Ladram Bay Holiday Park

It was such a fantasic holiday we are booked for 2weeks in 2011. Looking forward to meeting the very friendly helpful staff and staying in the lovely caravans.

Decent caravan. Very modern and clean on arrival. Nice layout with normal type sofas, although the dining area only had 4 seats for 6 people. The TV was adequate but small.

Caravan was spacious with lots of storage, really great location near the seafront but not loud. Bring your own supplies though, eg hand soap, towels.

Nice clean caravan. Bedrooms very small and very little storage. Great to have two toilets and hot tub great. Some small lamps would have been nice instead of using main lights. No towels provided, this should be stated before booking.

Beautiful and modern, hot tub was lovely, the views were stunning!

caravan and hot tub was clean ,well serviced every morning our caravan was easy walk to onsite shop fish chip shop and beach

Lovely van and a bonus to.have decking and grass verge for sunbathingOnly disappointment has been the old.tv. its free view with no Internet connection, the signal here is notorious poor, so the availbe channels keep.dropping out. And the hdmi connection is so old, that firesticks can't be fitted.Change this and everything would.go.up

It would be good to have a mirror in each room and drawers in the other twin room. Lovely lodge and views are beautiful. The hot tub was lovely too. Beds comfy and facilities were good. A pizza cutter would be good in the kitchen & a pizza tray.

Spacious kitchen, very comfy L shaped sofa, duvets / bedding etc clean and well looked after. I particularly liked 2 toilets and big shower. Only odd thing is it sleeps 6 but table in kitchen only seats 4?

Horrific cleanliness I’m not sure how they are getting away with the very little cleaning done in these caravans? Such a let down to such a lovely place

We had such a wonderful time. The park is so safe and clean, perfect for little children. The pool is the nicest in the area.

We really enjoyed our weekend here, it’s perfect for a peaceful anniversary escape, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this cosy little spot tucked away in a quiet, private area. The owners were super friendly and always ready to help if needed, but we still felt like we had our own space. The hot tub was a real treat after long days out cycling. Just a heads up, the cottage's location under Stansted’s flight path means there's quite a bit of aircraft noise. It took us a couple of hours to get used to it, but honestly, it didn’t ruin our holiday at all. We’d definitely come back!

The hosts were really lovely and the cottage itself was just gorgeous. The hot tub and log burner made it extra special. Definitely coming back!

Stayed in Seaview Apartments for 3 nights. It was bigger than expected with 2 ensuites with showers.

Ladram bay is a beautiful place to have a holiday. The view of the sea is stunning. We only visited the restaurant but the food was very tasty, bit pricey but you got a big portion size. The caravan we stayed in had a great view of the sea and the size was adequate for 2. It could’ve been cleaned better though as there was hair in the bathroom and food on the kitchen floor. The walk down to the pebble beach is a little steep but the ice cream and view more than made up for it. We'll definitely be back.

Lovely caravan with great sea views. Although the caravan was pet friendly we didn’t have a pet but it was so clean you wouldn’t have known there were pets there before. The caravan was bright and airy with everything we needed.

Honestly, we had a fantastic time! The place was super well thought out and the hosts were genuinely lovely and helpful. It’s the kind of spot that makes you wanna come back for more. We definitely will!

Comfortable caravan, the only issue was with the television, which didn’t have a signal most of the time. apparently there’s a problem with the mast off site

The place is really tranquil and perfect for unwinding. Our dog loved the secure garden too!

Had a lovely holiday

Beautifully clean and tidy site even though it is a large site and is very close to the beach though that is very pebbley and quite painful to walk on, so if you`re after a nice sandy beach then Exmouth is only a short drive away. Saying that, it was nice to have some picnic benches on the beach to enjoy a picnic. Caravan was also spotless with everyday essentials for cooking supplied. Also a welcome pack of a tea towel, washing up sponge and washing up liquid. Beds and sofa were both comfortable and great to have a coffee table in the lounge area too. It was easy to book the use of the swimming pool though you aren`t able to do this until 24 hours before , but at the time we went we didn`t find this to be a problem and managed to swim everyday. You are allocated a full one hour which was perfect. The only criticism I have is that it would be nice to have some basic instructions on how to work the cooker. Ours was electric which I was quite happy with but having turned it on, found there to be no heat coming from it, this in turn tripped the elcetric and although maintenance were quick to come out they couldn`t resolve there and then. It turned out to be you have to turn the timer on, as well as the oven, which seemed odd, in order for the oven to work. Then adjust timer accordingly . We were given some gift vouchers to eat at one of the site food places to compensate but would have preferred money back for where we had eaten the night the cooker failed to work. We didn`t eat in the restaurant so can`t comment on it though fish and chip shop was nice.

We loved it here. Plenty to do, entertainment was brilliant. We booked again for next year.

Beautiful place and lovely accommodation with hot tub.the hill to the beach was a workout very steep but it didnt spoil our holiday had a lovely time didnt want to go home.

Overall a good holiday. Location is excellent. Staff were OK. Didn't like the food at the restaurants.

We had one of our best holidays here, the site is perfect for us, we loved the private beach and water sports hire. The pool and splash zone were great. We brought our dog and there were plenty of places to take him for a walk. We drove over to Sidmouth and Exmouth both towns were lovely.

Seating for adults in the children's play area is needed when supervising children playing.

Amazing location, beautiful views, very clean & tidy, great opportunity just to chill & relax

Great holiday spot with private beach, this is our second trip to Ladram Bay and we’ll definitely be back again!
