Lovely weekend caravan spacious and clean.Nice quiet park entertainment good. Central for visiting Arundel and Brighton. Will visit again.

Fantastic evening entertainment for myself and my wife and also for our 4 year old daughter. Loved the pools and the staff are very friendly. We'll be going back very soon.

We didn't stay in the Woodgate, but the Coaster upgrade was pretty nice! We loved it.

We stayed in the Coaster 6-berth after being upgraded from the Woodgate caravan since it was early season. Honestly, I’d say it’s pretty much the same as the standard models, maybe even a bit nicer than most hotel rooms we've been in! A heads up though, bring loads of bedding because it can get chilly and a DVD player wouldn’t go amiss for entertainment. The wifi, despite being on a 4-day voucher, was surprisingly quick and reliable, which was a nice bonus. It’s not exactly the quietest spot around - there’s a playground nearby and we could hear the entertainment most nights - but it’s not a big deal, just some background noise. There are a few steps at the entrance, so watch your step. Parking’s straightforward and right next to the van, which is handy. Even during a cold spell in March with temperatures dropping to -5°C, the van stayed cozy. The USB chargers were a real convenience too. Overall, a solid stay!

Very spacious caravan, arrived well before 4pm, happy with it!

We found the caravan a bit tired and in need of some sprucing up. The hot water was often inconsistent, which was a bit frustrating. Honestly, we mainly used it as a base. Not thrilled about having to make our own bed, really.

We needed some light bulbs replaced and a door fixed and honestly, they sorted everything out really quickly. The engineers were friendly, polite and always went the extra mile without dragging things out. It’s rare to find such efficient and courteous service these days, so we’re pretty happy!

We had a lovely time! The pool area was spotless, perfect for our kids, especially those with additional needs.

Quite disappointed really, missing many utensils and had to request a new toaster because ours was rusty.

Overall, the caravan was decent but definitely needs some TLC. The door was hanging off and the smoke alarm was just shoved aside. A good clean would help a lot.

The Aldwick Caravan was spacious enough for our group, which was great. However, we were a bit annoyed not to find essentials like toilet roll or oven trays and had to buy them ourselves. One bedroom door was also faulty, but overall, it was okay.

When we checked in, the gas was completely dead and it took two tries for staff to sort it out. The lighting was pretty rubbish, kept cutting out and in the end, it just wouldn’t work without help. The shower also wouldn’t stay warm at all. Not great, really.

While some things need fixing-like the blinds, mattress and the cutlery not being super clean-we still had a lovely time overall. It didn’t ruin our trip at all!

The staff are friendly and helpful, making the experience nice despite the dated van.

We really enjoy Riverside, the entertainment is top-notch and always fun. Caravans are okay, could do with a deep clean sometimes.

Could have been better

Honestly, we were really disappointed. The place was so poorly maintained-stained furniture, mouldy bathroom and broken fixtures everywhere. The electric socket hanging off the wall was dangerous and the door handle was broken. Not at all suitable for disabled guests.

We bought this caravan expecting it to be accessible for disabled people, but honestly, it didn’t live up to that. The entrance has a steep hill which is a nightmare if you’re not super fit - pushing a wheelchair up it wasn’t easy at all. Inside, it’s quite tired looking, clearly an old caravan that’s been converted poorly. Not what we hoped for, really.

We really enjoy Riverside Park, the staff are friendly and the clubhouse is lovely. The entertainment is always enjoyable too. However, we did find the route to the toilets confusing after it was changed. The two-bedroom caravans could do with better heating; we were absolutely freezing! Tried calling head office a few times, but got mixed messages. Next time, we’ll probably go straight to Riverside to sort things out.

Ants everywhere made the stay pretty unpleasant and the shower chair was completely useless without legs.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The park was peaceful, the pool was perfect and warm and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. Definitely coming back!

The staff really made us feel welcome, even though the burger was a bit overcooked and the fries lacked crispness. Nice vibe overall!

We had a lovely stay! Getting around was super easy and we explored some really nice spots nearby without any hassle. Definitely recommend it!

We had a brilliant stay! The caravan was comfy and well-maintained, with great onsite amenities. Lovely spot too, close to plenty of interesting places to explore. Would definitely return!

Some fittings were missed despite the refurbishment, like hooks on the doors. Slight oversight.

Nice clean park very nice flowers , staff in bar very friendly and bar very cool in such hot weather .it was a shame we had to leave early because I had hospital appointment

We had a great stay at Riverside. Our caravan was well equipped and great location just next to the park which was fab for our 6yo. Only a minute walk to the club house and arcade and couple minutes walk to the pool. Both indoor and outdoor pools where well staffed and clean. My kids had the best time and the staff where so friendly and nice. Tesco next door very handy for getting in the essentials. Beach is a few minutes drive or about 20 min walk. Overall we had a great time and the weather was very kind to us sunshine ?? all day Saturday and Sunday. Would definitely go back.

Been going to riverside for the past 9 years now and it’s a lovely site had no problems in the years the staff are so helpful and friendly
