We loved our stay here! The staff were super friendly, the park was spotless and it’s perfect for small dogs. Beautiful Somerset scenery too. Definitely coming back!

The van was lovely, really comfy and clean. Only downside was having to wash the cutlery-someone didn't bother cleaning it properly. Apart from that, it was a perfect stay. We’ll definitely return!

Very decent overall experience

Not impressed, very small and just okay.

We had a great stay overall! Only thing missing was a hair dryer and some dishcloths. The double bed duvet had mould, which was a bit disappointing, but we forgot to mention it to reception since we were having such a lovely time. Would stay again!

Really disappointed with the service overall.

Honestly, we were pretty disappointed. The caravan was advertised as dog-friendly, but it was way too cramped for our pup, no space for a bed. The pictures looked so much bigger online. The kettle was disgusting and the broken toilet seat was a pain. Beds felt flimsy and the welcome box had an opened cookie-definitely not what we expected. Wouldn't go back.

We had an amazing time here! The caravan was spotless and well presented and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We can't wait to come back again soon!

After 25 years of caravan holidays, I can honestly say this was the cleanest one we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, even the glasses sparkled! The staff were really friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The location and the caravan itself were fantastic. We’d definitely recommend it to any family looking for a great holiday spot.

Not worth the hassle

Really disappointed with the caravan's condition and how my daughter was treated by the staff.

Honestly, we thought this caravan would be a bit better for a platinum rating. It felt more like a silver one, honestly. We've stayed in some silver caravans that were way more comfy, better equipped and nicer overall. That said, it was clean and tidy and most essentials were there, so can't complain too much.

The bar was a bit overwhelming, honestly. Kids loved the entertainment, but the adult side was pretty dull unless you're into bingo. Not my thing!

We were really disappointed, especially after finding bugs in the double bed on our first night. Even after they changed it, sleep was difficult. The cafe being only open two days was quite frustrating too. Not what we expected.

Honestly, we expected better. The caravan looked quite tired and the settee had stains and a weird smell. The bathroom was also pretty worn out. On the plus side, the TV/DVD worked without issues and the hot water was decent. Might need some updating.

The caravan was tidy but honestly quite dated, with noticeable signs of age and use. Parking was a nightmare; we often couldn’t find a spot nearby, which was frustrating after a long day. Not the best experience.

Nice walk from Brean, but the amusements are tiny and only one place to eat on site.

Honestly, we felt the same. The place looks nice but it’s more about the outside trips. Not worth the price if you’re mostly away. Wouldn’t stay again soon.

Honestly, there’s not much for the kids, they get bored quick. We had to call about the toilet blocking, but the caravan was tidy. It’s okay.

The chalet was tidy, but honestly, I wouldn’t pay full price for it. Glad we got it last minute. Could definitely be better for a gold chalet, really.

Comfortable ride, plenty of space, but engine's noisy.

Honestly, this place was a complete nightmare. The caravan was way too small for six people and it was filthy - cigarette butts outside and the bedroom smelled terrible, like sick. The toilet was stained and leaking, with rusted radiators dripping everywhere. We even found a crumpet and lighter under the bed, which was a bit shocking. No hot water, beds unmade, no towels and the sofa was broken. We complained twice but nothing changed. Definitely not coming back!

The photos are totally misleading, nothing like what we actually received. Disappointing.

We stayed in the caravan recently and found it lovely and cosy, especially with the warmth on chilly days. Having a second toilet was a real bonus! Beds weren’t the comfiest, especially the sofa, but we expected that for a caravan. The only issue was the steps-they led onto slabs quite low into the grass, so after heavy rain, it was muddy and tricky to get in without getting dirty. Still, we enjoyed our stay overall!

The staff at the club house were very friendly and helped me carry my drinks as I’m disabled Chloe at the bar was a great help to me

Had a lovely time beach just over the road

Caravan was spotless (credit to Chelsea, did a fab job), love the location as so close to Berrow beach, our caravan was really close to the swimming pool and play area on site which was perfect for our son who is 5 and autistic. It was a lovely break, we had a fab time and would stay again
