We stayed in the caravan and honestly, it was pretty spot on. Very tidy and just the right size for us. It had all the essentials, like a hairdryer, microwave and plenty of kitchen stuff-knives, plates, bowls, kettle, toaster-everything you’d need. The layout was straightforward and the beds were already made. We were really happy with it!

The place felt quite run-down, honestly. Carpets had stains and the fridge didn’t work properly. TV was in a mess with no HDMI. It definitely needs a good clean and some updating. Food prices were steep too.

We had a lovely long weekend here; the scenery was breathtaking, super peaceful and just what we needed to unwind.

We had a lovely stay in the caravan, perfect for us two. It was spotless and well-equipped, just what we needed. The location was great, close to the amenities. All in all, a really enjoyable holiday at a well-organised site.

Temperture was scalding hot in shower. Could not turn dial to cool down lucky we had onsuite jn our room as 5 people to shower . Had to go to reception .!

Perfect for family trips, this caravan has all the essentials and more!

Honestly, we were pretty disappointed with our stay. We paid quite a bit during the school holidays, expecting everything to be spot-on, but that wasn’t quite the case. When we arrived, the kitchen was lacking basic stuff like bin bags, dishcloths and tea towels. It was quite poorly stocked too - no baking tray or cheese grater, just two bread knives and no other sharp ones. Some pots were actually dirty, which was a bit off. There were only four chairs at the table for six of us, which was a pain. The place itself wasn’t clean either - we found Malteasers under furniture, which the baby and dog happily discovered, not great for safety. Some furniture was sticky and hadn’t been cleaned properly. In the bedrooms, one TV bracket was broken and a wardrobe had a big hole in it. The mirror was broken and instead of fixing it, they just left the hole. The shower was rubbish too - water didn’t drain and the head kept falling down. Not what we expected at all!

The caravan was quite run-down, with broken bits and overall cleanliness issues. It was covered in dog hair, which we asked to be cleaned. The staff were really helpful and got the hoover out immediately. Good service despite the state of the van.

The caravan was good overall, especially since dogs are allowed. But honestly, there was dog hair everywhere-could’ve been cleaner, really needs better cleaning.

Nice enough, nothing fancy

The site’s activities and restaurant were fantastic, really enjoyed that part! The caravan was a bit dusty and the sofa definitely needs a wash, but overall, a decent experience.

The sofa bed arrived broken and without any bedding, which was really disappointing. Had to call out of hours just to get some sheets delivered. No pillowcases either, even after I asked.

Honestly, the caravan was a bit disappointing. The bedroom window looked onto a stone wall and bushes, so it was really dark. Plus, the surrounding area was quite untidy, which wasn't great.

We’ve visited several times and the food consistently impresses. Breakfast, lunch, or tea - never a dull moment. Prices are fair and the staff are genuinely lovely and helpful every time.

The place was spotless and fully equipped - gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, hairdryer. Honestly, we were really impressed! Great find.

We didn’t use the restaurant facilities, so can’t comment on those. The Mawgan caravan really needs a refresh - it’s quite old and worn out. Honestly, staying there wasn’t very comfy. Just because you bring a pet doesn’t mean the accommodation has to be below par. A bit of an update would make a big difference, I think!

The caravan was quite nice, but honestly, it wasn’t very clean when we arrived. Had to give it a quick tidy myself. Still, for the price, we were happy enough.

The mattress was way too firm and honestly, we didn’t sleep well at all. There was mould on the walls and in the cupboards, which was pretty off-putting. The sofas were stained and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Not what we expected from a newer caravan, really. Quite disappointing, to be honest.

My overall holiday was amazing, location and surroundings was so easy to get around. Every member of staff in which I spoke to was very helpful. I will let friends and family know about this place for sure.

Stayed for a week, caravan could of done with a little more scrubbing but wasn’t a major issue. Staff very helpful with everything location perfect for each location and beaches and the caravan park was great for everything you needed

We absolutely loved our break, the pool was lovely & warm, staff were all friendly lots going on for the kids too. Caravan was clean & spacious. Food & drink reasonably priced. Bad points the lack of soap in the pool toilets non at all in the men's or the women's! Which I think is a pretty basic that should be kept on top of! We left early as our daughter was unwell & the gift shop wasn't open until 6pm which was a disappointment to an already unwell little lady & her sister. We have an electric car the charge points weren't very well advertised so we ended up driving to use the airport ones, when we did discover them at the park (behind the Nisa store) there were 3 non electric cars taking up the spaces to charge which is unhelpful. Lastly the weird pool opening times 10-12:45 then closed other than paid activities until 2:45 I've never been to a park that has shut the pool? Surely the pool should be open all day if you have paid to use the park? On the whole the park is modern & a fun place, we'd definitely return & recommend.

We spent a week at this holiday park and we thoroughly enjoyed it ! Kids loved playing in the heated outdoor pool and making friends in the parks !
