Faweather Grange Lodges - Reviews

A beautiful log cabin with everything you need to enjoy some serious relaxation. The view from the hot tub is outstanding and the cabin extremely cosy, especially with the log burner on.

Nice to relax not much around, the bathrooms was dirty especially around the shower/bath.

Will definitely be back, cant fault anything a very enjoyable stay .Thank you

Really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect and well definitely return soon!

Weve stayed here a few times now and each visit has been lovely, especially during Christmas. The log cabins are just gorgeous and really cosy. The hot tub leak was a bit of a downer on our first night - it meant we couldnt use it when we arrived, which was a shame. Luckily, it was sorted out pretty quickly, but the lady I spoke to seemed a bit indifferent, like it wasnt a big deal. A small gesture, like a free bag of logs (which we were charged for), wouldve been a nice touch to make up for it. Despite that hiccup, we really do love this place. Its such a peaceful spot and well definitely be back again!

This is my 3rd time staying here and each time have been in a a beautiful log cabin, this was perfect for our recent christmas stay. I just had to knock down 1 star due to the leak on the hot tub the first night which meant we couldnt enjoy it for the first evening / morning we went to get in, it was fixed rather quickly but the lady on the phone when I called didnt seem to bothered and made me feel like it wasnt a priority a it will be looked at when we can sort of attitude. Albeit was fixed later that day. However, some sort of freebie would have been nice to compensate, like the bag of logs we were charged for.. apart from that absolutely lovely place!

Really enjoyed our stay, the kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect on arrival, stayed nice and warm. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway. Only thing was the sofa wasnt super comfy, but overall great! Well be back for sure, thanks for a lovely break.

Kitchen well equipped and hot tub was great temperature when arrived

Really enjoyed our stay

Perfect stay highly recommend

Gorgeous, massive lodge easily made us 8 girls comfortable. Plenty of room for us all around a table for meals and sofas in the living room but a few did sit on the floor for extra space. All got in the hot tub and was thoroughly enjoyed on the cold nights under the stars. Two full bathrooms for us all to share was manageable and a full stocked kitchen with every appliance we needed.Lodge was fully heated and we were kept very warm, beds comfortable.

We stayed at this lodge with a group of 8 girls and it was just perfect for us. The space is huge, with plenty of room around the dining table and cosy sofas in the living area-some of us even sat on the floor to make more space! The hot tub was a treat, especially on chilly nights under the stars. Having two bathrooms made things so much easier and the fully equipped kitchen had everything we needed. The lodge was warm and comfortable and the beds were lovely. We loved it!

Great lodge

Faweather Grange feels like our little slice of paradise. Been three times now and we're already planning our next trip!

We love faweather grange. Its a little peace of heaven. Our third visit, and definately wont be our last????

From the moment we arrived, we could tell the lodge was really well looked after and spotless. The hot tub stayed at just the right temp, which was great after a day out. Loved the little touches like the toiletries, medical kit and even a snow shovel. Definitely planning to come back!

Really enjoyed our visit. The place felt so warm and inviting, staff were super friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere!

We had such a lovely stay! The lodge was super cosy and peaceful. Stargazing from the hot tub was definitely a highlight. Would come back again!

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were super friendly and always happy to help out. Would come back!

We really appreciate the peaceful vibe here-it's perfect for relaxing. That said, adding some benches would be great, especially for dog owners like us. Also, the nearest pub's quite a trek, so some more local spots would be lovely.

We really enjoyed our stay, though the flies made using the hot tub during sunny days a bit tricky. The scenery from the decking is stunning, especially with that peaceful walk down to the river through the woods. The dog appreciated the welcome bowl of food - such a thoughtful touch! Overall, a lovely place to unwind.

Great lodge with all the essentials for a comfy stay, really impressed!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place had everything we needed and the hot tub was just fantastic. Only slight issue was the twin beds, which were a bit noisy when turning over.

Really enjoyed the stay, loved the peaceful setting too.

Really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely come back and suggest it to friends.

It's a bit on the expensive side for just two nights, but we get why. The hot tub and woodl and scenery made it pretty relaxing overall.

We spend a long weekend from Friday to Monday at the Tamarisk Lodge and honestly, it was lovely. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Parking right next to the lodge made unpacking a breeze, which is always a bonus. We brought our dog along and were really pleased to find theyre super dog-friendly - they left a cosy dog blanket and a cute heart-shaped tin with treats in the cabin, which was a lovely touch. Plus, they left a bottle of prosecco and chocolates in the bedroom, so we felt quite spoiled! The kitchen was well stocked with essentials like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and cloths, so we didnt need to bring much. The shower, however, was a bit disappointing with low water pressure, so we ended up using the bath instead. The bath was fantastic, especially with the jacuzzi function - perfect for relaxing after a day out. We booked in-lodge hot stone massages with Tina, who was very professional and friendly. My partner had strained his back the day before and the massage made a huge difference - wed definitely recommend it.We brought our own food but also found a well-stocked Co-op about 20 minutes walk away, handy for topping up supplies. For dinner, we used the Just Eat app since we didnt want to leave the dog alone. Delivery was smooth - the drivers managed to find the lodge easily despite our worries about the location. The hot tub was just what we needed; its well maintained and super relaxing. We were a bit concerned about privacy because of the road beside the cabin, but honestly, it was fine. We saw the odd family walk past or a golf cart now and then, but they only saw us from the front deck. We moved the chairs to the side of the cabin near the hot tub, which gave us more privacy and from there, we couldnt see the lane at all. The views of the surrounding hills are stunning, making it a perfect spot to unwind. The log burner was another highlight - logs and kindling were stored in a chest at the back and they provided a slip to record what we used, settling the bill at the end. Prices were reasonable - £5 for a bag of kindling or logs. Overall, wed definitely recommend Tamarisk Lodge. Its spotless, great value and offers a touch of luxury - well be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Serenity Spa for two nights. The cabin was stunning, with breathtaking views and the staff couldnt have been more friendly. Plus, the nearby town was adorable. Well definitely come back!

A really relaxing weekend, definitely considering going back soon. Quiet, peaceful, just what we needed.

Really enjoyed every moment of it.

Best holiday with Hoseseasons, very friendly staff nothing was too much trouble. So peace and quiet with stunning views and wonderful bird life.

Lovely setting. Friendly and helpful staff on site.

We had a great time at the lodge. Everyone was very friendly and Rob was very helpful. Nothing was a bother to him he recommended a lot of great places that we could visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great relaxing weekend away we stayed in the nest.

Excellent location for a peaceful holiday

We spent a fabulous, special wedding anniversary weekend at Faweather Grange situated in very beautiful, tranquil surroundings. From the minute we arrived we were greeted with the warmest welcome. All the staff who worked there were so friendly. Gorgeous walks from the doorstep with quaint country villages and local pubs close by. This part of the country is really beautiful. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Faweather Grange.

Had a very pleasent stay. Surprised at the overall quality of the lodge, very nice.

Fantastic 2 week stay. Very secluded and peaceful. very warmly greeted by debbie and the rest of the staff, including rob the maintenance man!! The lodge was lovely, very homely. Lovely views. We stayed in Solitude and we highly recommend. The welcome gift was a nice touch. Thankyou for a pleasant stay.

Excellent log built lodge, great view from the clean and well maintained hot tub.
Very helpful, cheerful staff.

Lovely park but very difficult to get up and down the lane for access and to go for walks as most of the roads do not have pavements to walk on.

Idyllic location for time out.

Faweather Grange is an absolutely beautiful place, and our accommodation was perfect. We had everything we needed in our lodge, with all the finer details perfected. The bed is superb, with super comfort, we had the best nights sleep. The log burner for the cozy evenings was lovely, especially after relaxing in the amazing hot tub. I can not recommend Faweather enough. We all ready have parents looking at booking, as they've enjoyed our daily updates from such a beautiful place. Even though there are a few lodges, you feel as if you are the only ones here, it's perfactly situated lodges gives you the privacy and peace we were looking for, with only the sound of birds chirping around. Finally the staff we have met have been so kind and reassuring that we have everything we need and easy to approach should we have needed anything, a big thank you to reception staff and Rob, who was a real lovely gentleman to have met and always checked we were having a lovely time in passing. We will definitely be returning. The kindness of gifts to start our honeymoon on arrival to our lodge was very sweet, and we are ever so thankful for. The cleanliness of not just inside the lodges but the surrounding was at top standard also. We have nothing to fault with Faweather Grange, it was perfect and hope to see you again very soon.

Great lodge which was exceptionally clean with great facilities. The sauna and hot tub were fantastic. Would not hesitate to go again,.
