We really loved this place! The open-plan kitchen is gorgeous and the decking area with furniture is perfect for relaxing. The en-suite is a bonus and having a separate office is super handy for working from home. Great find!

Overall, quite happy with the place. Just a heads up, some of the blinds are a bit dodgy and could do with fixing, but that's an easy fix for us.

Really impressed with the size of the lodge - it was a lovely surprise! Everything felt top-notch quality. The staff were super helpful and polite, which made our stay even better. There’s plenty to do around the area too, so we didn’t get bored at all. Definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Good enough for a short stay, nothing fancy.

We had such a lovely week in the Surrey Hills! Edgeley Park felt peaceful and tidy and the indoor pool and sauna were perfect after a day out. The caravan was warm and well-stocked, making it really comfy. Definitely planning to return soon!

Great space, really comfy and clean!

The lodge was really spacious and kept in great condition. It’s in a lovely spot with beautiful, tidy surroundings. We loved our stay!

Honestly, we wouldn’t recommend staying here. The cleanliness was just shocking-an oven that was unusable, full of grease and bad smells and we had to clean the dishwasher and washing machine ourselves. The place was pretty much just occupied by full-time residents, not holidaymakers, which was a bit odd. The worst part was the state of hygiene-there were hairs and human poo in some areas, which was totally unacceptable. When we approached reception for help, they just shrugged and said we could leave without a refund or wait three days for cleaners to come back. Honestly, not worth the hassle at all!

The cabin had a really strong smell of smoke on everything like sofas and curtains, which was pretty off-putting. The twin beds were terrible-literally went straight through to the base. Apart from that, it was quite good overall.

The ensuite had a strong sewage smell that lingered until a few flushes. Surprised the cleaners didn’t notice it at all, really. Not great.

We had a lovely stay! The furniture was a bit worn and simple, but it didn’t spoil our overall experience at all.

The cabin was lovely overall and we really enjoyed our stay. The sofas and double bed were super comfy, which made relaxing after a day out even better. The only downside was the shower cubicle-pretty tight! Our dog was surprisingly chilled here, which isn’t always easy with him. Definitely a good find!

We were really let down by the state of the place when we arrived. There was dirt around the shower, broken glass and even a used nappy left behind - not what we expected at all. The lodge itself was pretty shabby, with scratched furniture, holes in the walls and broken fencing and decking. We tried reaching out via email to raise our concerns, but no one got back to us, which was quite frustrating. Honestly, the standards were nowhere near what was advertised and the lack of communication made it worse. Very disappointing overall.

We recently stayed at this holiday park and honestly, it was quite a letdown from start to finish. We arrived after the designated check-in time of 4pm, expecting to settle in smoothly, but the caravan wasn’t ready at all. It wasn’t until about 5.25pm that the cleaners finally left, which meant we had to wait around after a long four-hour drive with a hungry and tired two-year-old. The worst part? We couldn’t even unpack properly because the fridge and freezer had started defrosting and we needed to get the shopping in quickly. When we finally stepped inside, it was clear the caravan hadn’t been prepared well. The beds weren’t made up, which was really disappointing since the website clearly states they would be ready upon arrival. We later found out this was due to a contract change, but honestly, it felt like a bit of an excuse. The duvet was folded but had blood stains on it and the mattress protector was covered in yellowish stains, possibly urine - not exactly what you want to see. The place was dirty overall - dead insects on the window netting and carpet, food stains on the coffee table and cutlery and dishes with leftover food still on them. The curtains had blood stains and the carpets looked grimy, with crumbs and stains everywhere. On the plus side, the lady at reception was lovely and really tried to help. She brought us a new duvet and mattress protector, which was appreciated given the circumstances. She explained that a shortage of cleaners that day was to blame, which is understandable, but it didn’t make the experience any better. We’ve emailed several times since our stay but are still waiting for a proper response. Overall, the whole experience was pretty unacceptable and honestly quite disgusting. We wouldn’t recommend it based on our visit.

Great stay, lovely spot, super friendly staff, really enjoyed it!

The caravan was super comfy and we really enjoyed our stay. However, the cutlery and plates weren’t quite clean, with food leftovers still on them, which was a bit disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lodge. The space was fantastic and the layout worked perfectly for our family. The new, modern bathrooms were a nice touch. The outdoor area is lovely, but do check if privacy is important to you. For the price, it’s a cracking deal and well worth it!

Really disappointed with the lack of heating, made our stay tough.

Beautiful caravan on a lovely caravan site, swimming pool, outdoor park and tennis court was great fun. Shop on site is small but has the essentials. Cafe food and drinks were tasty and all staff very friendly!

Lovely quiet location Well spaced accommodation

We had a fantastic time here. Great facilities, quiet park was perfect for my two autistic children. Staff were all friendly and genuine. We will definitely be back.

The holiday Park is very quiet and very well maintained. The pool was perfect, we often had it to ourselves and the tennis court was a bonus. We love this park.

Surrey Hills is a great destination for wonderful walks and nice pubs with good food. We loved the setting of the park which looks well-maintained with lots of large trees and planting. The caravan was indeed comfortable and well-equipped. The staff handled any of our questions in a very friendly and helpful way. We had a lovely time and will be back.
