The caravan was much better than we expected! Loved the small touches from housekeeping, made it really cosy.

Not much to enjoy, feels like the wrong season for this.

The caravan was nice, but I had to ask at reception for one with easier access. Slight inconvenience, but overall a decent stay.

We stayed in this lovely lodge with 5 adults, a baby and our dog-plenty of space. The hot tub was a real highlight! Beds were comfy, just right for everyone. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The park was okay, but honestly pretty basic. There weren’t many activities for kids during the day, which was a bit disappointing. The caravan felt a bit outdated and small, but the beach nearby was a real plus. Probably better suited for older kids, in my opinion.

The caravan was lovely overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of minor issues-one glass was cracked and the boiler door in the ensuite kept coming off. Still, the hot tub was a fantastic bonus!

We stayed in the caravan and honestly, it was pretty great. The size was just right and the beds were comfy enough for a good sleep. The kitchen had all the essentials, so cooking was hassle-free. It was spotlessly clean too, with thoughtful touches like tea towels, bin liners and even little bottles of shampoo and washing up liquid. Plus, if you bring a dog, there’s a basket, blanket and bowls which is a lovely touch!

Overall, we had a decent stay. The caravans were pretty tidy and well-equipped, with everything we needed, though the oven was slow-took ages to cook anything! The beds were comfy, but don’t expect much room. Biggest downside was the lack of privacy; the hot tub and terrace are overlooked by the neighbouring caravan, which also has a clear view of your windows. We ended up keeping curtains shut most of the time. A screen or privacy glass would make a big difference!

We loved the spot-close to the beach and local sights. The facilities were spot on and the caravan was spotless, just right for our family of four. Brilliant stay!

We found the lodge to be quite lovely-spotlessly clean and well equipped. The welcome pack was a nice touch and the beds were already made when we arrived, which was a relief. The kids really enjoyed having their own bathrooms, no arguments over bath time! The only thing was the pillows, they were pretty firm, but we got used to them eventually.

Looking forward to returning next year, had a fantastic time thanks!

Great idea, but needs more coverage

Considering the price, it’s mostly okay. The fireplace didn’t work, so it was freezing when we arrived and it took ages to warm up. Fire alarm kept going off randomly, which was annoying!

Didn't meet expectations, wouldn't recommend again

The place is huge and quite sprawling, which can be a bit of a pain. You really need platinum to enjoy better facilities.

Beds had noticeable stains and the sheets weren’t even changed. Parking was quite a walk away.

The place felt really outdated, not very dog-friendly either, with doors facing the busy road and no safe outdoor space for them. The bathroom's old-fashioned pink suite was a bit odd and the duvet barely covered the bed properly-more like a single. Not the best experience.

We had a fantastic stay at the lodge! It was spotless inside and had loads of storage, which was great for our group of six. The hot tub was a real highlight-spotlessly clean and super private. The welcome pack with wine and beer was a lovely touch. The kitchen was well-equipped, especially the coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a big fridge/freezer. The only thing to note is it’s about a 10-minute walk to amenities, but honestly, the peace and quiet made up for it!

We had a really lovely stay at Clarach Bay and honestly, our lodge was fantastic-no issues at all. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, which made things even better. The only thing we missed a bit was more evening entertainment for families and couples; the 10.30 closing time and bar last orders at 10pm felt a tad early, especially during the summer holidays. Still, we enjoyed our holiday a lot and we’re glad a family friend recommended it. Not sure if we’d return, but it was a good experience overall!

The cleanliness was so-so, especially the bedding, which wasn’t really clean at all.

Fantastic family holiday!!!!

Two things that i would like to see are somewhere to get vegi food and bacon butties/brunch/hot drinks in a morning.

Excellent food including wood fire pizza, traditional fish and chips and burgers, crepes, ice cream. Bed extremely comfortable. Type of customers are disappointing as they complained over prices which were actually reflective of the current climate. Seagulls noisy, but still had a great sleep. Really helpful staff and good evening entertainment.

The location is great, it has direct access to the beach. There are plenty of food options and we found the pricing very reasonable. The caravan was great too, it had everything we needed for our stay and It was spotlessly clean. The location of the caravan was also great, at first we were a little concerned as it was right next to the pool but there wasn’t too much noise apart from the seagulls on the roof. The park facilities such as the pool and entertainment were also good. We took our 3 year old granddaughter and she had a great time, there was plenty to keep her entertained.The staff were all friendly and more than happy to help. The only negative thing was the chippy. They only cook one order at a time which caused a backlog and long waiting time. We would definitely recommend this park and would return.

Lovely site in a fabulous location. The caravan was first rate and we had a warm welcome from the staff. Lost a point for on site facilities as we didn't use all of them so can't comment, but there was plenty to do! Would definitely visit again and recommend. (Remember to log out of your Netflix when you leave...!) ?

Lovely site quite friendly staff caravan was clean the only issue I had was the rubbish being left on the site and beach needs more maintenance to ensure this doesn't happen apart from that it's a lovely place

I only booked this on a whim, best decision I ever made. Superb location, onsite facilities are brilliant, staff are friendly and so helpful, evening entertainment in the club is brilliant. Everything is very clean. Would recommend 100%. Defo booking again for 2023
