Riverside Caravan Park

Lovely weekend caravan spacious and clean.Nice quiet park entertainment good. Central for visiting Arundel and Brighton. Will visit again.

Fantastic evening entertainment for myself and my wife and also for our 4 year old daughter. Loved the pools and the staff are very friendly. We'll be going back very soon.

The caravan we stayed in was very spacious and could be a lovely caravan, if it wasnt so dirty! The carpets were covered in dirty stains and the same for the sofa. There was a brown patch on the wall next to the toilet & the windows had dirt on them (which looked like smeared food).The panel on the drawer to the wardrobe fell off every time you opened the drawer. The toilet roll holder in the en-suite falls off the wall.

Place feels more like a London drug den didnt feel safe

and no electric .went home as no electric untill 11pm or midnight.no cooker no television no clubhouse no bar or resturantiwe want a refund

Needs updating, kitchen equipment not good. No grill pan, no chopping boards, very basic things not there.

Have an amazing holiday x only problem for us was the air conditioning in the main buildings was so cold every evening

Our caravan was not cleaned before we arrived.

Pretty average.

Old. Tatty. Cobwebs. Curtains hanging. No grill or oven trays.

The ladies at the checkin were absolutely horrible the website made a error and changed the date of the booking not our fault even showed them this still happening while trying to book in front of them Absolutely refused to help and we're adamant there were not a single empty caravan to stay in They were happy to let children sleep on the street When trying to sort something out magically a caravan soon became available at a extra cost of almost double the price of the one booked We ended up having to pay as we were 4 hrs away from home on public transport with no where else to go Absolutely horrible staff

Comfortable caravan on a well kept and clean site. It was good to be here. There was everything we needed inside the caravan. We did not used the public areas but looked in and they were good. We enjoyed being there.

We loved this cosy cottage! Perfect spot for some peace and quiet and the hot tub was a real bonus. Owners were super friendly and not intrusive at all.

Very tired and grubby. We werent made aware there would be no towels, soap, washing up liquid etc ( wed been switched from another location at short notice) so had to visit Tescos to buy supplies.

We didn't stay in the Woodgate, but the Coaster upgrade was pretty nice! We loved it.

We stayed in the Coaster 6-berth after being upgraded from the Woodgate caravan since it was early season. Honestly, Id say its pretty much the same as the standard models, maybe even a bit nicer than most hotel rooms we've been in! A heads up though, bring loads of bedding because it can get chilly and a DVD player wouldnt go amiss for entertainment. The wifi, despite being on a 4-day voucher, was surprisingly quick and reliable, which was a nice bonus. Its not exactly the quietest spot around - theres a playground nearby and we could hear the entertainment most nights - but its not a big deal, just some background noise. There are a few steps at the entrance, so watch your step. Parkings straightforward and right next to the van, which is handy. Even during a cold spell in March with temperatures dropping to -5C, the van stayed cozy. The USB chargers were a real convenience too. Overall, a solid stay!

Had a brilliant weekend here, definitely recommend it for a peaceful anniversary getaway. We loved it!

We had a really lovely stay! Sharon and Robert were such friendly hosts, making us feel right at home. The place was spotless, cosy and perfect for Archie with good security. The location couldnt have been better - loads of nice walks and exploring nearby villages like Thaxted was a real treat. We definitely left feeling refreshed and relaxed, so all in all, a great break for us!

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage! The place is super well-kept and fully equipped, making everything easy for us. Loved the lovely walks nearby for the dogs and meeting the farm animals, especially Penelope the pig, whos quite the character. The host was so friendly and quick to reply. Definitely coming back, such good value!

Very spacious caravan, arrived well before 4pm, happy with it!

The caravan was a bit tired could do with a bit of sprucing up the hot water was a bit tand miss .to be truthful we used the caravan as a base .Was not happy about making our own bed

Nice clean park very nice flowers , staff in bar very friendly and bar very cool in such hot weather .it was a shame we had to leave early because I had hospital appointment

We had a great stay at Riverside. Our caravan was well equipped and great location just next to the park which was fab for our 6yo. Only a minute walk to the club house and arcade and couple minutes walk to the pool. Both indoor and outdoor pools where well staffed and clean. My kids had the best time and the staff where so friendly and nice. Tesco next door very handy for getting in the essentials. Beach is a few minutes drive or about 20 min walk. Overall we had a great time and the weather was very kind to us sunshine ?? all day Saturday and Sunday. Would definitely go back.

Been going to riverside for the past 9 years now and it’s a lovely site had no problems in the years the staff are so helpful and friendly

Great stay. A few minor faults with caravan which were reported.

Loved it so did my dogs we are coming back next year
