We stayed in a static caravan at Porth Beach recently and honestly, the location made up for a lot of the little issues. Its right on the doorstep of Porth Beach and close to Newquay, so youre paying mostly for the view and convenience. The site itself isnt packed with facilities, which was a bit of a let-down, but its peaceful. The caravan could do with a bit of sprucing up; the bathroom door was a bit dodgy and it could do with a deep clean inside and out. We also hired linen, but it didnt fit the double bed properly and had a mark on one sheet. No towels included either, which was a surprise. Still, the kitchen equipment was decent and we enjoyed our stay enough to consider returning!

The caravan was absolutely spotless, shining cutlery included, plus plenty of extras. The bedroom was a good size and had a little toilet. Honestly, I couldnt fault it - very happy with everything!

Overall, we had a great stay. The caravan was well equipped and really comfortable. The only minor issue was the main bedroom - the bed was right up against the wall, which made getting in and out a bit tricky. Still, wed definitely come back!

Lovely scenery, welcoming team, relaxing vibe

Weve stayed at Porth Beach Holiday Park a few times over the years - 2016, 2017and 2018. It suits us perfectly and we really appreciate the good security on site. Fingers crossed it works for you too!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Avonmore Plus, its a lovely spot and wed definitely come back. That said, there were a few things that could be better. The place wasnt as clean as wed hoped - the sofa fabric had a weird smell and the voile curtains looked like theyd never been washed. The balcony was quite dusty and full of webs, which wasnt great. It wouldve been handy if there was a hoover available, especially since no one was regularly cleaning during our stay. With a two-year-old, mealtimes can get pretty messy, so a bit of cleaning gear wouldve been helpful! Also, we brought our own bedding because your website said the main bedroom had a king-size bed. We bought a king duvet cover, only to find out it was a double size - a bit disappointing. Still, overall, we loved the place and hope to return soon!

We loved how the caravans are nicely spread out in the park, giving plenty of space to relax outside. The best part? You get sunshine all day long, which made our stay really enjoyable!

The weather was perfect and the place itself was lovely. Definitely recommend visiting here!

Brilliant holiday love Newquay been going many years.

Porth beach is ideal to stay and you can walk to the other 5 beaches from there.

The reception staff were very friendly when we arrived. The caravan was clean and well presented. The site was lovely as always we have been many times before. The beach is minutes away and sandy with low waves perfect for paddling.

Caravan was immaculate and the in and out of hours staff were really helpful. Couldn’t recommend it more

Great location couldn't be any closer to the beach, the site itself was quite at night the site was clean tidy and well maintained. Only grumble would be the WiFi as there is limited mobile phone coverage I paided for WiFi but this was hit and miss during the week

Lovely peaceful site right on a beautiful beach with good access to surrounding towns and attractions. Lots of things to do and see within walking distance or a short drive away. It is also well placed for public transport links.

Lovely site, beach is great and just over the road. The site was clean and the caravan had everything we needed and was also lovely and clean. The location is an ideal base for exploring Cornwall.

We come to Porth Beach Holiday Park every year. It's lovely just to walk across the road to the beautiful beach and a nice pub ??. The caravans are very modern and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
