The lodge was very comfortable, well appointed and very comfortable. The views were spectacular and the hot tub wonderful to use.
However the 4 day break was spoiled by the heating not working on 3 occasions
The staff when called, repaired it each time but on the last morning we had no heating or hot water which was a shame

Overall perfect holiday but if you book when children are at school read the park details carefully as all facilities are close as they have all school children there.

Absolutely terrific time, great lodge, that was spotlessly clean and lovely hot tub with lake views and evening sunsets of the malvern hills on the horizon. Brilliant site for our doggie too, with a huge dog compound for off lead exercise :)

Fab, spacious lodge. As weather so hot would have liked blinds and a fan.

Nice holiday very quiet on the site, not many people around, apart from school kids on activity holidays.

Date of stay: 18th June 2018
An excellent lodge in a beautiful location. All staff were very friendly and helpful. the weather was not the best with a high breeze which stopped us eating out on the verandah which we did the first evening with the lovely lake sunset views - see photo. The only thing that could have been beneficial but not essential would have been a few more mugs and items of cutlery as the 6 place settings for 4 people meant the dishwasher often had something you required in it! We would definitely recommend.

Date of stay: 15th June 2018
Great lodge with a great view over the lake. Well furnished and clean, only thing we couldnt find was a potato peeler! Everything else we needed was there. Very quiet at night so very nice to sit on the deck and watch the sun go down.

Had a lovely weekend in the Oak lodge at Croft Farm. The owner and other staff were very helpful and receptive when we offered our thoughts on things that would be useful to add in the accommodation. I give it a 10/10 and am booked to return soon.

Date of stay: 26th March 2018
I was concerned about staying in a pet friendly lodge because despite the fact that we were taking a dog with us I didnt want to stay in a lodge that had obvious signs of previous pets - hairs, smells, damaged furniture etc I neednt have worried the lodge was spotlessly clean with good fittings and equipment.

The balcony was lovely for morning coffee and great for my daughters dog as it is completely enclosed and we could allow him to walk in and out at will. It would have been nice to sit on the balcony in the evenings but unfortunately the lights were broke so that wasnt possible.

A couple of small negatives; there was no information in the lodge about the locality or the facilities e.g. wifi code. We did text the number we were given but received no reply for 24 hours spas we were only at the site for a weekend we got a response on the day we were leaving! Only other thing is that the pictures on line give the impression that the lodge is right on the water when in fact it is set back with a fairly well used walkway between the lodge and the water.

Overall though lovely little lodge and great break

A lovely spot - not busy in December and February when we visited.

A better and bigger hot-tub would make this the perfect accommodation.

Date of stay: 29th January 2018
Lodge was lovely but would have benefitted from a coffee table/small tables of some sort.
Also proper grown up mugs (not beakers!) as impossible to drink hot drinks in cups without handles!

Date of stay: 12th January 2018
A relaxing holiday in a beautiful part of the country. Enjoyed exploring a few local towns and a walk in the nearby Malvern Hills. The hot tub was a real treat.
The park itself is quite small and not much going on as it is winter, which suited us perfectly for a quiet get away. It might be rather busy in summer.

Recently spent 3 nights in one of their luxury lodges for my 30th birthday. The lodge was stunning we spent every evening in the hot tub with a glass of wine. The view was lovely. Had an amazing relaxing few days.
Theresia
Absolutely loved the lodge. The view from the lodge was good. Only things i can pick on were , cups with no handles, needed a coffee table in lounge area as nowhere to put drinks when watching tv and parking abit tight if u have someone in the lodge opposite . Bedroom was lovely plenty of space and storage and a major plus having a king size quilt on a double bed !!!! Food in the cafe was excellent although only open towards the end of our visit.
Nicky
It was our second visit. We took a couple of mugs with handles as we remembered the ones in the cottage didn't have handles. A coffee table near the sofas would be helpful.
Lee
This was a lovely lodge, But it was out of season so some of the facilities were not available. The managers of the site were very helpful and informative.
Louise
Amazing location with beautiful lodges! Staring at all the stars in the hot tub at night makes it extra special
David
Fantastic lodge in a perfect setting and location
Joanne
Excellent place, the Oak lodge was the best place I've ever stayed in.
Nicky
We stayed for a few nights for our honeymoon, arriving in the dark on a freezing night. Richard showed us to our lodge which was warm, modern, spacious and homely. Added to the personal touches was a Christmas tree to brighten up a December stay. The hot tub was fantastic, stayed warm for ages, and there was a floating tray for our glass of wine! I would thoroughly recommend Elm at Croft Farm Water Park. It was a perfect choice and didn't disappoint.
Karen
Lovely lodge with a great hot tub overlooking the lake. Had all the features that you could want
Julie
The lodges at croft farm are just amazing, location is good and we would definately go back.
