Great base for us, the house has been well used and loved. Would recommend this as a base for a holiday.

It was very out dated, the holiday home was very run down, thin carpets, mild on ceiling, paint worn away, marks on the walls. Shower leaked. The park itself, there wasnt much going on at all, we went to the pub on site, sat in the conservatory, it was very run down, flies all in the net curtain Pool was standard, nothing fun for the kids and at one point it got very full. Adults where chucking there kids in the pool, theres no life guard to monitor it either. Wouldnt return.

Amazing 4 bedroom with hot tub. Beautiful inside, spacious and all added extras. Would definitely stay again.

Very poor resort standard

Chalet was plenty big enough everything you need was included and was clean some furniture was basic utility really doesn't affect the stay. The kids beds were comfortable ours was a bit worn/mattress not great but it was clean but still great value for money plenty of space for clothes etc.

The chalet felt spacious enough for our needs and was spotless upon arrival, which was great. Some of the furniture was a bit simple, but honestly, it didnt impact our stay at all. The kids beds were comfy, though ours had seen better days, but everything was clean. For the price, it was a cracking deal and we had plenty of room for our stuff. Would definitely stay again!

We found the location perfect for exploring Cornwalls hotspots like Newquay, St. Ives and Padstow, all easily reachable via the A30. The cottage itself was roomy and spotless, though itd be a lot better with WiFi, a washing machine and a dishwasher - a few modern touches would make a big difference. The mattress was a bit past its prime and not the comfiest. Booking the pool or other facilities was a bit of a pain sometimes, as theyre often fully booked the day before. The whole place felt a little tired and could do with some sprucing up, really.

The house was lovely and spotless, but some areas looked a bit worn out. No shop nearby and the pub was shut, so youll need to drive around for essentials. Still, we enjoyed it!

Nice and tidy place, spacious and well-stocked kitchen. Wi-Fi would be a bonus!

The chalet was really nice, but the windows definitely needed a good clean. The mattresses were pretty cheap spring ones and honestly, not comfortable at all. If they upgraded the mattresses and pillows to something firmer, itd be a solid 9 or 10 from us!

Really enjoyed our stay overall. The place was comfy and clean, but the kitchen was a bit disappointing-no tea towels, pizza slicer, or cloths. Dishwasher was broken too!

Overall, we had a great stay! The place was spot on, really comfortable and well-equipped. The only bits wed suggest are adding some coat hooks and providing an extra set of keys since there were eight of us sharing. Small things, really.

Great service, would recommend

Honestly, our stay in the 2-bed chalet was a mixed bag. It definitely looked like it had seen better days, with quite a bit of wear and tear after the busy season. The place was mostly clean, but every single carpet was covered in white dog hairs, which was a bit of a shock considering it was listed as non pet friendly. We couldnt bring our dog, so that was a bit frustrating - especially with a baby, since we couldnt put her down without getting hair all over her. Cooking was a bit of a nightmare too; the knives werent sharp at all, the oven and hob took ages to heat up and the grill was broken. The toaster only toasted one side, so we ended up with burnt bread on one side and cold on the other. On the plus side, it was warm, dry and provided a decent place to sleep. Microwave and TV worked fine, so it wasnt all bad!

The terrace was really nice and the place was surprisingly well-equipped. The only downside was the beds-super firm, which might not be everyones thing. Still, wed definitely come back. Overall, a lovely stay with some minor quirks!

Weve been to Atlantic Reach loads of times with friends and family and honestly, we wouldnt choose anywhere else now. The place is fantastic and the staff are genuinely the nicest ever! Absolutely love it.

We stayed at this place and overall, its a decent size house. The beds were quite firm, which wasnt really our thing, but we expected some signs of wear since its a rental. Nice touch with the towels included, that was a bonus. The outside area could do with a bit of sprucing up-maybe swap the picnic bench for a proper patio set. Honestly, it felt a bit pricey for what it is, but we still had a good time!

Great spot to base ourselves and see Cornwalls best sights easily.

It was a fantastic place my only negatives would be the teen den the machines where constantly breaking and over the 6 days we only saw someone to help us once. It would also be nice to have some lounge chairs on the site so you could go and sunbathe without leaving the site.

This was a great base for our holiday. The facilities were great and we're clean and tidy. The only thing is the house we had is showing its age and needs maintainance. The floor tile in the bathroom loose, edges of the kitchen cabinets pealing off, sink loose in the bathroom and furniture was broken. A little bit of TLC would make 10 out of 10.

Site was good very quite the staff were friendly very easy to get to newquay and surrounding activities the 4 bed house was outstanding very clean plenty of room for whole family to have bathroom facilties
