Had an amazing time, great accommodation

Lovely clean caravan on an excellent pitch. Everything we needed was in the caravan. Great value for money.The only improvement would be a bigger tv - the caravan is wide and it is a very small tv.

We have stayed here a few times now and we are never disappointed. Always receive a warm welcome and accommodation is first class! Location is perfect and we are already planning our return!

Fabulous!! A wonderful landscaped site with lovely water featured ponds dotted around. My three grandchildren loved the Hideaway and the park. The club is great and have something on every night for the kids down stairs. Bar upstairs Adults only which i think is a good idea. Lots of activities each day too if kids want to. All free!! All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The beach is just across the road or if you want sandunes a two minute drive along the road. Ashington is 15mins away and has a fabulous leisure centre. We went to the swimming pool. Book on line is best.

Really nice, relaxed site. Lodge was great, situated towards the rear of the park, so c500m from the beach, but meant it was peaceful. Lodge itself well laid out and facilities were excellent, beds comfy. Only complaint was the weather!

Biarritz is lovely and spacious. Well equipped and in excellent condition. All mod cons including WiFi. If I was being picky it would just be that the en-suite didn’t have a shower.

There's nothing on site,not even a small shop,if you haven't arrived by car your going to be in a mess,because there's nothing on site or around

The caravan was clean and well appointed (lovely shower). Site was really well maintained and great play park for the kids. Beach just across the road and easy walk into Cresswell itself for ice cream. Would be nice if there were footpaths to take you quickly from the back of the site to the front.

Lovely caravan on an excellent, well maintained site. So close to beautiful beaches. Can’t fault it and would return again.

Caravan very clean and tidy, well equiped Staff in reception friendly and very helpful. Only 7 minutes walk from our caravan to beach which was great. Only downside was having to make up our own beds which I've never had to do before., and there was no cafe/restaurant on site. It would have been nice not to make our own meals a couple of nights

A good size caravan but no instructions were provided for any of the appliances so had to experiment with the microwave

Great site although no facilities or shop. Would have liked beds made upon arrival, and surprised we had to strip our own beds on departure especially for the price we paid for a weekend which wasn’t cheap! Having said that, check in was smooth with a pleasant lady, quiet site in a beautiful part of the country. Great for a base to explore from.

Beautiful lodge loved it bonus with washing machine. Spacious and everything you could need. Even local menus for takeaways

We had a lovely relaxing break at Golden Sands.

holiday park, very tidy and well maintained. Accommodation excellent we stayed In the Sierra. The staff very helpful and friendly. Location of park excellent,
just across from the beach. The only negative was the wifi it was extremely poor continually had to sign in ie 8 times in 10 min. I think they should try and sort this out as people book expecting it to work otherwise they would be better not advertising they provide wifi.

Our adult daughter drove us to the caravan site, so we required 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This Lodge fitted our expectations and more, it even had a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The bedrooms had large walk in cupboards more like bedroom dressing rooms. Plenty space in this 14 ft. wide caravan. A TV in the master bedroom would have completed our requirements.
The surrounding grounds were kept tidy with neatly mown grass by the staff. Only one set ( of 4 ) of dishes, cutlery, so if using the dishwasher this had to be switched on after each meal.
The site WIFi was very poor and kept cutting out at our part of the site.
All in all, we all enjoyed our 4 night stay.

One of the nicest caravans we've stayed in. Having decking with furniture was lovely. Only negative was the gas oven. Brand new. Burns on the 1 and only shelf doesn't cook on the bottom. An issue if staying long term.

What a beautiful setting sea at the front woodland walks at the back, the site was spacious and kept immaculately clean. The caravan was clean and had everything that you would need. No shop on site but only 10 min drive to numerous supermarkets. We will definitely be back

A very well maintained and peaceful site, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Lovely campsite very clean helpful friendly staff great location only lost points as club house was not open during our stay

Extremely pleased with caravan. One or two annoying minor problems eg the fridge cupboard door had come away from the fridge and door handle in bedroom was missing a screw. The mattresses weren't great, but overall execellent value for money and lovely surroundings.

Just need somewhere to eat on sit.

Just come back from a lovely week here ,and I would definitely recommend everything about this site clean and things for children to play on, staff very polite can't do enough for you,caravan was spotless can't fault anything, can't wait to go back
