Really enjoyed our stay, the caravan was lovely.

Honestly, our stay was a mixed bag but nothing too serious. The curtains kept gaps at the top, letting the morning sun wake us up - not ideal if you're after a lie-in! One of the windows in the lounge wouldn't budge, which was a bit frustrating. The bathroom blind cord was snapped, so we couldn't close it properly. We also found there was no mop to clean the floors and the dustpan and brush were pretty solid, not exactly easy to use. The door mat by the entrance was a puzzle - literally, it was like a jigsaw that needed fixing. We couldn’t get the heating to work, which was a shame. Also, the kitchen shown in the photos isn’t what’s there - quite different. Still, these were minor issues and didn’t ruin our holiday. We’d go back, especially if the heating was sorted and I remembered to bring pegs for the curtains, lol!

Honestly, this caravan was a bit of a letdown. It looked really tired and wasn’t very clean when we arrived. It’s over ten years old and you can tell-small and poorly thought out. There was a dent on the side and water was leaking outside. It also flooded inside when it rained! Had to do a deep clean and get rid of the chloride smell. Not what we expected at all.

Really enjoyed our stay, the park is lovely but a bit more attention to detail needed.

We stayed at this site recently and honestly, the caravan was pretty shabby and quite dirty. They offered to re-clean it, but we declined because it needed a proper bottoming and they said we couldn’t complain after that. It was dusty with sticky stains and handprints everywhere. The cups and glasses were greasy and the boiler kept cutting out. Also, the carpet grippers were bare and our patio table was stolen without any replacement. It did smell of nicotine too. The park itself is lovely, but maybe they’re stretched too thin with staff. Still, we’ve been here before and loved it, so a bit disappointing this time around.

The phone was in pretty bad shape, needed constant fixing. Honestly, wouldn’t suggest buying it. It’s a letdown.

Honestly, this was probably the worst holiday we've ever had. The caravan was in a shocking state - dirty, battered and clearly very old. When we arrived, we were so disappointed because it looked run down from the outside and inside wasn't much better. The only small plus was that the bed linen was clean. The dining table was broken and it was part of one of the settees, which was really frustrating. Unfortunately, there was no balcony or outdoor seating and since we brought our dogs, we were hoping for somewhere better. The outside area was just used as a dog toilet by others, so not ideal. We love Laugharne, but we’ll definitely look elsewhere next time.

We stayed in this caravan recently and honestly, it was quite disappointing. The toilet floor has a big dip that feels like it’s about to give way and the shower definitely needs some fixing. The worst part was where it’s parked - surrounded by mud and puddles, which was a nightmare with three little ones. Our car even got stuck and now it’s broken from all the revving to get out. Not ideal at all.

Honestly, our trip was a bit of a nightmare. The TV kept freezing and tripping the electricity, which was such a pain. No tin opener in the caravan and the twin room was tiny, especially for us tall folk. The pull-out bed was also broken, so we couldn’t use it. Not what we expected at all.

Honestly, our stay was pretty disappointing. We arrived on Saturday and went to the restaurant for dinner, only to find they had no fish, sausages, or any of the things we requested, which was a bit of a letdown. The next day, our grandchildren wanted to swim, but we were told the pool was closed until Tuesday-apparently, they don’t bother opening it on a Monday because of check-in and check-out. When we finally got there on Tuesday, one of the toilets had broken tiles that had come loose from the wall, which was gross. The caravan itself wasn’t great either - mould on the bedroom walls and roads around the park flooded like lakes when it rained, meaning we had to wade through water just to get in and out with the kids. Not what we expected at all.

Honestly, we couldn’t wait to leave. The caravan was ancient and smelled terrible. It wasn’t even close to what was shown online and staying just one night felt like an achievement. Definitely not recommended!

Honestly, our stay was pretty disappointing. The gas alarm kept going off every night from 10 pm to 7 am and despite reporting it daily, nobody managed to fix it, so we ended up leaving a day early. The gas cooker was also faulty; three of the rings didn’t work at all. Most of the doors wouldn’t shut properly, especially the kitchen door which refused to open and the main van door wouldn’t open either. We had to call staff to sort it out, but they just said they’d take the van out of service. Definitely not a place we’ll be coming back to.

Honestly, we went in with pretty low expectations after reading reviews, but there’s a fair bit to like here. The caravan itself was quite nice and comfy, which was a relief. The location’s a real highlight - a lovely beach nearby and a pretty area to explore. Sadly, the onsite amenities didn’t quite live up to the mark. The swimming pool was tiny and shallow and it was a bit of a nightmare trying to get a slot since they seemed to be fully booked before we even arrived. We nearly missed out entirely, which was a real shame. The pre-booked swim times felt a bit unfair, especially since the pool isn’t big enough for everyone. As for food, we tried both the chip shop and the bistro bar - both were overpriced and the portions were tiny. Not something we’d recommend, especially when you’re quite isolated and have limited options without a long drive. Also, the resort itself looks a bit tired and run down, which was a bit disappointing. We were hoping for a better experience, especially since we wanted to see how Hoseasons compares. Felt a bit ripped off with the switch to Parkdean.

It was our first time trying one of these holidays, but we loved it!

We stayed in a caravan listed as a 4berth, but honestly, squeezing four people in - even kids - would be a bit tight. It worked okay for us as a sort of bed and breakfast, but the layout was a bit awkward. No turning space meant reversing in or out past other caravans, which was tricky, especially in the dark. On the plus side, the restaurant was spotless and the staff running it were really friendly and helpful, even when busy. Overall, decent stay but could be better on space!

So, we arrived expecting to get in after 11 but were told we couldn’t book then, only to find out next day that we actually could have come in the night because Sercity had the keys. When we finally checked in, the caravan was covered in dog hairs on the floor and in the bed, which was a bit yucky. The reception staff seemed friendly enough, but we had to go back twice more before anyone finally came to clean and that took about four hours. There was only one cleaner working on the whole site, which isn’t ideal. On the plus side, the location is lovely - right next to the beach and close to Oakwood and Heatherton. The clubhouse was nice in the evenings and the arcade was small but didn’t bother us since we weren’t on site much. Overall, a decent place to sleep, but if you want better facilities on site, probably look elsewhere. We’d come back just for the location though!

Comfortable stay, nice enough for the family

Honestly, it’s a shame we visited during such strange times. The experience just wasn’t the same, feels like we missed out. The place was pretty quiet, probably because of the pandemic, which was odd. Would’ve been nicer if things were back to normal, you know? We didn’t get the full vibe, which was disappointing. Maybe it’s better when everything’s busier and lively. Still, it’s a shame we couldn’t enjoy it fully. We’ve visited before and it’s usually better, honestly. Wouldn’t rush back during these weird times. Hopefully, next time will be different, fingers crossed! It’s just not quite the same with all these restrictions. Oh well, you live and learn, I guess.

We had a fantastic family break in a stunning spot! The mix of seaside and countryside was perfect for unwinding. Definitely just what we needed to recharge our batteries. Would recommend to anyone!

Overall, we had a decent stay despite some small issues. The shower was tricky to turn off and the master bedroom door needed a firm slam to close properly. The kitchen tap was a bit loose too, but none of it really affected our time there. Would consider returning.

We had a lovely stay overall, definitely planning to return! The only downsides were outside the caravan when we arrived - quite a few cigarette butts and it looked a bit untidy. Also, I had to send my tea back in the restaurant because the cup was covered in lipstick and the highchairs were pretty grimy. Still, we enjoyed our time!

This is a great base camp for visiting neighbouring towns, Clean and tidy and big, so you weren't on top of one another. There was no outside decking or seating at our caravan, so if you want it, don'tget one on a corner. Apparently this was the reason, understand about the decking, but there was plenty of room for seating. The beach was over the road (not a busy road) and went on for miles. Good coastal walk with amazing views. Food in the cafe was lovely as was the chippy. All staff were friendly and engaging.

Had a fab time at Pendine Sands. Lovely camp, the caravan 3 bedrooms was excellent with 2 bathrooms, great veranda for sitting out, only dissapointment was the size of the swimming pool. The beach is close by. Overall would highly reccommend.
Roberta
Lovely quiet park, great facilities for kids and the beautiful is beautiful, Carmarthen town is only 20 minutes in the car where you can find a Tesco or lidl. Would definitely recommend
Jonathan
