Accommodation was great looking from outside and high spec inside but sadly was dirty everywhere as had not been cleaned properly. Beds were very basic like camp beds and noisy.

Wonderful place recommended to all. Clean and beautiful site. The thoughtful things like mowed pathways around the fishing lakes and deer park so you can walk round safe and enjoy is just perfect! Staff all so friendly and helpful. Lovelt break will definitely be returning!

We booked a caravan with a balcony! We didn't get the balcony! Very sparse. ment to be dog friendly. Close the gaps in the steps! A lot of dogs don't like open steps! 48hrs to get April going up with confidence!

Lovely place. Accommodation clean and tidy. Not enough cutlery though, need teaspoons and forks fortunately we had brought some of our own. Needed a shower mat so you didn’t slip getting out the shower. But overall great. We went for the fishing which was excellent even though it was hot. Have booked to return September.

The picture I saw on the website which decided me to book this accommodation was not the accommodation I was given. The site is quiet and clean. Be aware you have to pay for WiFi bring your own toilet roll and towels. The mattresses were quite lumpy and the bed linen was stained with blood .

Caravan was nice and spacious, the sofa in parts a little low and could probably do with replacing. Would have been nice for a tea towel in the welcome pack? Had all the basic cooking utensils. The TV remote was temperamental at times which the office staff advised. The toilet seats, they slide off as they are not really fitted very well.

The caravan was lovely and spacious, but the outside lighting was poor, making it tricky to empty bins at night. No secure area for our dog either.

Overall, we had a pretty good experience with the van. It’s really warm and comfortable and it had all the facilities we needed. There were a couple of small issues though-like the toilet seat being a bit loose and the front right gas burner on the hob spluttering and staying lit, which was a bit annoying. Also, it would’ve been handy to have a hook on the bathroom door for a dressing gown. Nothing major, but worth mentioning!

We found the van to be comfortable and warm, white all the facilities we needed. There were a couple of issues which we left a note for the staff: toilet seat insecure, the front right gas burner on the hob was “spluttering” and would stay lit, the other three burners were ok, it would be helpful to have at least one hook on the bathroom door to put a dressing gown when having a shower.

We really enjoyed our stay at Deer View, it was so peaceful and quiet. Feeding the deer was such a lovely experience! There were just a couple of small things that could be improved - like no hooks in the caravan to hang coats or towels, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, there was no iron or ironing board, which we’ve come to expect in most caravans. We’d definitely come back, just bringing our own stuff next time. The plates and pans needed a quick wash, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, a nice stay!

Date of stay: 30th August 2024
We loved our stay, we were located on Deer View and it was so nice and quiet. Going to feed the deer was lovely. Only a few tiny issues, there's no hooks in the caravan so no where to hang coats or hang towels up and there was also no iron or iron board which normally comes as standard in caravans. Would definitely return and would know to bring our own. Also needed to re wash the plates and pans as they were a little dirty but wasn't a big problem

We loved the caravan's overall look, it was spotless and super comfy. Just a heads up, the outdoor plastic seats aren’t ideal if you're bigger.

Date of stay: 28th July 2024
The holiday was fantastic, even if some furniture fittings seemed a bit outdated and could’ve benefited from a touch of care. Still, the kids and dog had a brilliant time and we’d definitely return again!
Emma Clarke
Date of stay: 21st July 2024
We found the caravan to be spotless and very modern, which was lovely. The main bedroom was quite spacious, fitting our travel cot comfortably and there was plenty of storage for clothes. Beds were really comfy too. The only downsides were missing some basics like tea towels, cleaning cloths and washing up liquid - a bit odd for a static. Also, no side lamps meant we had to keep the main lights on all the time, which was a bit annoying! Still, overall a good stay.
Emma Grace Carter

Really impressed with the cleanliness and comfort here.
