We had a fantastic weekend stay here! The place was perfect for what we needed and we really enjoyed ourselves. Our dogs were especially happy with the underfloor heating and the garden - Luna even came home with a strained tail from all the wagging! Definitely planning to return soon. Very happy pups and humans indeed!

We loved this cosy little cottage! It’s perfectly tucked away, offering peace and quiet but still handy for local shops and pubs. The hot tub was a real highlight and the underfloor heating kept us super warm. Rob, Sharon and Bonnie were lovely hosts. Can’t wait to return!

We had such a lovely stay! The owners are genuinely kind and went out of their way to help us. The cottage itself is adorable, with its charming half-timbered style and a really good shower. The kitchen and living space feel super cosy and the bed was just so comfy. Parking right outside was a real bonus and everything was spotless and well-heated. Perfect spot for walks to Thaxted or exploring nearby villages with their pretty houses and windmills. Definitely recommend!

The host was really friendly and quick to reply. Meeting the farm animals, especially Penelope the pig, was such a treat! We’ll be back for sure!

We absolutely loved this park! The fact that it's dog friendly is a massive plus and our pup had a fantastic time exploring everything. The wrap-around decking is such a nice touch, makes it feel really open and safe for walks. Honestly, we’ll be back for sure-it’s a great spot for both humans and pooches alike!

We had such a lovely stay! The house was super well equipped and kept us warm on that rainy December day - perfect really. The bath was such a treat and the shower was great too. The location is fantastic, especially if you’ve got dogs that aren’t fans of fireworks, as it’s in the middle of nowhere. And don’t worry about the noise from the flight path, we barely noticed. Thanks so much!

The caravan was spotless when we arrived, which was great. It’s also perfectly situated close to loads of popular sights. Inside, there’s plenty of room and the beds and sofa are comfy. Definitely recommend!

We stayed for a week and initially faced a few small problems with our first caravan. When we mentioned it at reception, they promptly upgraded us to a better one. The place was spotless, well-equipped and the staff along with other guests were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Lovely stay!

The welcome pack was full of useful info and thoughtful touches, including treats for our dogs - they loved the enclosed garden! The hot tub was a real highlight, perfect for unwinding. Enjoyed our stay nice and quiet, parking could be clearer as no direct parking next to caravan. Location was great easy drive to blackpool in to Preston next to motorway network.

Excellent park , caravan owners have the area well laid out well maintained gardens lovely bright flowers on display spotless all over our accommodation for the week was spotless almost brand new can’t fault anything only 10 mins to Blackpool the site offered a nice relaxing evening after the hustle and bustle of two kids in Blackpool all day definitely be back and would recommend

Great base to visit Blackpool just a 20 minute drive into Blackpool which suited us as Mowbreck Park was nice and quiet and the caravan was great, would recommend ?

The caravan was lovely. The ladies who were cleaning when we arrived were lovely. The site also was great. Quite at night, which is good when you have young children. I would and recommend this site. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

We all enjoyed our stay , but we had to ask for a ramp or peice of wood for my husband to get in, as the threshold was to big for him to get over in his wheelchair, they sent someone round very quickly to rectify the obstacle.but overall it was a very pleasant stay ,all the staff and other guests were very friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful few days. I came with a person I support, and it was not only an ideal location and holiday park, but also the welcome was spot on. Thank you for having us, he absolutely loves it.

Peace & some Sunshine too Just returned from a very happy, peaceful and fun two weeks away. The site and residents were friendly and more than helpful. Our caravan had everything we wanted, and we really could not fault the site and service. More importantly our chief holiday maker Sandy never ever stopped wagging her tail! Lots of easy places to visit and see .......... we had a few days out but equally enjoyed staying at "home" too.

A lovely peaceful surrounding and a nice new caravan. Perfect location to drive into Blackpool and Latham st Anne’s without being in the hustle and bustle.
