We stayed in this lovely caravan and really enjoyed our time there. The lodge is beautifully kept and in a great spot on the site. Only minor things, the sofa and chairs could use a higher backrest since they’re quite low and the curtains would be better if they were a bit taller so the TV isn’t blocked by sunlight through the top windows. Just raising the curtain poles and adding some length would fix it easily. Overall, we’d happily book again - it’s really nice and clean too!

Honestly, the place wasn’t quite up to scratch. The windows were really stiff and the front door catch nearly fell off, which was a bit worrying. The cooker’s buttons are so faint that it’s easy to get mixed up and someone might end up burning themselves. The inside’s pretty basic, but we made do. Still, we had a decent time overall, so it wasn’t too bad!

Honestly, our stay in the Platinum 3 caravan was a bit of a letdown. When we arrived, the van wasn’t very clean and one of the rooms was missing bed linen, which I had to trek back to reception to get since their text service was painfully slow. I ended up cleaning the place myself before we could settle in properly. As for the decking - we paid extra for it, expecting a nice outdoor space, but it was a real disappointment. It was barely 4 feet wide, so moving around was awkward and the view was straight into a neighbour’s garden, which wasn’t what we hoped for. The second twin bedroom was tiny too, barely enough room for my 18-month-old. We also tried to use the WiFi, but no password was given, so we couldn’t connect at all. The only good thing was the allocated parking spot right next to the van, which was handy. The play park was alright but lacked enough safe options for younger kids. The splash park was definitely the highlight - the whole family loved it, from toddler to teenager. We skipped the theme park though; it was way too pricey for what you get. Overall, not the best experience but some decent bits.

Honestly, we weren't impressed at all. The place felt way overpriced for what it was. The bedding caused a rash on our kids, which was really worrying-no clue if it was the detergent or just old sheets. The whole holiday ended up costing way more than we thought, especially after the steep price for the stay. We won’t be coming back and will definitely warn friends to think twice before booking here.

We stayed in this caravan and found it pretty decent overall. It’s tucked away nicely, away from the busy spots, which was a bonus. The place was spotless and the living room and main bedroom were a good size. However, don’t expect towels, a hair dryer, or any laundry appliances. The twin beds in the smallest room are tiny - really only suitable for kids. Still, we enjoyed our stay!

We had a fantastic week at Rjs; the entertainment was top-notch, really kept us laughing! The tavern’s menu was a bit limited and pricey, but honestly, it didn’t spoil the trip. We’re already planning our next visit, can’t wait!

The caravan was really cosy and clean, which we appreciated. Just wish we could sit outside comfortably, so upgrading to one with decking is next!

It's a bit frustrating when some drivers ignore the 15 mph limit, but overall, it's a decent service. Cheers!

We stayed in a lovely caravan, which was quite comfortable overall. The only small hassle was the lack of a proper sharp knife-there was just a peeler and a flimsy carving knife, neither very sharp! Also, there was no clothes airer to hang towels and swimwear, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Nothing major, just petty things really.

The caravan was well equipped and spotless. We could’ve used a vacuum midweek after a bit of beach sand, but overall, the kids really enjoyed the entertainment options. Nice stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was fantastic with bedrooms at both ends, so no more awkward shuffle. Pillows were a bit noisy, but overall, a brilliant place to stay. Definitely coming back!

The van is really great overall, but we did notice quite a few people stubbing their toes on the sofa edge or bed frame. Definitely bring slippers to avoid the pain! It’s worth it though.

We had a really lovely stay here! The place is great value and super dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us. It’s a shame vans aren’t allowed anymore since that would have made everything perfect. We’d definitely come back every year otherwise!

The lodge was stunning, but it got pretty chilly at night in the bathrooms from the vents. Still, we enjoyed it!

Not for us sorry.

We had a lovely family holiday we would do it again
David
Very disappointed with the theme park, charged £5 to walk around the park with our grandkids who went on the rides and we did not go on any. Very disappointed and only went in the once.
Deborah
We had a lovely family holiday - caravan was spacious, well-equipped, clean and well positioned to get to all the facilities and entertainment venues on site and also to the beach. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this caravan site.
Dave
Was awesome… was so happy with the van had everything u need kids loved it… only thing I didn’t like was mattresses they were like sleeping on a board so maybe bit of improvement there would be good for comfort … but other than that had a wicked time love unity :)
Charlie
Overall the holiday was a good one the caravan was really nice modern and clean had everything you needed, booking with hoseason it was separate from the other built up caravans part it was quite a lot of room outside, we had to wait till 5pm to get in and it didn’t help it was the hottest day of the year lucky they let us in an hour early! the staff was very helpful they had 2 club houses rjs which very loud and full of people more performance and the tavern which was a lot more chilled and more Involvement for the kids like games dancing prizes. The beach was lovely beautiful sandy just a walk away swimming was great it had amusement parks, karting rides a ice cream parlour, sweet shack, market on Monday and Sunday! And boot sale Wednesday, has a fantastic time
Louise
Brilliant holiday, couldn't fault it. Will definitely be returning again soon
Gary
Lovely holiday But really could do with a swimming pool you don't have to pay for every time!
