i really enjoyed my stay it has a fab pool its gt nice places aroyund it for days out like the short walk to the fair and arcades along the beach which is lovely for couples to take romantic walks

We had a fantastic stay at this cosy cottage! It’s really well equipped, so we didn’t need to bring much at all. The welcome pack was thoughtful, with handy info and local menus, which made settling in easy. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dogs and they loved it. The hot tub was a real treat after long days out. Sharon and RobeRead were quick to respond if we had questions. Thanks for a lovely break, we’ll definitely be back!

We had a lovely week at the cottage from 15 to 22 July with our two mini dachshunds. They really enjoyed the stay and made some new friends in the charming village of Thaxted. The cottage itself is cosy and well-kept, with the hot tub being a real highlight-especially during the hotest days, when the water was cooled down for extra refreshment. The hosts were super welcoming and it was nice to see their dogs being taken out to the fields daily. Being near Stansted’s flight path was fun too-watching the planes land was quite entertaining. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Goddard Mead. The cottage had everything we needed and the walks right outside were perfect. The warm welcome from the owners made our stay even better. Lovely people!

The caravan was really lovely, super clean and well-kept. We did miss having a 2-pin shaver socket and some bedside lamps, though. Also, the decking was a surprise since it wasn't mentioned in the online info, but it was a nice touch. Overall, decent stay!

The hosts were genuinely welcoming and it was lovely to see their dogs being taken to the fields daily. Being close to the Stansted flight path was actually quite interesting - watching the planes land added a bit of fun. We’d definitely recommend Hide for a relaxing stay!

Overall, we found it quite decent for what we paid. The kids had a blast with the playground, pool and arcades. The beach access was a bit tricky because of the sea defences, but that’s not the site’s fault. Great for day trips in North Wales!

We had such a lovely stay! The house was super well equipped and kept us warm despite the rainy December weather. The bath was so relaxing and the shower was a good size too. The location is perfect for dogs scared of fireworks - right out in the middle of nowhere, so no worries there. The property is beautifully converted and really charming. Thanks so much!

Fond it difficult to find as it's next to bridge it's not very well signed posted it's between bridge and shop on very tight turn but the holiday was great

We have really enjoyed staying at Golden Sands , facilities were great ! Unfortunately we didn't get to dine in the restaurant .

We went with a 16 year old this site although enjoyable and you couldn't fault the staff is not for teenagers but perfect for the younger family
