at rookery lodges with my young daughter and mom. I stayed in elm Lodge, it was spacious set out lovely and clean. Slight negative was the cushions on sofa stunk of dogs and a blanket in a basket (presumably for pets) also smelt, would recommended having an extra set of cushions to rotate so one set can be fresh after each guest while the other is being washed. Wasn't a big issue though I washed the cushions in the washing machine there and left them to dry, but didn't use them.Hotub was great, had a slight issue and this was fixed the very next morning. Hot tubs are advertised as private, however unfortunately they aren't as the lodges are straight in a row (not staggered to help with privacy) so you can look left to right and see all the patio/decking areas, a privacy screen would have been great or if hotutbs were sunken.Minus two slight negatives, I would absolutely recommend staying here, peaceful quiet and decorated to a high standard. The view from the patio is beautiful. We couldnt hear no noise from motorway even whilst outside. Its a great location to explore the area and peaceful to come back and unwind on an evening, I'll be back again next year

We stayed in Beech Lodge for seven nights and it was fantastic. The view from the decking/hot tub was amazing and I miss it already! Everything was clean and the accommodation was great. The hot tub was at temperature when we arrived. I had a text the first night to check we had arrived and that everything was okay which was a nice touch.Lovely quiet area and it was nice to have a full size fridge and freezer! Showers had good pressure and the bath water ran hot quickly.Things to improve on would be more coffee mugs and bowls as was only three and four respectively. A few areas like around the shower were starting to look abit tired. The place could do with a repaint in the bedrooms and bathrooms as it has been done very poorly and seems half done. Little details like that let it down abit. Otherwise we loved it and would come back 100%.

Amazing hot tub

We really enjoyed our stay at Rookery Manor lodges and will stay again. Lovely, clean lodge with nice hot tub and view. Kitchen could have been a bit better kitted out for self catering and also geared up for up to 6 people to have more than one drink etc 3rd bedroom was very small with bunks which felt claustrophobic so ended up having our Son sleep with us all week. Outdoor furniture-could have used a table. Says there is a coffee shop but couldn’t find this and we couldn’t say anyone in reception to ask. Also could hear M5 even in the night. In need of some tlc and maintenance as one window broken and door’s difficult to shut at times etcOverall had a great stay though

We had a fantastic weekend here, exactly what we needed. The place was comfortable and really well thought out. Our dogs had a blast, especially with the underfloor heating-such a treat for them! The garden kept them busy and Luna was wagging her tail nonstop. She even came back with a strained tail, but totally worth it. Definitely coming back!

Everything you needed was in the lodge and everything was clean. Top quality lodge and everything at hand. It certainly was a place with relaxation and nature and wellbeing are top values

We recently stayed in the Hawthorn Lodge 8 and honestly, it’s a lovely place-really well-kept, spacious and the decor is nice. The hot tub was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Karen, the host, was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. That said, there are a few things to be aware of. The site itself is quite small, with no dedicated grounds or walking areas, which was a bit of a bummer. The restaurant and bar were closed during our stay, so we couldn’t grab a drink or bite there. Also, the swimming pool and spa are only for over 16s, so no kids allowed. The location isn’t ideal either-it's by a busy road, no pavement and the road speeds well over 30mph, so walking isn’t very safe. Plus, the site was quite noisy because of ongoing building works and there’s no on-site shop or nearby amenities. Parking’s a short walk from the lodge, which is manageable in good weather, but not perfect in the rain. Still, overall it was a nice stay despite these little hiccups!

New lodge hot tub was fantastic

We stayed at this place during a rainy December and it was just what we needed-super cosy and warm. The house is really well kitted out and the bath was fantastic, plus a good-sized shower too! The location is perfect for our dog who’s not a fan of fireworks, as it’s quite remote, which was a huge plus. No noise issues from the nearby flight path either. Thanks a lot, we loved it!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was super peaceful, perfect for unwinding and great for our dogs.

The location is spot on with plenty nearby to explore and the park itself is nicely situated. Would be great to have more electric charging points, though and cheaper EV charging options too!

Lots to do around the area and a well sited park. More electric charging needed and a cheaper provider of electric for e/vs would be adviseable

Great place to stay and unwind

We had such a lovely stay at Rookery Manor Lodges. The place is really spacious and had everything we needed. It was spotless when we arrived and the staff we met were so friendly and professional. Communication from booking to checkout was spot on. Definitely a place we’d return to, no doubt!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much effort had gone into making everything perfect. The hosts were genuinely lovely and super helpful. Honestly, it was a wonderful stay in such a beautiful place. We’ll be back for sure!

The lodge was super tidy and nicely decorated, really comfortable too. The mattresses leaned a bit soft for my taste, but others might love it.

Beautiful lodge

We really enjoyed our stay! The site itself isn’t much in terms of activities, but it’s perfect for a quick escape from the hustle. Having Brean, Weston and Burnham all within half an hour was handy for days out. Plenty of pubs nearby for food and we even got Chinese and Indian deliveries straight to the lodge - that was a bonus! Our lodge had everything we needed and worked perfectly. We’ve stayed in both the lodges and the bungalows, but honestly, the lodge is our favourite. We’ll definitely be returning!

Had a lovely few days at Rookery Manor lodges. The lodge was finished to a high standard and the hot tub was great. The site was very quiet with no facilities so may not suit families with young children.

Great place

We loved our stay at Rookery Manor, just the perfect getaway for our 1st doggy family holiday, loads of great sight seeing of the picturesque villages near by, and only a drive away from amenities. And Karen on arrival was very very helpful and lovely. The lodge its self was wonderfully spacious and of a very high specification, also the decking area and area to the side of the lodge was all enclosed so very safe to let Archie our boxer dog run and play around. And the hot tub was an added bonus, we will definitely be coming back. So overall very highly recommended xx

Near to Weston super mare, easy to find, very high quality lodge's with everything you need, smart TV with Netflix and prime video not just Freeview. Seating area at the front with a hot tub if you want it. Mi

Lovely lodge great surroundings. Lodge really spacious & clean with all that you need. Lovely area for dogs. Brand new holiday park so decking at front of lodge not very private but will be lovely once plants are established. The hotel is closed but the spa is open. Lovely Indian restaurant not far away. When using Sat Nav mine kept trying to use the M5 as it’s close to the holiday park use the A370 for most journeys. Would recommend this holiday park.

First time visiting this relatively new site, the hotel and restaurant are not there now, although still advertised on google. There is a spa which we did not use. The lodges are set in beautiful surroundings, but the sound of the M5 close by could be annoying for some, but it did not bother me at all. Karen was very helpful and was always available and just a phone call away.

enjoyed our stay in the lodge. Very well equipped with high end tv's in bedrooms. One small niggle though. A coffee machine was available, but as a trio of tea drinkers we would have appreciated a teapot, milk jug and sugar bowl!!

We had a great mini break and couldn’t have asked for better weather for our stay. The accommodation was perfect our only slight complaint would be the matteresses they weren’t very comfortable and you could feel the springs. Even though the site is under renovation you wouldn’t know it. It will be a lovely park once it’s finished and I and miss family would visit again for sure.

Plum lodge was an amazing location for a midweek break. Ideally located for all the sights we wanted to see. We loved the hot tub but just a small suggestion: as it is at the front of the lodge by the small parking area it might be nicer to have the smoked glass panels on the veranda going completely around the hot tub as it did on the neighbouring lodge. Just provides a bit more privacy from cars entering the car park then the correct picket style panels. Other then that we loved it and looking to book again for next year.

Wow, everything about the lodge was luxurious. It included absolutely everything needed during our stay. We loved everything about the lodge and the hot tub. With such beautiful surroundings, it was a shame that there wasn't any family friendly walks. As the only way to exit is on a country lane without any pavements, we didn't feel we could walk with young children. We all had such an amazing stay and couldn't fault anything about the lodge and will definitely be booking to stay here again.

It was a lovely spot for a very relaxed weekend. No where was too far away and we had the added bonus of takeaway deliveries. The lodge had everything you could need and the hot tub was bliss.
