Inside the lodge was clean and spacious - outside, especially the windows, needed cleaning. The double bed mattress needed replacing. Would definitely recommend they provide more cutlery - 1 set per person is not very convenient. However, overall, the accommodation was decent.

Caravan was nice but not the cleanest and bedrooms were tiny, space wise it probably should have been a 2 bed not 3. Lounge area was lovely and spacious and the two toilets were a bonus. Disturbances on the last 2 days due to works being done on next door but 1 caravan but overall it was a lovely stay and I would return

Great size lodge, very modern with new fixtures and fittings. Spacious lounge with open plan kitchen and dining with a large breakfast bar space. For the size of the lodge and kitchen, the fridge is quite small in comparison but this is just a small point.

The lodge was boiling , you could not turn the raidiators off , there was a hole in one of the room walls (look like it had been punched) it was very dusty and did not look clean, windows were drippy fall of cobwebs and dirt

Good Caravan only slight complaint, should use fitted sheet on bed as mattress extended bed frame so flat sheet didn't stay in place and larger quilt would make sleep experience better.

The duvets on the bed were not big enough and due to this reason it became cold on an evening. The location of the boiler was not ideal and was very noisy during the night and distrub the sleep of our young child so therefore we had to switch this off after the first night.The options of blinds inthe bedrooms would also be an great added touch as the curtains were very thin and let alot of light in

We had a great holiday for Easter break at Thurston Manor. Our caravan was clean and had everything we needed, the wifi in the van worked great. The only thing which would have been nice to have would have been a wee brush to keep the floor clean as a week stay with two children comes with some mess and no way to clean up. Also as the week went on the machines in the arcade kept breaking down and weren’t repaired during our stay. Would still return as pool is great, location is brilliant and the entertainment was fantastic. Staff were superb ????????

Unlike all my previous stays in similar places there is no Iron, clothesline or dishwasher.The soap and shampoo are just for one person and there were 6 of us and the caravan was for 6 adults.

We had a really lovely stay at this cosy little park. The caravan was spotless, with nice touches like towels, tea and coffee. The courtesy car was a real lifesaver since we were stuck at the bottom of a steep hill. Definitely recommend!

We stayed in Lakeside 59, a 3-bedroom lodge. The lodge was clean, spacious and sufficiently equipped for a holiday stay. A little sparse on cutlery but we could live with that. We had wifi but the connection wasn’t great. The few queries we had were dealt with swiftly by the staff, whom we found to be very friendly and helpful. As we’re the many semi-permanent residents we encountered in The Glen ?. The swimming pool was a big hit with our granddaughter, as we’re the organised activities for children. The shop is well-stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will definitely consider going back.
