The quiet spot was perfect for us, especially with the dogs. We enjoyed some lovely walks nearby. There are loads of shops and takeaways just around the corner and it's a quick drive to Blackpool and St Anne’s. Sadly, the weather wasn’t great, but we’ll be back!

The spot was super peaceful, perfect for some quiet walks with the dogs. Loads of shops and takeaways nearby and it’s just a short drive to Blackpool and St Anne’s. Sadly, the weather wasn’t great this time, but we’ll be back!

The caravan was spotless and well-organised, super comfy and had everything we needed. Sitting outside on the balcony was lovely! We really enjoyed our stay.
Amelia, Gb
We absolutely loved this park! The fact that it's dog friendly is a massive plus and our pup had a fantastic time exploring everything. The wrap-around decking is such a nice touch, makes it feel really open and safe for walks. Honestly, we’ll be back for sure-it’s a great spot for both humans and pooches alike!
Emma, Manchester
We had a really nice stay! The caravan was spotless and well-kept. Little touches like biscuits, tea and coffee made it extra special. Beds were super comfy.
Emma, Bonnyrigg
Great spot, super clean caravan, perfect for exploring Blackpool easily.
James, Dumfriesshire
We recently stayed at Mowbreck caravan park and honestly, we loved it! The caravan was spotless, everything from the bedding to the interiors was perfectly clean - no complaints there. The grounds were kept really tidy, with lovely flowers adding a nice touch around the site. Our little dog Tilly enjoyed the veranda, which was a real bonus. It’s a peaceful spot, ideal for couples or older visitors - we’re definitely coming back!
Emma, Peterborough
The caravan was really well cared for and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Having the balcony was great for the dogs and nice on warm days too!
Emma, Swindon
Nice caravan, comfy and clean.
Alex, Taunton
From the moment we booked, it was clear this holiday was going to be special. The communication from the park beforeh and was spot on, which gave us a lot of confidence. When we arrived, we were welcomed with complimentary tea and coffee-just what we needed after a long drive. It’s those little touches that make all the difference, isn’t it? First impressions really count and it was obvious the team had put a lot of effort into making sure our mobile home was spotless and ready for us. Well done to them! The park itself was fantastic-immaculately tidy and peaceful, a proper little haven. The maintenance crew work tirelessly to keep everything in tip-top shape, which is really appreciated. It’s a mix of long-term residents, holidaymakers and short-stay visitors, all of whom seemed friendly and welcoming. Being dog-friendly was a big plus for us; our dog loved meeting new friends and exploring the area, which made the trip even better. One of the highlights was the wildlife. On our first morning, we were greeted by a flock of swallows soaring and diving-absolutely mesmerising! We also spotted finches, blackbirds, crows, squirrels and even bats at dusk near reception. It’s a nature lover’s dream, really. The setting is perfect, nestled conveniently between Blackpool and Preston-both only about six miles away. Plus, the Lakes and Pennines are within easy reach, offering plenty to see and do. For supplies, there are two supermarkets within a mile, making shopping hassle-free. We also found a great local restaurant called The Black Valais, about 1.5 miles from the park at the M55 junction. We’ll definitely be writing a proper review for their website, but if you’re into good food, it’s worth a visit. All in all, we had a cracking time and loved every minute. Would we come back? Absolutely, no doubt about it! We’re already planning our next trip.
Emma, Stokeontrent
Great for families wanting quiet time, but as a couple, we found ourselves constantly telling the kids to hush - quite exhausting really!
Emma, Bolton
Really impressed with the cleanliness and accessibility features.
Sam, Liverpool
Really happy with the caravan, perfect for our dog to play outside safely. Great place!
Sarah, Newcastle
The caravan was spotless when we arrived, which was great. It’s also perfectly situated close to loads of popular sights. Inside, there’s plenty of room and the beds and sofa are comfy. Definitely recommend!
Alex, Accrington
Great stay, highly recommend
James, Coventry
Great caravan, plenty of space, well equipped for us!
Emma, Leicester
Really enjoyed the stay, the caravan was perfect, comfy and had everything we needed!
Emma, Blackpool
Overall, we had a pretty good stay. The caravan was spotless, honestly probably the cleanest we've been in. The site itself was tidy and friendly, which was lovely. The shower was a solid size and quite comfortable. Only downpoints were the noise at night with dogs barking and the tiny beds. A lamp in the lounge would’ve been handy and the bedroom door didn’t quite fit, so it wouldn’t close properly. Still, we’d come back.
Sarah, Gb
We stayed for a week and initially faced a few small problems with our first caravan. When we mentioned it at reception, they promptly upgraded us to a better one. The place was spotless, well-equipped and the staff along with other guests were genuinely friendly and welcoming. Lovely stay!
Tracy
Excellent caravan park .and clean caravans
Ross
Enjoyed our stay nice and quiet, parking could be clearer as no direct parking next to caravan. Location was great easy drive to blackpool in to Preston next to motorway network.
D

Joanne
Great base to visit Blackpool just a 20 minute drive into Blackpool which suited us as Mowbreck Park was nice and quiet and the caravan was great, would recommend ?
E
The caravan was lovely. The ladies who were cleaning when we arrived were lovely. The site also was great. Quite at night, which is good when you have young children. I would and recommend this site. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
Julie
We all enjoyed our stay , but we had to ask for a ramp or peice of wood for my husband to get in, as the threshold was to big for him to get over in his wheelchair, they sent someone round very quickly to rectify the obstacle.but overall it was a very pleasant stay ,all the staff and other guests were very friendly and helpful.
Debbie
What a wonderful few days. I came with a person I support, and it was not only an ideal location and holiday park, but also the welcome was spot on. Thank you for having us, he absolutely loves it.
Phil
Peace & some Sunshine too Just returned from a very happy, peaceful and fun two weeks away. The site and residents were friendly and more than helpful. Our caravan had everything we wanted, and we really could not fault the site and service. More importantly our chief holiday maker Sandy never ever stopped wagging her tail! Lots of easy places to visit and see .......... we had a few days out but equally enjoyed staying at "home" too.
Tracy
A lovely peaceful surrounding and a nice new caravan. Perfect location to drive into Blackpool and Latham st Anne’s without being in the hustle and bustle.
Brian
Very pleasant 4 day short break in clean modern caravan with nice surroundings
