Golden Sands - Reviews

Had a lovely holiday here, my kids loved it set up well for young children, the pool was warm and kids enjoyed it. The beach across the road is absolutely beautiful and easily accessible, land and sand trains available for less able. Good range of activities, entertainment was okay felt it was rushed at some points especially the seasound squad for young children and also sometimes was after bingo meaning children have to sit in silence awaiting entertainment thar they are excited for. Would not stop us coming back just noticed this.

We went for a very quiet restful holiday due to me having bowel cancer…our caravan was right at the site, of the quayside restaurant the noise was unreal. Also cooker didn’t work in caravan, and the heating and fire didn’t work….we came home 4 days early. But it’s a brilliant complex for family,s I was shattered when I got home

Enjoyable plenty to do on the site the only down side was the caravan had a not nice smell about it also the club house especially the toilets

We had a great holiday. Our caravan and the park were kept really clean. Very impressed with all the facilities although the prices I thought were a bit high especially if you had a few kids with you.

Brilliant week weather helped too

Excellent stay at Golden sands. Had a tiny glitch when we arrived, 2 beds not made up, which was rectified after a phone call to reception.

Stayed for a week at Golden Sands .Although a big resort, the location of the caravan was just right for us as a couple, who wanted a peaceful location.

Lovely clean site and caravan, only problem we found was no exit signs to get off site. Staff was helpful caravan was nice couldn't get oven to work but overall very satisfied will be visiting again in future.

A lovely place to stay enjoyed it so much are thinking of returning next yesr

Fantastic holiday with everything you need on site or close by. Over all experience was brilliant would go back tomorrow and would highly recommend.

Great holiday park great facilities. Only down side is the restaurant. Long waits and food quality not great. Overall a fantastic place for a break.
