From the moment we arrived, the staff's friendliness really stood out - they’re genuinely welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The accommodation itself was spotlessly clean, with a modern look that we really liked. The beds were super comfy, making it easy to relax after a day out. The only thing that bothered us was the hot tub. It’s quite tricky at night without any lighting, so you really need a torch to see where you're going. Plus, it wasn’t very clean and when we turned the jets on, they didn’t work very well, just pushing black muck around. If those issues were sorted, this place would be absolute perfection. Still, we’d definitely recommend it to friends and family - it’s a lovely spot overall!

Overall, we had a pretty good stay. The caravan was clean and looked quite modern, which was nice. The living space suited us as a family of six, even if the bedrooms were on the smaller side - but that’s to be expected in a caravan. The beds were comfy and having a full fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer made things so much easier. The hot tub was always spotless and checked daily. When we asked to raise the temperature, they did it without any fuss. Not bad at all!

Great spot, super tidy and quiet

We spent a week at Croft Country Park in Caldey 3 (S002) and honestly, it was quite a mixed experience. The deal we got during the low season was good value for money, though I wouldn't say it’s worth the full price. We stayed towards the back of the park, which was nice and quiet during the weekdays - really appreciated that peace. But come the weekend, it got pretty noisy, mainly because of a family moving in next to us. Seems like the sound insulation isn’t the best, or maybe the caravans are a bit too close together. The staff were lovely and really quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The facilities are decent - we booked a three-room caravan with a private hot tub, which was a good size for the two of us and the hot tub was checked daily, so safe to use. The kids next door kept watching us through their window while we relaxed, which was a bit odd but not too bothersome. We really enjoyed the gym and the indoor pool, though it’d be great if the gym’s hours could be extended beyond office times. The pool, while lovely when it’s not crowded, is a tiny space - only just enough for a few people to stand in. During busy times, it’s not really worth booking. The pool capacity is limited to 18, which doesn’t make much difference since it’s so small. A couple of downsides: the pan in the kitchen was badly scratched and peeling and even after requesting a replacement, they gave us another scratched one. The shower ventilation fan still doesn’t work properly even after repairs and we noticed stains and dust in the hot tub, which was a bit disappointing. Still, overall, not a bad stay!

The caravan’s cleanliness was disappointing, especially given the price. It definitely didn’t feel like a 4-star place. We expected better hygiene standards.

We recently stayed at this lovely countryside spot and I have to say, it’s perfect if you’re after some peace and quiet. The surroundings are so calming - just the birds singing and the occasional moo from the cows nearby. The hot tub in our caravan was a real highlight, definitely lively enough to unwind after a day out. We did think it could do with some screening from the neighbours though - it’s a bit open, so not totally private. We didn’t eat at the on-site restaurant, but our neighbour tried it and wasn’t too impressed with the value for money. The indoor heated pool looked quite nice; you need to book 30-minute slots, which is handy. Our caravan was very comfy and luxurious, with a hot tub to boot. First impressions were great, but a couple of small niggles popped up - coat hooks on the bathroom door were hanging off and the main bedroom door had a hole next to the handle, probably from some previous damage. The bathroom blinds had bent slats, which slightly spoiled the look. Still, everything worked fine and it didn’t ruin our relaxing holiday. Plenty of nearby places to explore, like the wildlife park, wetlands centre and beautiful beaches such as Tenby and Saundersfoot. We’d definitely come back!

Overall, we had a decent stay. The bed had a slight issue, but they sorted it quickly. The TV didn’t work at all, which we only noticed on our last night.

We had a lovely stay in this caravan; it had all the essentials and was really well equipped. The only small gripe was the front curtains-without them, it was a bit chilly during the windy weather. Plus, the broken cord meant we couldn't open the blinds partly. Still, decent overall!

Decking's tired, needs some love.

The caravan’s interior was really roomy, which we loved. The master bedroom had its own bathroom, plus another for the second room. Everything from dishwasher to fridge freezer was included-very handy!

Nice size hot tub, very clean and perfect for us. Pity about the weather, but we still had a good time overall.

We visited this bar expecting a relaxed night, but were surprised to find it quite empty and told we needed a reservation, which we weren’t aware of. They managed to squeeze us in and the food was really good! Still, it was a bit awkward feeling like we were an inconvenience just because we hadn’t booked. Also, it’s a shame the bar is closed most days, but we get it’s the season.

Although we initially expected Ramsey 2, the alternative caravan was a bonus since it gave us an extra bedroom, which made our stay even better! We were pleased.

We really enjoyed our trip! The location was perfect for exploring Pembrokeshire and the onsite facilities were great. The restaurant was a bit on the expensive side and the menu was somewhat limited, but we easily found lovely places to eat nearby. We're already looking forward to coming back next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at Roomy Lodge. The place was spotless and the hot tub was a real highlight, perfect for unwinding. That said, some updates wouldn’t go amiss - the bathroom bin was a bit rusty and the remotes needed fresh batteries. Still, we’d come back!

The outdoor areas are really well designed, making the whole stay more relaxing. The caravan itself is clean, spacious and feels private enough. We’d definitely come back!

The park was very clean and quiet, the only down side of the park was in our opinion, there was no shop for essentials, the nearest shop was a drive away, apart from that everything was excellent, our lodge was of a very high standard the staff were welcoming and very helpful. Close to Tenby and saundersfoot

Pool staff was great

We had a great stay here in July 2022. The facilities were exactly what we needed, a small clean pool, a park for the children. It was perfect base to explore West Wales.

Great holiday the park was brilliant with the swimming pool and a restaurant on site very clean and tidy just what we wanted

We had a lovely time here and at noble court. Our caravan had a slight issue but the staff were on hand to upgrade us quickly to try and sort the problem. Overall the location, cleanliness and facilities were excellent. The use of both the heated outdoor pool at noble and cooler indoor pool at croft was excellent during the hot weather. The staff were beyond helpful. We will return.

This has to be the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. The caravan smelt amazing everything was so clean the hot tub was ace. The staff were so friendly and helpful at all times. We will come again
