Where's Foxhunter Park?

Date of stay: 4th August 2018
Lovely caravan. One of the single beds hadn't been changed but the cleaning staff came and made it up for us as soon as we mentioned it.
Gemma, London
Date of stay: 27th July 2018
There wasnt much information about the caravan we hired on the website just two photos of the inside , but when we got there, we were very pleased and overwhelmed, it was massive and had a huge decking that we enjoyed for the whole week as we had the perfect weather. The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable, my partner and I had our own shower room with toilet and our kids that were at the other end of the caravan had a shower and toilet to share. The resort itself was very picturesque, clean and quiet. Everyone was friendly. Le club is small but very nice and decorative. The staff were very friendly and always up for banter. The cocktails were very tasty and the food was very good. Nice pool, and bar next to the pool.
Sylvia, Barking
Date of stay: 21st July 2018
It was a lovely restful holiday but next time I would get a bigger caravan as I found the 2 bedroom caravan is very compact
Leslie, New Romney, Kent.
Date of stay: 14th July 2018
The only reason we gave 9 is the space around the bed. Would have preferred to forego the en-suite in favour of more space in bedroom.
Michael, Polegate
Date of stay: 13th July 2018
We tend to stay in the same caravan due to the location and layout etc. It is always clean and tidy and suits us down to the ground.

Date of stay: 4th June 2018
Fantastic holiday park, was very pleasantly suprised with everything!!! Great entertainment, I would go as far to say that it's the best entertainment I have ever seen at a holiday park. Our accomodation was really clean and very comfortable, the park felt very safe and was also extremely clean. so to sum it up 'Wow!!!!' and well worth a visit. 'Thank you 'Foxhunter' we would definitely come again.

Date of stay: 18th May 2018
Very generous size bed rooms, the bunk beds are ideal for young children, though all rooms only has wardrobes, and would benefit from having shells or draws. Kitchen area very well equipped, and very good lounging area.

Lesley, Gravesend
Date of stay: 6th August 2016
The Caravan hadn't been vacuumed before we arrived, there was hair all over the carpet, and the runners on the shower were really dirty. The television didn't work properly, and it took 4 days for this to the corrected.

Date of stay: 4th June 2016
Just perfect x
Sally, Hawkhurst
Date of stay: 3rd June 2016
Very comfortable caravan EXCEPT for the mattresses, every one of which should have been consigned to the rubbish tip a long time ago. The gas tap for the boiler had very unhelpfully been turned to the "off" position, it took us ages to figure out why the hot water wasn't working (the only person to ask for help was the security guard, who never came to have a look even though he said he would and claimed the next day that he had knocked two or three times - possibly he got the wrong caravan?). The heating worked most of the time, but at random times refused to work even though it was cold. Caravan well equipped and laid out. Very good TV reception but WiFi extremely hit and miss - although this is warned about on the website.
Carol, High Wycombe
Date of stay: 16th May 2016
The van itself was not good for a 2015 van as said before
Jean, Monkton Kent
Date of stay: 13th May 2016

Date of stay: 3rd October 2015
When I've travelled with my dogs in the past, I 've found most holiday accommodation to be very shabby but this time the caravan to be very clean, modern and very spacious.
Kay, London
Date of stay: 28th September 2015
Caravan was one of the best we have had. When going to other sites have been really disappointed as we've gone inside. Loved the fox hunter park.
Mark, Bristol
Date of stay: 19th September 2015
Lovely modern van, contemporary with all mod cons. A real home-from-home! It was nice to have a decent size tv, but it was very cheap. Everything else was excellent.
Mrs Speight, Hornchurch
Date of stay: 31st August 2015
Did not think the shop was good never sold stuff like breakfast foods you can buy rolls already made up but that's not for me and it closed though the day pool was dirty and to many wasp round. Tables outside bar area
Debbie, Derby
Date of stay: 22nd August 2015

Amazing attractive holiday park had a great holiday, caravan superb. Only downside it was a shame not near a village with more to do so had to get car out far more than we would normally do. Would definitely recommend

Trudi, Nottingham
Date of stay: 4th May 2015
Caravan really good. Only one thing that could be improved was that there was no instructions for using microwave, oven, hob or heating. Otherwise all great. Thank you.
Marilyn, Gravesend
Date of stay: 13th April 2015
Caravan very clean. Two bedrooms. One double and one with two small single beds. Plenty of room for average sized family. Settee does also convert to a double bed although did not personally have need of this. Central heating and gas fire. Furniture a little tired/dated but comfortable. Single camp beds not very comfortable. Double bed ok. Good value for money.
Sharon, Bexley
Date of stay: 29th September 2014
Really pleased with our caravan, will be definitely be booking that particular caravan again, couldn't fought it, clean, modern & my little girl loved it.
Tracy, Dunstable
Date of stay: 15th September 2014
Clean, well kept, quiet park. Centrally located for everything around. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Kent.
John, Market Harborough
Date of stay: 15th September 2014
The park was very clean and tidy and the staff very friendly. We went in September and everything was ok entertainment wise on the Friday and Saturday. We were told by a member of staff that on the sunday evening there would be no show as it was out of season but we could eat there and the bingo was still on and then they sometimes did a quiz. My husband and I went down to the bar and it was empty apart from the barman who told us there was nothing on. We asked him where we could eat and was told only fish & Chip shop or Chinese. We were very disappointed therefore we left on the Sunday night for home instead of the Monday morning as we thought what was the point of staying when there was nothing to do. We were not informed of this at the time of booking or on arrival. Sorry but we wont be back as other companies cater for you out of season at the same price.
Wendy, Peterborough
Date of stay: 12th September 2014
Fox hunter Park is excellent. Myself and my sister stayed in September and the caravan park was clean and tidy all the time , We both said the best park we had both every stayed at.
Richard, Watford
Date of stay: 12th September 2014
the garden area could do with cleaning, especially the pond area and the fountains, apart from this, a very comfortable and very clean caravan, cheap and in a good setting, maybe a bit close to other caravans, but as it had net curtains, was not a problem, very enjoyable stay, would highly recommend.
Jane, Brighton
Date of stay: 8th September 2014
Great location for exploring the Kent countryside and beaches and Canterbury. Spotlessly clean and tidy park. Excellent caravan, clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. Fantastic weekend
Sarah, Tun Bridge Wells
Date of stay: 1st September 2014
Great holiday in a lovely location with lots of places to visit nearby. The pool, club and arcade were great
Vivien, Ramsgate
Date of stay: 22nd August 2014
My only disappointment was no shopping facilities such as milk bread papers daily this would have made my stay.
Must add your park layout and landscape tops also club and pool
Excellent.
Last but not least security and Steve very pleasant felt safe for children to go to there club they made a point of making the children secure well done
Marilyn, Kent
Date of stay: 18th August 2014
Quiet caravan park, this is not a holiday camp. Lovely grounds, large pool and residents club house serving excellent meals.

Evening entertainment is OK, children's entertainment seemed a bit average but OK for kids upto 8 years old or so. Nothing much for older kids or teenagers to do but as mentioned, this is not a holiday camp. Most of the caravans were owner occupied during our August 2014 visit.

We would definitely be going back.
Christine, London
Date of stay: 15th August 2014
Lovely holiday park , great swimming pool & caravan.
Jackie
Date of stay: 11th August 2014
The caravan and surroundings were beautiful and cannot fault either. Staff were very friendly during our stay. I have since sent them an email and have not had a reply relating to the possibility of leaving items on the caravan. The layout of the very small club house means you are unable to see your children in most seating areas. The arcade is also very small. The children's entertainment is very limited. The food is nice but very expensive. The park is mainly used by caravan owners. The children really do need more adult supervision as certain children really needed it.
Wendy, Newport
Date of stay: 4th August 2014
enjoyable short break.Pool is lovely and value caravan exceeded our expectations. The site is fairly crowded and packed in but is very well kept. Seemed to be mostly owners rather than holiday makers.
We would return.
Karl, Stony Stratford
Date of stay: 4th August 2014
Beautiful little park, great pool and bar/restaurant. Staff we're absolutely awesome, so friendly and helpful. Everything you need in one place, only thing missing is a wee shop on site but nearest is only a mile or so away in the next village. All in all fantastic find and will be booking for next year soon...

Natalie, Eltham, Se London
Date of stay: 30th June 2014
Didn't know what to expect - was daunting going away for the first time without my husband and just the two children, but the weekend couldn't have been better - apart from the fact we had no hot water in the shower!. I asked a friend who has a caravan on the site to help, which she did, but could not fix it, then I spoke to the duty manager. He fixed it at first, but when it came to the evening and we wanted a shower before we went out, there was no hot water at all.
Apart from that, I was impressed with the beautiful surroundings, the oriental gardens are amazing, club house was great, food, drink, entertainment great. I could not stop raving about it! In fact, I recommended it to my friend and she has booked a week for her family the first week of the summer holidays!!.
Barbara, Westcliff On Sea Essex
Date of stay: 27th June 2014

We spent a lovely Easter Weekend at Foxhunter Park. Location is very pretty, caravan clean and spacious. We would definitely recommend a stay.
Jane
We have been going to this park for years beautiful park and setting
Bradley
Was great, only thing that could have been better was a onsite shop of some sort, if you don’t have a car, the shops are a long walk a way and the buses run hourly and stop around 5pm
Shaun
great staff
Nikki
Really enjoyed it
Gerald
could have done with clean lots of left over junk
Pamela
Really lovely apart from we came out of season and nothing was open even the White Stag village pub was closed but hey Minster was open.
Anton
A nice and very beautiful holiday park. Helpfull staff! Excellently decorated accommodation and very clean.
Karen
We enjoyed the park, setting and location so much we extended our stay there. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly, approachable and helpful. The caravan itself offered everything we required, was exceptionally clean and the grounds were fastidiously maintained.

Fun Days Out near Foxhunter Park

Wildwood Trust is well worth a visit if you are staying in the local area.  You can experience close encounters with native wildlife - all in a beautiful forest setting.  You will find this attraction between the coastal town of Herne Bay and the ancient city of Canterbury.  There is a wide variety of animals to see including badgers, foxes and otters. Kids will also love the animal encounters sessions, playground and games and quizzes.  Check out their website for the latest admission prices which are excellent value for a family day out in Kent.
about 19 Miles
Brockhill Country Park once formed part of a large estate dating right back to Norman times. Today the old manor house is part of Brockhill School but the grounds are still open to the public and are a popular place to enjoy a picnic on a summer day. The park is abundant with wildlife including butterflies and birds.
about 21 Miles
