Very pleased with everything

We were disappointed because staff never checked on us, even though they said they would daily. The room was uncomfortably hot and couldn’t be cooled down either.

The mattress update was okay, but the cupboard door needs better attention-it's poorly split. The toilet keeps running and rust spots are on radiators!

Great place, really chilled out, will come back.

We think the restaurant was pretty empty because of Covid, which is a real shame-it’s not their fault at all. Hopefully, it gets busier soon!

Good experience overall though

We had a lovely time in a beautiful spot. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The caravan was comfortable, though it did have a slight pet odour - understandable since it’s pet friendly and it seemed to be the only choice available. Overall, a really enjoyable break, we’d come back!

Great value, loved it

We really enjoyed our stay at Heather’s View! The staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The site was spotless and looked after nicely. The bar and grill offered good variety and reasonable prices. The kids loved the play areas, which were clean and in great condition. Definitely recommend it!

Really impressed with how everything was thought of, curtains included, felt quite luxury!

The caravan was surprisingly cosy and well set up, we really enjoyed it.

We had a lovely time exploring this peaceful stretch of Engl and. The location was perfect for visiting different places and it felt like great value for money. We definitely plan to come back!

We had a really nice time overall. The mobile home was lovely and comfy, though it could’ve done with a dustpan and brush, plus some extra cooking stuff like a non-stick frying pan and spatula. We’d definitely come back if it was closer, but the drive makes short breaks a bit tricky.

We loved the peaceful vibe here and the staff were genuinely lovely, couldn’t have been more helpful. When my mum broke her toes, they made sure she could still go out with a wheelchair. Truly appreciated the friendly service, made a tricky situation so much easier!

A great park! Very quiet and very friendly everywhere you go. Picturesque walks along the river into the village too. Only down side is the breakfast was poor and the bars expensive but it wouldn’t put me off returning ?

well kept site very clean and comfortable caravan good entertainment and food

Lovely staff friendly as soon as we arrived , site well maintained and caravan was spotlessly clean had everything we required with nice touches . Only negative was the cleanliness of the bar area tables outside were dirty , staff didn’t acknowledge and it wasn’t busy . Other point we would like to make we had a lovely picnic bench outside the caravan but unable to use due to flies from the dog waste bin and rubbish / recycling area next to our caravan .

Excellently maintained grounds. Friendly staff, very quiet. 3 parks which were excellent for all ages of children, particularly under 12s. Shop very basic but covered what we needed. Bar/restaurant food simple and filled a hole! Would visit again. Caravan was immaculate. Very new and super comfy. Ash Grove 9

Excellent location for exploring the area. Very relaxing and chilled Park with all the required facilities nearby. Also, plenty of options to get active too; Mountain biking, swimming, walking, etc. Kids were impressed with the park and wildlife. Def would return.

We had a fabulous week at this lovely caravan park. Second time we have been and it wont be the last. Its a lovely quiet site. The site is well kept and clean. Our Caravan was spotless and had everything we needed. Cannot comment on the on site pub and restaurant as we didnt use them.Cant wait to go back.

Lovely park and surrounding area, ground staff are always working to keep the park spotless, only concern was the music coming from the entertainment center,we could hear it in our caravan which was a couple of streets away , thankfully it was only on Friday and Saturday and stops about 10.30 ,the area near reception would be quieter
