The photos on web page are not the interior of the chestnut caravans. But it was comfortable, well stocked with crockery etc, and clean. The facilities on the camp were excellent. Will definitely return.

The caravan that we stayed in was amazing the beds were extremely comfy with memory foam mattresses and all facilities were amazing. The site was beautiful and well kept as was the club house and pools. Would definately recommend to anyone and not far from the beach either.

Ivy plus was supposed to be new to site in 23?? It had no lamp shades on fitting in lounge, blinds throughout were filthy, hot tub noisey fixed on 3rd time of asking.shower scalded feet as only boiling hot water coming through. Reported but not fixed even though reception had said someone would be straight up.

The caravan itself was immaculate on arrival. We had booked 3 rooms for 2 adults (double) and 2 teenage children (2 twin rooms) as we anticipated that the bedrooms are usually quite small/beds quite narrow for large 6ft boys! and this worked well. Caravan was well equipped and double bed was made up on arrival which was nice. Welcome tea/coffee/sugar box also nice touch. Main negative was that the caravan was very near the main road which could be quite noisy at times and the caravan even shook a bit when large vehicles went past! We were out most of the day so wasn't really an issue in the end :)

The only downside of the safari tents is that at night it's cold and there is no soundproofing, so people enjoying themselves late into the night is very noisy.

Loved visiting lady's Mile, lots for the kids to do on site, they loved sleeping in the safari tent! The tent had hanging space for the kids clothes but none in our bedroom, that was the only downside. Lots to do and visit near by. Staff lovely and friendly. We had a great week there xx

Was lovely holiday, staff really friendly just not that professional on arrival as we can late. Didn't seem to be very welcoming at all. Other than that, brilliant location, good facilities just slightly disappointed a few things were broke and had been for a long time. Location was really good, couldn't fault it at all.
