Fantastic place have been going there with family for nearly 20 years it's the best park it's just like being with A big family as they all make u feel as if your one of their own personally we won't stay any where else .

The lack of central heating was a bit chilly and the tiny TV was a surprise-my laptop’s bigger! Still, the place was clean and tidy, which was nice.

Unfortunately, the caravan seating was quite grubby, which was disappointing. The gardener's decision to cut the grass in the rain was unwise. Also, the takeaway was overpriced and terrible quality food. Not impressed at all.

We had a lovely weekend with the family here. Definitely planning to return, just hope they keep the grass trimmed better-got it all over our boots last time!

We stayed as a family of four and honestly, it was such a lovely little spot. The kids loved fishing and hanging out at the site. Everyone was super friendly, which made everything easier. The boat house had fun stuff like bingo, arts and crafts and even a cinema - my daughter especially loved it. There's also a pool table and darts. The food was tasty too. We’ll definitely return!

We stayed in the caravan for a quick 3-night trip. It wasn’t perfect-couple of kitchen doors didn’t quite match and the windows could have been cleaner. The overall look was a bit tired, but it didn’t stop us from having a good time. As a base, it suited us fine after a quick tidy up.

While the caravan seemed quite dated and was probably the oldest on site, used mainly by a fisherman, we really enjoyed the location by the lake-it made our stay quite pleasant despite the old van.

Honestly, the caravan’s getting a bit worn out now, probably around 3 to 4 years old. It used to be that they replaced them every 3 years before the company changed hands. We’ll see how it holds up next year, fingers crossed!

We found the beds and sofa to be great value, super comfy and spotless. The bathroom was lovely, though the shower felt a bit cramped. Everything in the kitchen worked perfectly too.

The windows were a real letdown - single glazed and didn’t quite shut properly. The gas oven was pretty useless too, couldn’t cook properly even at full blast. Disappointing!

We loved staying by the lake - perfect for fishing and watching ducks with the grandkids. The picnic table was handy, but there weren’t enough chairs for eight people and the table was a bit small. Still, a nice spot overall!

Honestly, we found the park quite dull. The boat house only opens at five, the swimming pool was shut and there wasn’t much happening. We won’t be back.

Overall, the caravan was okay but a bit tired in places-there were stains on the carpet, though it was still livable. The bedroom was tiny and the kitchen was nice but quite cramped with the table in front of the cupboards, making storage tricky. We were only six, so it wasn’t too bad.

The TV was completely dead; no signal at all, which was a real letdown. The caravan felt cramped for six adults, honestly. It’s just too small for that many people to be comfortable. We were pretty disappointed with the space and the TV issue. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re hoping for a relaxing stay.

We found the caravan really comfy and the heating kicked in quickly, which was great. It had all the crockery and cutlery we needed, so no issues there. However, the cooker was a bit dodgy and it was pretty messy with hair everywhere and crumbs under the beds and down the sofa sides. Also, it was supposed to sleep six, but only had one double and two singles, so we ended up sharing the double with two kids while the others slept in the other room. Bit confusing really!

On our 2nd or 3rd day a window in the lounge wouldn’t open so we went to report it at reception and within 5 mins a man came & repaired it. Fantastic service.

Stayed for a week, just me and my husband. Lovely quiet location caravan was spotless and adequate for our needs. May be okay for families with small children, not much on site for older kids. Easy to get around to the different beaches and sights. Would stay here again.

Lovely quiet site. The evening entertainment was brilliant especially when the children can be involved when it came to bingo. Only downside was the pool was closed but hopefully it may be open the next time we go.
