Very nice caravan. Only negative, no drawer storage for clothes. All "folding" clothes and underwear had to be piled on top shelf in wardrobe.

Amazing accommodation, only let down was it hadn't been cleaned properly before we arrived - mouldy food left in fridge, dirty crockery etc. However, this was quickly resolved by the very friendly and helpful site staff.

The caravan was clean and spacious. However, on arrival the single beds had not been made up. The "double" bed, although comfortable, was a 4ft mattress on a 4ft6in base which was not ideal. A coffee table in the lounge area would have been a very useful addition. At night the curtains in all areas failed to cover the windows fully. The central heating was used once and worked well.
Parking next to the caravan was not always available and was a big inconvenience for us.

The caravan was really nice and clean with all we needed for our stay. Didn't have any issues while we we there. Site was well kept around caravan with a lovely outlook as we were at the top of the site.

Extremely delighted with our low season Mon-Fri family holiday/get together, April 2016, Two Gold Caravans for our party of 5 adults, 1 teenager, 1 toddler and 1 baby. These caravans had everything, delighted with how modern and comfortable they both were. This site was central for us, one family travelling from Oxford and one family from Preston. The base was ideal for us to explore Zoos, Farms and Caves as a family, granted falling lucky with good weather helped too. Would definitely recommend, we feel we got extremely good value for money.

The caravan was amazing and everything was brand new and loved the king sized bed but the paving slabs round the caravan were all broken and raised. They desperately need replacing before someone trips. It's a shame the outside standard didn't match the inside standard.

Very good site well laid out but of course always room for improvements. Caravan was very bright and comfortable and cleaned to a very high standard.
If we had been in the market for buying a caravan we would not hesitate to use Brynowen as our base.

The caravan was wonderful, the best we have ever stayed in. It was supposed to be for 6 but really only 4 could sit round the table at once. Could have done with an occasional table but other than that it was perfect
