Overall, we had a lovely stay. The beds were comfy, but those protruding frames caused a few toe-stubbing incidents, which was a shame.

We had a great stay! Although we didn’t try the restaurant, we enjoyed visiting the pub each evening. The staff were fantastic-really friendly and attentive. Perfect spot for a few drinks. Definitely recommend it for a relaxing night out!

The caravan wasn’t quite like the brochure suggested and getting around the bed was a nightmare. But the staff at Park Holidays really went out of their way to help us upgrade to a fantastic lodge, which made all the difference. Brilliant service!

We stopped here on our way up to Scotl and and honestly had a great time. Didn’t bother with the restaurant but the onsite shop had everything we needed-pretty handy! The caravan was spotless, cosy and well-equipped. Dogs were made to feel really welcome, which was lovely. We’ll definitely return!

We never actually ate there, so can’t really rate the place. But I did think the prices seemed quite high, honestly.

We had a pretty good time at Bowl and Fell Park overall. The setting is absolutely gorgeous and the site itself was kept clean, which we really appreciated. That said, there are a few things worth mentioning. When we arrived, the mugs in the caravan hadn’t been washed properly - they were just tipped upside down and put back in the cupboard. When I grabbed one, it was dripping with tea or coffee and had made a mess inside the cupboard. I ended up washing all the crockery and utensils myself, which was a bit of a pain, though the rest of the caravan was spotless, so maybe just an oversight.
One thing that did seem a bit stingy was only having one tea-towel for a family of four. We had to ask at the pub for more towels, which was a bit annoying. Also, there’s no airer to dry clothes outside, which is odd since there’s a laundrette on-site, but not everything can go in the tumble-dryer. The colander in the kitchen is actually a sieve, so draining anything was a bit tricky - we just bought a proper one from the shop in Skipton, which sorted that out.
We were excited to try out the pool table, but that was a bit of a let-down. The balls didn’t come out when we paid and with reception closing at 5pm, we couldn’t get it sorted then. We tried again the next evening and it was working, but sadly the table itself is too small for proper play. The cues don’t extend enough, so it was pretty much pointless. Considering the price they charge for such a tiny pool table, we reckon you’re better off heading to Skipton leisure centre - honestly, it’s a bit laughable.
The farm shop was lovely and we had a really nice roast in Pipers restaurant on the Sunday before leaving. Only thing was, they were a bit stingy on the veg - we asked for two platters because one wasn’t enough for four of us plus two teenage boys! But overall, these were just minor niggles. We genuinely enjoyed our stay in the forest and Malham Cove is definitely worth a visit!

We stayed in a pet-friendly caravan recently and honestly had no worries about cleanliness or smells, which was a relief! The site itself was spotless and well-kept. We’ve usually done cottages before, but this place was just as comfy and felt like good value. The surrounding countryside is truly breathtaking, making for some great photos. We took day trips to Morecambe and Lancaster and the views along the way were absolutely stunning. If we’re ever back in Yorkshire, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Had a excellent holiday such lovely surroundings would definitely want to come back
Daniel
A lovely park in beautiful surroundings. Caravan was lovely and clean but unfortunately there was no where to sit outside the caravan when the weather was nice Also the steps leading into the caravan were very steep as the caravan was quite high off the ground. A small veranda would have solved both these problems. Just a small thing but when the weathers great you want be able to sit outside and enjoy it. Staff were lovely and polite nothing too much trouble.
Melvine
We found the weeks stay in the caravan a little expensive compared to others we looked at. The surroundings were very rural and beautiful. Not impressed with the facilities on the site but the staff were really friendly and helpful.
Carol
Very clean and quiet park good location for steam train and canal rides
Anthony
Very peaceful site on the edge of the Forest of Bowland.
The caravan we hired was brand new and immaculate inside.
Facilities were excellent, there is a lovely pub serving good bar meals and well kept real ale.
There are two playgrounds for the little ones both well maintained.
Special mention must go out to the staff on site who are excellent, always polite and friendly.
Make sure you book for the pool as soon as you can though, as it gets very busy and they only allow 11 people in each hour.
Alvin
Stayed in Gold Plus 8 caravan - modern, spacious and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful - making the kids feel welcome and special. Only minor gripe would be that there could be more facilities for kids, such as a bigger play area and an area for ball games.
Jayne
Fantastic site and accommodation!
Stephen
Great stay in lovely quiet country location perfect for hiking the surrounding hills very clean holiday park and lovely friendly staff
Lindsay
Beautiful site, very peaceful and relaxing.
Graham
The site was absolutely brilliant...

Very peaceful park on the edge of the Dales. Caravan was spotless and very well equipped. We were only using it as a base to explore waterfalls so didnt use many of the facilities apart from the laundry. Only a tiny shop in the corner of reception so make sure you are well stocked. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
