We had a lovely holiday overall, but it could’ve been even better if the caravan had more trays, plates, bowls and stuff like that. The staff in the entertainment area wasn’t very friendly and drinks seemed quite pricey too. Still, good times!

Overall, we were happy with what we got for the price. It had everything we needed and the quality of the equipment was good. The place was clean, though you could see it was the end of the season, so it could use a deep clean - walls and soft furnishings looked a bit grubby. The shower was fantastic with great water pressure and a spotless cubicle. The kitchen was well equipped and the carpets felt quite new. Next time, we’d bring our own small bedside lamps, an electric fan and a shower mat for extra comfort.

We had a lovely stay overall. The caravan was very spacious and spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated. The main bedroom was a bit tight at the foot of the bed, so that was a small inconvenience. Also, there was an issue with the sofa being wet and honestly, a heads-up or fixing it beforehand would’ve been better. Still, we’d recommend it for a nice holiday!

We had a fantastic stay in this caravan! Honestly, it's the best one we've been in so far, no issues whatsoever. The main bedroom with an en-suite was a real bonus, plus there was an extra toilet and walk-in shower, which was handy. The kitchen was well equipped, with a proper full-sized cooker, fridge freezer and a nice table for four. We think four people is perfect for it, even though it can fit six. Definitely recommend!

Honestly, we were pretty disappointed from the get-go. They initially put us in the wrong caravan, which meant moving to the right one later on-wasted a whole day! The food prices were way too high and the arcade was even more overpriced compared to Yarmouth’s arcades. Plus, you could only get food in the coast bar, despite the app saying otherwise. Activities were also pricey for such short sessions. Not at all what we expected, really not pleased with the whole holiday.

We stayed in a lovely caravan that was spacious and spotlessly clean, exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. The place was generally great, though we did face a few hiccups. The door was tricky to shut and lock properly and the central heating wouldn’t turn on, which was a bit of a pain. The sofa wasn’t the most comfy, but hey, it’s not a major deal. We didn’t call anyone for help, so we’re partly to blame, but I reckon those issues could’ve been sorted easily if we had. A small gate on the veranda would’ve been ideal since we had a dog, as we had to block him with the table at times-he did manage to escape once, but luckily, he came back! Overall, we’d stay again in Hemsby, just maybe with a heads-up to report problems early on.

The caravan was honestly one of the worst I've stayed in. There wasn’t enough space for kids.

We contacted customer service over a week ago and still haven't received a response. The caravan was disappointing - windows wouldn't close, laminating was peeling and broken plastics made it unsafe with a baby. The shower leak just topped it all off. Really frustrating!

We had a fantastic day out before the kids went back to school. There’s plenty to keep everyone entertained on-site and around the area. We checked out Africa Alive and the Pleasure Beach and honestly, everyone had a really good time! Definitely recommend.

We’ve been coming to this holiday park yearly for the past eight years and it’s always great! The location is just perfect, really convenient and scenic. We love returning so often because it feels like a little home away from home. The surroundings are lovely and it’s just the right spot for a relaxing break. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, lovely holiday spot! It’s become a bit of a tradition for us now.

Honestly, the mattress was just awful, couldn’t get any sleep at all. We also found it strange that they don’t provide toilet rolls with fewer sheets to save costs and it’d be nice if they left some for new guests. The on-site shop was closed when we arrived, which was a pain. Plus, the prices in the shop are way too high for what you get - it feels like they’re just trying to squeeze every penny out of us. Not impressed at all.

Honestly, our stay wasn’t great. The bathroom floor was really worn out, cracked and falling apart, which was quite concerning. Water got in through the splits and smelled bad. The worst part? The staff knew about it but didn’t tell us, even as they came to fix it while we were packing up. Not impressed.

Honestly, the dining setup was a bit of a letdown. Only two adults could sit comfortably on one side and the toddler at the end made it tricky to get in. Not ideal for family dinners.

Honestly, the master bedroom felt quite cramped - there’s barely any space to move around the bed, which made it really claustrophobic. If I’d known how tight it was, I’d have definitely chosen a two-bedroom instead. Bit disappointing, really.

Thurlton is a charming one-bedroom caravan, feeling surprisingly roomy with plenty of storage, especially in the walk-in wardrobe. Our only gripe was the lack of a mattress cover - definitely something it needs. We’d happily go back, just bringing our own protector next time. Overall, a very pleasant and comfy stay!

Great holiday experience

Perfect location to the beeches shops and the site is amazing too, friendly staff and plenty to do on site. Caravan was spotless and location of the caravans they are not on top of each other giving you space to have a BBQ and privacy without disturbing your neighbours.

We booked this holiday at the last minute.everything we needed in the caravan and so much more.our caravan had a dish washer.2 toliet.and decking outside.the site had everything we needed from entertainment.to views.myself and my family loved it.there was 5 adults and 2 kids in our group.caravan fitted us all in.the site had everything we needed.i loved the pools.both inside and out.best holiday we ever had.thank you.

Nice site. Comfortable, modern caravan. Only slight downside was nowhere to stroll to locally, and local roads do not have pavements.
