Fun Days Out in East Sussex

Fort Fun and Rocky's

This is an amazing fun park that will allow the kids to burn off some of that excess energy.  Located over 2 acres the fun park features go karts and amusement rides amongst other activities.  There is also an indoor play area making this a good choice for rainy days too.

Spring Bank Park Farm

For animal lovers and younger children this farm in East Sussex is a real delight.  You get to meet many of the animals at the regular "meet the animals" organised sessions.  From baby rabbits to Japanese painted quail chicks this farm will be a memorable family experience.  Located in Lewes the farm is easily accessible from many parks and lodges in the area.

Petworth House and Park

Petworth House and Park is the perfect place to enjoy a picnic in the summer and offers plenty of open space for kids to run around. As well as the stately house and gardens the site offers a 700 acre deer park which was landscaped by 'Capability' Brown. During summer holidays children's activities can often be enjoyed including Young Explorer Days and Family Bat Detectives.

The caravan was almost new. Lovely caravan. Separate bathroon/toilet is a great idea. Large shower was wonderful. There was a bit if wood shavings in wardrobes which could easily have been hoovered. It didn't mention that we would need to bring our own oven gloves and at least 1 larger saucepans would have been appreciated (cooking for 8). The caravan was a big asset in our opinion of the holiday.

Lovely views, wonderful to have outside decking and table. Only criticism is that the clubhouse is quite small and tables are at a premium

I felt at home right away in this accomodation . I worried that there was no central heating but the gas fire had the place cosy in a minute
I would like to see a larger t,v, and a more substantial set of steps to enter the door but that did not spoil a thing .

Really enjoyed second time going, pool out of order heating went due to weather but not a big deal. Amazing for kids they love it and very clean caravan..nice little get-away.
Marie
Had a lovely break here with the family & dog. Great caravans in lovely settings. Clubhouse was small yet good for little ones. We did a mon-fri deal so no characheters for my toddler which he would have loved. Also pool was nice, small & half had been shut off due to some tiles coming loose. Also was really cold in changing room. Overall a lovely break away.
Deanne
Caravan clean and tidy location was perfect the swimming pool was fabulous only thing letting coghurst down was lack of children entertainment x
