We stayed in this lovely cottage and really enjoyed the peaceful rural views. It’s well stocked with everything we needed. Perfect base for visiting family, exploring beaches, walks and the Eden Project easily accessible. Would recommend!

We spent a week at Cottage #1 in April and honestly, it was lovely. The place was spotless, really well looked after and super comfy. It’s tucked away in a peaceful spot, which was perfect for us. The heated pool was a real highlight! Plus, it’s close to the Eden Project and loads of great places to eat nearby. We’ll be back for sure!

We decided to stay at Green Acres on a bit of a whim because it was so handy for some places we wanted to visit. The site itself was lovely, with well-kept grounds and a really nice cottage. The kids loved the play area and the swimming pool was spotless - definitely a highlight! The cottage was also super clean when we arrived, which made us feel very welcome. One small thing though, the laundry facilities could be a bit cheaper or even free, as we’d have used them if it was easier. Still, overall, a great little getaway!

Charming stay, would return again

We stayed at this charming cottage and really enjoyed our time. The location is spot on and the pool was fantastic for relaxing. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless, though the windows could do with a clean and the headboards had a bit of dust. It’d be handy if they left a dishcloth and some washing-up liquid too. Overall, lovely peaceful spot with modern amenities-I’d recommend it!

We loved the charming cottage and the lovely scenery around it. The pool was fantastic, but it was a bit frustrating not having instant access to staff when we needed help. Overall, a great spring break!

Comfortable stay, friendly staff

This was our second time at Greenacre Cottages. The accommodation was excellent and very comfortable; we had a lovely relaxing holiday with our 5 and 2 year old. The only issue we had was with the temperature of the indoor pool. The first time, it was cold and we were told the boiler had broken down, which was fair enough. However, this time it was cold again. With little ones eager to use the pool, it was a bit of a let down. It seems to be a common theme from the comments book in reception!

We stayed here about six years ago and liked it so much that when we were looking for somewhere to stay in October 2014, we didn't hesitate to book again. Overall, the accommodation is excellent, fixtures and fittings are to a high standard and it was very clean. Free Wi-Fi is included, along with everything else you need to enjoy your holiday. You can even buy logs for a small charge for the woodburner if it gets cold!

We stumbled upon this lovely small complex of cottages set in gorgeous surroundings and it's in a great spot for getting out and about. The cottage was extremely clean and comfortable, which was a big plus! The kids had a blast in the pool and we stayed in Laburnum 5, which featured a wonderfully private hot tub. We’d definitely recommend it, a solid 10 out of 10! If you’re visiting with small kids, definitely ask for one with a garden so they can play out safely. The views are simply amazing too!

Lovely spacious cottage. We stayed in number 10 "Willow", and for the price we paid for a last minute January break, we were blown away by how large the cottage was. It was immaculate too, and the swimming pool was a lovely added extra.

The cottage was BEAUTIFUL, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had a fantastic holiday and we will be re booking to stay at Greenacres very soon. 10 out of 10. FABULOUS.

Fabulous few days spent here peaceful but central for exploring the cottage is located with a few other properties access to indoor pool perfect for avoiding the crowds !

Very peaceful place, cleaned and super organised, the city is 10 mnt away where people are mega friendly wooow really impressed. Just recommend to go by car or with like waking, make sure you do some shopping for early coffee and drinking in the evening whilst enjoying the sky ????
