Wouldn't hire this kind of van again

Very big site and soo spread out. You need to have a platinum to have any form of nice facilities

Lovely comfortable caravan. The welcome treats were much appreciated. WiFi was also a great addition.

Awesome place lovely views and town and central to go and explore other places close by.

Will certainly be visiting again. Staff very helpful. We were made to feel very welcome.

Stains on beds had to get sheets sheet wasn’t done / parking was far for our lodge

The lodge was fantastic it was great it everything we needed and more I will book the lodge again and it was so peaceful

very old fashioned, not dog friendly doors facing the road with no safe place for them to be outside caravan, bathroom old fashioned pink suite, duvet only just fitted the top of the bed more like a single,

Extremely Happy with the lodge. Very Clean inside. Loads of storage. Lots of room for the 6 of us. A welcome pack was waiting for us with wine and beer. A fabulous coffee machine. Dishwasher, washing machine with a large enough fridge and freezer. Customer service came to check everything was OK. The hot tub was perfect. Very clean and private. It's a 10+ minute walk to facilities tho, but the plus side is it is very peaceful

Had a lovely holiday at clarach bay and our lodge was amazing we had no faults whatsoever definitely recommend everything was excellent. All staff very welcoming and helpful but wasn’t enough evening entertainment for family’s and couples I would say and the closing at 10.30 wasn’t enjoyable for us I think last orders at the bar at 10pm was a bit early on your summer hols. We enjoyed our holiday there we were recommended it by a family friend and we are glad we got to go but not sure if we would go again. Thank clarach bay.

Great size caravan with fab location. Unfortunately the cleanliness wasn't great but nothing a quick wipe around didn't fix.

The fridge in Silver 2 was not working properly. Could have WiFi signal for the money spent on accommodation.

WOW, WOW, The most beautiful caravan, lot's of luxury and a lovely gesture of Prosecco, craft beer and biscuits, the caravan was also placed in the perfect spot, outstanding views, all the way around. Perfection " THANK YOU " Clarach Bay and Hoseasons.

When offering pet friendly caravans it would be beneficial to have a small decking area.

We love Clarach Bay

Caravan was a bit dated with no central heating or double glazing, so could get cold and lots of condensation. Fireplace stopped working. But was very clean throughout and everything you need was provided. Plus the beds were really comfortable. I would go again for the price.

Really good holiday had by all wished we could have stayed longer

The caravan itself was clean and tidy and condition was fine, our issues with the caravan is that there was no table or chairs on the Decking, especially considering what we paid for the caravan. My wife wasn't happy about cupboard space as we both think the space inside the bedrooms wasn't utilised well but after a day or so we got used to it, also no fridge freezer which we've had perviously when renting a Gold Caravan - also the table and chairs, again you adapt and it didin't put a big spoiler on things but in future I'll be asking if both are inculded, these aren't perks but average requirements.

The caravan was ok. There wasn't much space around us for deck chairs.

We all had a very enjoyable holiday,the lodge was excellent..the scenery was lovely,it was a perfect stay.

Caravan was a bit dated and age did show. Still all features were working and it was snug and warm.

Our stay at Clarach Bay Holiday Village was absolutely fantastic. The accommodation was superb and the staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. We had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend. A+

Fantastic family holiday!!!!

Two things that i would like to see are somewhere to get vegi food and bacon butties/brunch/hot drinks in a morning.

Excellent food including wood fire pizza, traditional fish and chips and burgers, crepes, ice cream. Bed extremely comfortable. Type of customers are disappointing as they complained over prices which were actually reflective of the current climate. Seagulls noisy, but still had a great sleep. Really helpful staff and good evening entertainment.

The location is great, it has direct access to the beach. There are plenty of food options and we found the pricing very reasonable. The caravan was great too, it had everything we needed for our stay and It was spotlessly clean. The location of the caravan was also great, at first we were a little concerned as it was right next to the pool but there wasn’t too much noise apart from the seagulls on the roof. The park facilities such as the pool and entertainment were also good. We took our 3 year old granddaughter and she had a great time, there was plenty to keep her entertained.The staff were all friendly and more than happy to help. The only negative thing was the chippy. They only cook one order at a time which caused a backlog and long waiting time. We would definitely recommend this park and would return.

Lovely site in a fabulous location. The caravan was first rate and we had a warm welcome from the staff. Lost a point for on site facilities as we didn't use all of them so can't comment, but there was plenty to do! Would definitely visit again and recommend. (Remember to log out of your Netflix when you leave...!) ?

Lovely site quite friendly staff caravan was clean the only issue I had was the rubbish being left on the site and beach needs more maintenance to ensure this doesn't happen apart from that it's a lovely place

I only booked this on a whim, best decision I ever made. Superb location, onsite facilities are brilliant, staff are friendly and so helpful, evening entertainment in the club is brilliant. Everything is very clean. Would recommend 100%. Defo booking again for 2023
