Plenty of space inside, loved the kitchen setup, but beds could be wider.

The caravan was cosy and clean, with beds already made up which was a bonus. It’s true the windows let in some drafts, but for the price, it was decent value and we had a nice stay overall. Not bad at all!

We keep returning yearly because of its great location and Felixstowe charm.

We decided to grab a last-minute deal on the Friday for a short family getaway and stayed for four nights. The bronze caravan was spotless and surprisingly roomy for just the three of us. The site isn’t massive, so it’s quite peaceful-no noisy crowds. Staff, including the lifeguards, were super friendly and helpful the whole time.

Decent enough for a short family break

We had a lovely stay in this caravan. It’s really warm, comfy and super clean. The only odd thing was the radiator placement near the door, but overall, it’s really spacious and nice!

Even though the place is tucked away in an industrial area, it’s super handy for the seafront - just a five-minute stroll. The Gold Plus 2 caravan was spotless and really comfy, which made our stay enjoyable. The swimming pool was well-maintained and we appreciated that kids couldn’t use it until 10am - gave us a proper chance for a swim early. Luckily, the weather held up, so walking over uneven grass to reach the caravan wasn’t too much of a hassle. We’d come back!

The caravan was really nice, but a few drawers and doors needed tightening up.

We think it's totally worth splashing out a bit more on the Gold Plus 3 caravan. Spacious, spotless, beds ready and great value overall. Definitely recommend!

Great place, lovely caravan, would return

It was one of the best holidays we've had in years! The beach is only a ten minute walk from the caravan park. Felixstowe beach has it all for a great family holiday.

We had a great holiday! Our caravan, although only a Silver, was clean and spacious. Everything worked except for a couple of minor niggles, which the park staff fixed on the first day without us even reporting them - the cleaning staff took care of that! The park staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough to help us. We had no idea what to expect from Felixstowe, having booked last minute, but we were pleasantly surprised. It’s a nice, friendly seaside town. The only downside was the short strip of run down amusements along one part of the promenade. The port was great and the kids loved watching the big ships coming in.

We really enjoyed our stay! The part of the park we were in was quiet and peaceful, plus the gardens around the owners' caravans were lovely.

Suited our purpose really well! It ticked all the boxes we needed and made things so much easier for us. We definitely recommend it for anyone looking for something reliable and practical. Plus, it arrived earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. Overall, a great choice for our needs!

We had a lovely two-week holiday from the 14th to the 28th of June. The £25 worth of freebies in the club was a nice surprise, letting us try things before we bought them. The food we had was excellent, especially the spicy chicken wings, sticky ribs and full English breakfasts. The evening cabaret shows were great entertainment, so special thanks to Kayley, Megan and Gary. All the staff were polite and very helpful, so thanks also to bar staff Jake, Peter and Sophie, along with the rest of the team whose names we can’t remember. We even enjoyed good weather, which is always a bonus. The only downer was that Engl and lost at football.

We honestly can't fault this place! Looking forward to going again next year.

We had a fab time but the toilet was broken when we got there and despite reporting it, it wasn't fixed. My daughter ended up hurting herself falling off of it, which was not great. The carpet was absolutely filthy and soaking wet near the kitchen area, so we had to put our own towels down to walk on it. Again, we reported it but nothing was done. The pool was shut one day, but we went to a local pool and got a full refund without any fuss. The staff were lovely!

The caravan was clean and suited us perfectly. The staff were great. We love felixstowe and loved paddling in the sea.

Caravan park excellent,quiet and clean. However there were no recycling bins, limited menu in the onsite restaurant, asked for 2 extra pillows cases,reception phoned for them but never got them

The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The site is very well laid out and there are all the facilities that you need and is not far to the beach and town. We would recommend this site to our friends and relatives.

Lovely little holiday park, short walk from the beach and shops. Pool lovely and staff friendly and helpful. Disappointed that on site play area wasn't available but there is a public one nearby we used instead.

Lovely clean site. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. Felixstowe is a lovely seaside town and has lots for young children to enjoy.

Just returned from 7 days holiday. Caravan was excellent weather was perfect will definitely been returning to this site again.
