We had a fantastic stay at this cosy little cottage! It’s honestly stocked with everything you could possibly need, so no need to bring much at all. We ended up overpacking the car because we didn’t realise how well-equipped it was. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, full of useful info and menus - really thoughtful. The owners, Sharon and Rob, were quick to reply whenever we had questions. Our dogs loved the enclosed garden and the hot tub was just perfect after a day out. Thanks for a lovely break!

We had a really lovely time during our stay! Sharon and Robert were fantastic hosts, making us feel right at home. The place had everything we could ask for-spotlessly clean, cosy and secure for our dog Archie, which was a relief. The location was perfect, with plenty of scenic walks nearby. Thaxted and the surrounding villages are charming spots to explore. Honestly, we left feeling totally refreshed and relaxed-great break!

We had an amazing stay at this cottage! The place is spotlessly clean and well kitted out, really comfy too. Loads of lovely walks right outside and our dog loved exploring. The host was super friendly and quick to respond. Meeting the farm animals, especially Penelope the pig, was a real highlight. Can’t wait to come back, such good value! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for a week in July with our two little dachshunds and they absolutely loved it! The village of Thaxted is charming and the cottage itself is really cosy. The highlight was definitely the hot tub - perfect for cooling off during the scorching weather. The hosts were super friendly and made us feel very welcome; it was lovely seeing their horses being taken out daily. Sure, you're near the Stansted flight path, but honestly, watching the planes come in was quite interesting. Would definitely recommend it!

We booked a dog walking getaway and it couldn't have been better. The place was cosy, with lovely pubs and eateries nearby. Plenty of fields for off-road walks and our dog loved every minute of it! Definitely coming back.

We had a really lovely stay! Sharon and Robert made us feel so welcome, which was much appreciated. The place had everything we needed-spotlessly clean, comfy and safe for Archie, our dog. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby villages and enjoying long walks. We definitely left feeling refreshed and relaxed. All in all, a great break! Would happily recommend it to others.
