A lovely long weekend spent with the family, the children had a wonderful time. The staff were very helpful and had the chalets ready. They were very clean and the beds were made up ready for us The weather was so good, so we were able to explore the Island and see the magnificent views.

Date of stay: 23rd June 2018
Very nice chalet could be update and a shower unit instead of a bath with a shower in there other wise a lovely chalet.
Peter, Whitchurch
Date of stay: 16th June 2018
I down marked furniture and fittings as on arrival the caravan had lovely outside decking but no table or chairs to enjoy the lovely hot weather. I immediately asked the site for at least a chair to sit on but was told that Superior 6 Vans do not have decking furniture. After I made an official complaint, they agreed to see if anything could be found. I visited Guest Services each day for 3 days to no avail. I then insisted on speaking to a Manager who resolved the issue in 15 minutes. It may sound a trivial matter but the incident soured what would have been a very enjoyable holiday. I would return to this site.
Chrissy, Berkshire

Date of stay: 17th November 2017
The chalet was brilliant as was the welcome pack. All lovely and clean. But the wi fi was terrible dropping out every few minutes , completely useless. I would not have booked this site if i had known about the wifi.
Should not say the park has free wifi in the brochure as this is not the case.
I did not realise also that everything including restaurant and bars would be shut
Peter, Nelson Lancs

Chalet was nice. Toilet seat was hanging off and water was slightly leaking out of toilet system. Overall the chalet was nice. Few bits which showed the chalet had not been cleaned to a high standard.

Ian
Date of stay: 21st August 2017
As above , not set up for the five people I had booked for.
Olwen, Staffordshire
Date of stay: 19th August 2017
The caravan appeared to be spotlessly clean when we arrived but as there had been a dog staying in the caravan at some time prior to out arrival there were lot of dog hairs trapped in the carpet and upholstery when we arrived - a problem perhaps greater for us due to allergies by one of our party.
The housekeepers had done a thorough clean prior to our arrival and attended immediately the problem was highlighted to vacuum clean and brush again but I would now seriously consider a no pet accommodation as the dog hairs kept emerging as we brushed the carpets during the week.
The issue of pet allergies will be one I will take into consideration when booking again.
Kim, Southampton
Date of stay: 18th August 2017
We loved the caravan it was comfy and clean
Estella, Portsmouth
Date of stay: 14th August 2017
there was no iron in the caravan, so was a bit of a chore to get things ironed.
Ellie, Buckinghamshire
Date of stay: 5th August 2017
Some things in the chalet needed upgrading even some furniture was not suitable in the chalet as did not fit together properly but clean and had all we needed.
Gail, Bham
Date of stay: 5th August 2017
Caravan was lovely and clean. Beds were comfy. Only dirty bit was the floor by the fridge. Main bedroom was very narrow. Could just about get down side of bed. Good job we are only small.
Diana, Yeovil, Somerset
Date of stay: 24th July 2017
Could have done with a mirror in the bedrooms but was otherwise very nice.
Susan, Leicester
Date of stay: 22nd July 2017
Very good clean and well maintained site with good parking close to caravan.Site very hilly but we are considering coming back next year.
Philip
Date of stay: 22nd July 2017
The caravan was great - however, my sister was in a 6 berth and had comfier seating and a FULL sized fridge where as our caravan for EIGHT people only had a small fridge - was not enough space for a very large family...

The caravan rocked when someone moved in bed - it felt like you were on the ocean lol - highly amusing to start and annoying in the end.
Claire, Havant
Date of stay: 17th July 2017
Great value for money amazing walks and scenery
Samantha, Worcester
Date of stay: 8th July 2017
The only negative thing to say about the caravan was that the towel rail was rusty in the bathroom but it was rust that would rub off with a bit of elbow grease, couldn't touch it without rust off on you so that was the first job we had to do when we arrived. The extractor fan didn't work and so it had virtually rusted up again by the time we left a week later.
Paula
Date of stay: 30th June 2017
Little tight in the bathroom area, although it had all we required. Some outside chairs for the veranda would be nice.
Ray
Date of stay: 23rd June 2017
This caravan was nicer than my house. And I live in a very nice house.
Pauline, Kidderminster
Date of stay: 19th June 2017
Very pleased that towels and complementary toiletries were provided. The welcome pack was of very high quality. We were very pleased with the chalet overall however the stains on the sofa cushions need to be addressed they made the chalet look most unwelcoming when we walked in.
Trudi, Thornbury Bristol
Date of stay: 19th June 2017
Over all quite good. A bit expensive and the sofa not very comfortable, which for the price I would have expected better.
However, it wasn't enough to put us off from returning next year.
Terence, Winchester
Date of stay: 17th June 2017

Charlotte, Northampton
Date of stay: 8th May 2017
Bit snug photos made the Chalet look bigger - wouldn't have wanted to have 6 people in it! But for a mini break it was perfect and really good value for money.
Denise, Littlehampton
Date of stay: 29th April 2017
The only drawback is the double bed is up against the wall, but i know there is no chioce

Date of stay: 23rd September 2016
On arrival the Window would not close in main bedroom.. Went to report straight away. Worker turned up within 5 minutes and sorted it. Overall the chalet was very clean, but floor down the side of the cooker had food on it which the cleaners should have noticed.
Sue, Southampton
Date of stay: 9th September 2016
Cutlery and bowls were dirty. No outside chair or tables. No list of items that would be in the caravan so didn't have a clue what to take.
Danielle, Morden Surrey
Date of stay: 3rd September 2016
My Caravan was lovely but considering I paid exactly the same as my sister 2 caravans away, her one was defently not on the same scale at all, it was dated and dirty, think think should of been sorted so we payed and stayed in same accommodation .
Belinda, Hundon
Date of stay: 2nd September 2016

Azizun, Luton
Date of stay: 22nd August 2016
The caravan we stayed in was a luxury caravan. It was very modern and comfortable inside. There was a bit of dust on the kitchen extractor fan. There we're no instructions for how to use the heating system and we could not locate a thermostat which was a bit of a downfall as it was a bit of a chilly morning. The caravan was good value for money.
Christopher, Sussex

Fantastic! A lot of space and great facilities.
Very comfortable
Alex, Cheltenham
Date of stay: 29th July 2016
Great caravan, so much better than I was expecting. My only comments are that a DVD player would have been a great addition to entertain the kids and also the wifi was pretty non existant. There was the added benefit though of being shut off from the usual tech interruptions!
Matthew, Toddington, Bedfordshire
Date of stay: 29th July 2016

Date of stay: 8th July 2016
The accommodation was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a generous welcome pack provided. The on-site shop sold a limited range of items and closed early - so best to bring some supplies with you.

The only suggestion I have is to improve the signage for late night arrivals: the park is split into two sections on either side of the road and it was not clear where we should have gone. Once we found a security guard, however, he was very helpful and we were checked in within no time.
Lauren, Hertfordshire
Date of stay: 8th July 2016
I was a bit worried about what our accommodation would be like but it's was absolutely fabulous and far exceed my expectations especially when you consider how much we paid!! We could have fit 6 people in the chalet with two shower rooms and a nice kitchen lounge area. The chalet was lovely and clean when we arrived with some free biscuits, tea and other bits on arrival and we had a lovely balcony area to use. Because of our sons age a gate on the top of the balcony stairs would have meant we could have used it more and left the doors to it open but that is my only negative to the accommodation.
Stephen, Margate
Date of stay: 25th June 2016
No com-laints. Well fitted and comfortable.
Marilyn, London
Date of stay: 17th June 2016
Have no qualms in recommending this holiday. The staff were very helpful and we had a very pleasant surprise with the complimentary goodies that were in the caravan on our arrival - tea bags, coffee, wine, chocolate, etc. The caravan was clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money.
Ian, Christchurch Dorset

Date of stay: 6th May 2016
Very comfortable new chalet.Perhaps could do with a shower mat and grab rail for security in the shower.
Anelisa, London
Date of stay: 25th April 2016
The only reason for my score not to be a 10 is because every time the strong wind blew or someone walked around the caravan we could feel it.
Otherwise it was exactly what we expected.
Valerie, Southampton

only bad comment is the superior chalet we stayed in could do with a upgrade on the back door and windows old and moldy but rest of chalet was perfect for us get double glazing on the back to match the front and would be perfect
Peter, London
Date of stay: 3rd October 2015
A great caravan holiday, caravan was super,

never been to whitecliff before, but will be going again

thanks for the holiday.
Ruqaya, Brighton
Date of stay: 21st September 2015
Beautiful location by the sea with rabbits running around the park early morning.
The playground was nothing much; just a slide, I expected much more outside play apparatus for little ones.
Staff very helpful and polite. Chalet clean and comfortable with a bit of updating needed in bathroom; only complaint about chalet was there was no iron and ironing board (we brought our own) or vacuum cleaner.
Overall, our main and only big issue was lack of Internet/phone signal: no wifi in chalets and no phone signal which meant no 3G or phone contact.
Jenny, Kent
Date of stay: 5th September 2015
The comfort chalet was lovely everything you need for a short stay, beds comfy and everything was clean. Could do with a door mat on entry as we arrived in rain and as parking space was extremely muddy we ended up trailing rain & mud into lovely clean chalet. Likewise a shower mat would keep it cleaner too in bathroom. Otherwise great.
Pamela, London
Date of stay: 1st September 2015
I love Whitecliff Bay, I took my daughter there as a child and now we are taking my grandson and reliving memories. We were superbly located this time.

Stephen, Dunstable
Date of stay: 31st August 2015
Very simple, but pleasant. One member of my family commented that the bathtub was small, and the sliding mirror cupboard above the sink looked 'naff'. Under the armchair cushions we found dust, dust, and a little pink hair comb. The chairs and bed were comfortable, the mattress compromised for the shape of your body, but it wasn't like you could sink into it. They weren't exactly generous with the washing-up liquid (tiny little bottle) but that's not a complaint. It was expensive for such a simple chalet, but I've seen much worse. So overall, I loved this chalet.
Cheryl, Gwent
Date of stay: 29th August 2015
Caravan we couldn't fault, all areas were clean, shower was powerful, instant hot water, plus fantastic views from caravan

Date of stay: 24th August 2015
We loved it. And we are hoping to go there again next.
Toby, Brighton
Date of stay: 22nd August 2015
The caravan was very clean, but a toilet seat had seen better days upon our arrival. During our stay the seat broke away from it's hinges. The caravan was situated quite close to the Nab bar which stayed open quite late and having it's side to a car park so late evenings were quite noisy, especially as the children's bedroom backed onto the car park and the adult bedroom back onto the Nab. Having said this we were safe and secure during our stay. A balcony or terrace would have been nice, but maybe this would come with a higher grade of caravan. Upon arrival I was told that the caravn which we were staying in was a luxury caravan.
Claire, Sussex
Date of stay: 1st August 2015
The chalet was really cosy and had everything we needed. My only complaint is that we stayed two weeks and I would have really appreciated clean sheets and a bit of a clean after the first week. Two weeks is too long to go without fresh bedding and without a hoover or carpet sweeper we couldn't keep the carpet free of sand and dust.
Teresa, Eastbourne
Date of stay: 1st August 2015
We had the Superior 6 static home, it was very spacious, very clean and was stocked up with plenty of kitchen stuff. I have 4 children and never felt closed in with them whilst in the static home. We had decking on ours and it was lovely to sit out and look at the amazing views.
Teina, Lichfield

Date of stay: 19th June 2015
The chalet was really nice and cute. Like a little holiday home. The kitchen was well equipped. The rooms were just a good size and the beds very comfy. The bathroom could be slightly bigger but that didn't change the fact that we loved the chalet.
Christine, Coventry
Date of stay: 13th June 2015
Lovely lovely lovely. Will definitely be returning
Sarah, Weston Super Mare
Date of stay: 13th June 2015
Amazing comfy bed, loved it.
The kitchen could have done with a few more utensils, and also hooks in the shower room to hang towels.
I was also surprised that the bedrooms didn't have either a bedside lamp, or a switch near the bed for the lights, as not ideal having the only light switch by the door, also not able to put a night light in the room for children as no socket by the bed.
Ruby, Corsham Wilts.
Date of stay: 11th May 2015
Just needed a couple of hooks inside the van to hang a wet coat on.

Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly throughout our stay. A shame that the flume in the indoor pool was not working, my daughters were a bit disappointed. Food in the take-away was very slow but apart from this we enjoyed our stay at Whitecliff Bay.

The best holidays we ever had: The caravan was extremely clean and comfortable, great facilities throughout the whole holiday park and staff extremely polite, friendly and helpful.
The only area that needs improvement is the swimming pool: the changing rooms need upgrading with new lockers, fresh premises as they were dirty.

Chalet beautifully decorated and fully equipped kitchen. The inclusion of non slip bath mat was helpful.

A carpet sweeper would be useful.

There needs to be a bigger play park for children of all ages.

Feel the drinks at the club are far too over priced so never attended entertainment as much as I'd liked

Cigarette butts over area outside caravan - complained. Yes they were swept up only to be thrown all over the grass for someone else to have to come and clean up!

I paid for a cot for the week and never got one and never even got a refund

The outdoor pool was closed for most of out stay

Apart from that - we all had an excellent holiday and would definitely return to the Isle of Wight

The chalet was in a nice quiet location but if that is a "Superior chalet" I would hate to see what it is "Superior" to, I would call it basic! There are gaps of 2 inches under each door which causes them to rattle all day unless you wedge them closed, the bath is only half sized and the fire alarm goes off any time you cook, even if it is only toast!

Although we had a value chalet (because of dog) we found it clean and adequate; Only one downside was no long mirror - the only mirror in the whole chalet was on a bathroom cabinet. Apart from that it was fine.

Park was nice, well run and beach was lovely. Mon-Fri, the park was very quiet and some of the facilities close early. Shop on site was well stocked. Caravan was well used but clean. layout was good for small children. All interactions with staff were good and they were friendly. Would stay again.

nice bar ,pool and good for children.
beach has a very steep hill but nice when you get down to the beach.
old and people with bad health would do better going to sanddown beach but the views are just like being in the med.
beach shops could do better and boats for kids needed

Our accommodation was not very clean, sweets under sofa from previous family which our 20 month old son found and actually tried to put in his mouth. Public hair on bathroom floor, cigarette buts all over outside seating area. Bread crumbs under microwave. Bed was very comfortable but felt the bungalow was quite outdated and not 'superior'.

Over the past few years I have taken my grandchildren to several holiday PARC's and was very pleasantly surprised by this one. The location is superb with access to a beautiful beach. The nab bar which is near beach is pleasant and serves good quality food at a fair price. The outdoor pool is heated with attentive staff. Certainly the pool is old but on close inspection there is no evidence of lack of maintenance. In fact speaking with the staff they were happy to explain the strict water testing programme they carry put (as a pool owner I was very impressed).
The shop on site was more than adequate for our needs which was important as we did not have our own transport. The bus stop outside the park gave us easy access to all attractions.
This holiday was truly stress free. The PARC may not have all the latest attractions but provided a beautiful and peaceful enviroment. The staff were without exception friendly and helpful. Many thanks to you all !

Had everything there to entertain my Grandson who is only 6. The beach was lovely. I think in high season it might be too busy in the pools and play area which is not very big.
