We had a lovely stay! The park’s facilities are really well maintained, perfect for both kids and grown-ups. The restaurant and bar are great if you fancy a little treat. Would definitely come back!

Honestly, we were pretty disappointed with the place. Found other people’s socks under the chest of drawers and on the sofa, which was pretty gross. The floors were filthy and the shower door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The table was useless and the terrace was completely unusable. Overall, cleanliness was just not up to scratch.

We had a lovely stay at Rookley Park. The place was super comfortable and the hot-tub was a real treat! Heating and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Definitely recommend it if you’re after a relaxing break. Thanks for everything!

We stayed in this roomy cottage that felt more like a bungalow, which was lovely. The fenced garden was perfect for our dogs, though the grass was muddy from the hot tub area, so they tracked in some mud. It would’ve been nicer if the hot tub had patio doors, but overall, we enjoyed it!

Honestly, the refurb feels a bit odd-like giants were in charge! We really missed a light over the bathroom or dressing table mirror for makeup. If we’d known, we’d have brought our travel mirror. Slight oversight, but still a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The accommodation was comfy and well kitted out, although we did notice some scuffed walls. The hot tub area could definitely do with some decking to make it more inviting. The restaurant and bar felt a bit cramped, but the food was mostly tasty, even if I had to send a dish back once. Not bad at all!

Overall, we’re pretty pleased. The repairs really made a difference and honestly, the furniture’s quality now feels like something we’d choose ourselves for our own caravan.

We stumbled upon Rookley quite randomly and honestly, it turned out to be a fantastic choice! The whole stay was really enjoyable - from the cosy accommodation to the variety of activities on offer. The food was lovely and the evening entertainment kept us entertained. We’re already planning our next visit!

Although caravan is old & dated and bedrooms are rather small overall the van was perfect for what we needed and we had a nice stay. I would have like the option for Adults only later night swimming but all family we met where very nice. Only issues we found was if we went put all day we struggled to park by our van. I think Van numbers and parking bays would be a good idea. We where in van 141.

Our Lakehouse was in a perfect location and contained everything you needed. Maintenance team were extremely helpful on Sunday we stopped 2 gentlemen in their cart to ask about our folding doors sticking, they followed us home and fixed the problem instantly. Fantastic service. The only downside we tried to use the on-site restaurant twice once for breakfast and once evening meal both times it was not open young lady behind bar was very vague about if or when it would actually be open so we didn’t bother again.
