Broken sofa bed - No bedding given for sofa bed sleeper Had to call out of hours to bring some up No pillow cases given even after the call and delivery

Was not pleased with my caravan as the bedroom window faced onto a stone wall and bushes which made bedroom very dark and the surrounding area was very untidy

The food was amazing. We had breakfast, lunch and tea menus never had a bad meal . Reasonable price and once again staff were fantastic always ready to help

The facility was clean and had everything we needed, gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, hairdryer I was more than impressed

We enjoyed the holiday it was a very clean site and we’ll maintained

Bed gave me a bad back

I am unable to comment on the restaurant facilities as we did not use them. The Mawgan caravan definitely needs to be updated, the facilities are old and worn and it wasn't very comfortable staying there. I would suggest they are replaced, just because you take a pet with you this does not mean the place you stay needs to be substandard.

Caravan was lovely but not clean ! Had to clean it myself when we checked in but for what I paid I was overall happy

Really nice and welcoming family holiday park. So much to do for all ages. Only negative would be the caravan we stayed in did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. We had small children who were crawling around and playing that kept getting covered in dirt and dark curly hairs (not anyone in our parties hair). The carpet was also loose in one corner.

Lovely lodge. With plenty of space. Was short of glasses and outdoor chairs for the 8 of us.

I have marked down on furniture and fittings because we booked for 4 and only had 3 seats to sit at the table. Slight markdown on comfort as the mattress was not the best, although, I have had worse!

Our first holiday away as a family and we loved every second. The lodge was lovely and clean. Entertainment to suit all ages and the staff we so lovely. I didn't hear I'm bored or i don't know what to do from a single child. Will definitely be returning.

Only concern was back on the pull out sofa there was bits of food and rubbish from previous guests. Nothing a vaccum pole wouldn’t solve.

I booked this holiday last year before it was made another bank holiday weekend and got a good deal but felt like others had priory because they was paying more and we paid less because of our deal. Caravan site is out of the way from main town , so you either have to catch a bus or drive .

My overall holiday was amazing, location and surroundings was so easy to get around. Every member of staff in which I spoke to was very helpful. I will let friends and family know about this place for sure.

Stayed for a week, caravan could of done with a little more scrubbing but wasn’t a major issue. Staff very helpful with everything location perfect for each location and beaches and the caravan park was great for everything you needed

We absolutely loved our break, the pool was lovely & warm, staff were all friendly lots going on for the kids too. Caravan was clean & spacious. Food & drink reasonably priced. Bad points the lack of soap in the pool toilets non at all in the men's or the women's! Which I think is a pretty basic that should be kept on top of! We left early as our daughter was unwell & the gift shop wasn't open until 6pm which was a disappointment to an already unwell little lady & her sister. We have an electric car the charge points weren't very well advertised so we ended up driving to use the airport ones, when we did discover them at the park (behind the Nisa store) there were 3 non electric cars taking up the spaces to charge which is unhelpful. Lastly the weird pool opening times 10-12:45 then closed other than paid activities until 2:45 I've never been to a park that has shut the pool? Surely the pool should be open all day if you have paid to use the park? On the whole the park is modern & a fun place, we'd definitely return & recommend.

We spent a week at this holiday park and we thoroughly enjoyed it ! Kids loved playing in the heated outdoor pool and making friends in the parks !
